Drop off and pick up were both easy. Upon getting my keys I was given the full list of repairs on the car. The body work looked great and I am so happy to have "Myles" back. I also appreciated that my car was cleaned and shiny. It had been at their shop for 6 weeks. Areas that could be improved included periodic communication. Several tentative dates for completion and pick up were missed due to parts and additional repairs. My husband had to call them several times to secure an update. Another area is a better explanation is of the warranty. Although it was mentioned a couple of times, I realized neither myself or my husband knew the details. It's hard to speak on the value since the repair of almost $11k was covered by the other person's insurance. I am thankful Senn's was a preferred vendor and would recommend them.

The second time i went maybe a year later (this time) I was ganna do an outa pocket service and it was literally just the bumper and hood slightly dented and the guy came out didn't really check the car out and told us it was ganna be about 10K, service has been horrible I do not recommend, they gave discrimination
