This company is dishonest ! Stay away from Conn's Home Plus. They have very anti-consumer practices. They almost screwed me big time. I only planned to buy something if it was interest free. Because I know their credit carries a high interest rate. They offered me 12 months 0% APR with no down payment on any purchase of at least $1,000. I knew if I missed just one payment, all of the interest would be due retroactively. So I planned to buy only what I could afford to pay off in a year. I must have said this to the salesman a half dozen times. I spent an hour looking at things. They use high pressure sales tactics. They kept quoting minimum payments. I said my payment would be more than the minimum, because I'm paying this off in 12 months so as not to incur interest. I finally decided on a mattress and bed. The total invoice with delivery and tax was a bit over $1900. Supposedly interest free. First payment due in November. They printed up a long multi-page contract, full of boilerplate language, tucked underneath the top sheet for me to sign. When they gave me a pen, I didn't immediately sign. I started looking over the contract. I noticed they tacked on property and credit insurance fees. I told the salesman to get the manager because this was a used car lot tactic, I didn't agree to pay for insurance. The manager walked over and tried to flim-flam me. I told her I would need to get my lawyer to read this contract because I don't want to get screwed. She said, we're not trying to screw you sir. Let me explain, blah blah, more nonsense. She tried to say the insurance is only if you don't pay it off in time. But i showed her they had already added the insurance to the amount I am financing, listed on the "Retail Installment Contract". That number was a higher amount than the total listed on the "Invoice" or "General Information Summary Page". All of this is contained within the same general contract. It appeared to all be designed/written to purposefully confuse the consumer. Then I asked them to show me where in the contract it says I have 12 months interest free financing. When I read the "CASH OPTION ADDENDUM PAGE" (This tricky crap is not even in the main contract, it was an addendum) It says : "You must pay the cash option price of $1,9xxx by the expiration date of 9/26/2016. For example , you could pay 12 equal installments of $165.xx to satisfy the cash option requirements." "You will not accrue any finance charges if you pay all scheduled monthly payments within 10 days of their due date and the unpaid cash option price within 10 days of the Expiration Date shown above". When I saw that, an alarm bell went off in my head. Because my first payment wasn't due until November 10th. I 'd make the payments on Nov 10th, Dec 10th, etc.. on time for 12 months, except my last payment due on October 10th 2016, would still be considered more than 10 days overdue, because the 12 month window for interest free financing begins the day you sign the contract, not 12 months from the day the first payment is due. Of course they never told me that before I read it myself, buried inside this huge stack of papers. IN OTHER WORDS, THE WAY THE CONTRACT WAS WRITTEN, IF I MADE ALL 12 PAYMENTS ON TIME, AND WAS NEVER EVEN A SINGLE DAY LATE WITH MY PAYMENTS, I WOULD STILL BE HIT WITH THE RETROACTIVELY APPLIED INTEREST ! When I pointed that out to the manager, and said the expiration date should be 12 months from the date my first payment is due, she could only smile and say the 12 month interest free window starts today, and can't get changed. I said that's not right. You are trying to screw me. She began arguing. She knew I caught them in deception. So the manager screamed leave the store or I will call the police ! I took the contract with me and started walking out of the store and she began shrieking at me to give the contract back, that it was private property. But they gave me the contract to sign. I already told her I wanted my lawyer to read it, so I kept it. That's why I can quote verbatim from the contract in this review. They are crooks. If I had signed that contract without carefully reading it, even after making all 12 payments exactly on time per the due dates printed in the contract, my last payment would be late beyond the 10 day grace period of the cash option addendum page expiration date. I'd get hit with the exorbitant interest fees applied retroactively. That would have been a nasty surprise. I'm so glad this place didn't rip me off. They tried hard. But I read all the fine print. I will show this contract to my personal attorney, the AZ Attorney General's Office and Channel 5 consumer watch. I want to know if they are breaking any laws, or merely acting dishonestly. I purchased a fridge on a Monday that I was told was available for next day delivery. I scheduled the delivery for Sunday and was called the day before and told that the fridge was not in stock, but they would have it on Wednesday and they scheduled a Thursday delivery with me. I schedule the day off and receive no call with an estimated time of delivery. I wait until 10am (when they open) and call my salesperson... "funny I was JUST about to call you... the fridge isn't here". This was a complete waste of PTO, and with no answers from the salesperson, I chose to contact the manager directly. He admitted to me on the phone that even though I came in and paid for a fridge they said was "in stock, available for next day delivery"... they shipped it to a customer who had come in and bought the fridge AFTER me because they were able to set up an earlier delivery date. This business practice was unbeknownst to me... and the manager just said that the salesperson "should have" let me know. Apparently the salesperson "should be" calling me every day with an update as well. Best part is, the manager has no idea when the next fridge will come in. I find it very odd for a company to have no estimate at all when a product is coming in from their vendor, and to be giving out product that they obviously don't have in stock for the customers who have already purchased it. I am now 2.5 weeks without delivery of a product that I was told was available for next day delivery. Unfortunately I opened up a credit card with Conn's to get the 0% APR, but after this experience, I will never do business with them again. I don't mind being patient and waiting for my product, even AFTER they told me it was in stock... It's the miscommunication and poor business practices of not keeping me informed and wasting my PTO/time that makes me most angry. Go somewhere else where they actually know when their product is going to be available to be shipped to you, and not lie to you and give you the runaround. read more

Don't ever buy a Samsung fridge from Conn's the Compressor went out after I got it and they can sure sell you a fridge but if the the fridge is a lemon they won't help. This place is completely incompetent and refuse to assist me. The motor is blown in the washer and on backorder for 3 months. Conn's won't call GE and GE won't call Conns. I spoke to the incompetent store manager Armando and Chavo, both are worthless. They are pawning me off to the service department who have no clue what I need. Even though their policy for an exchange is 30 days, they refused to give me an exchange. I will be without a washer for 2 weeks by the time their incompetent technician comes to the home to tell me what the GE technician already told me. This place is worthless and useless. From getting my washer and dryer delivered to now, 1 year later it's still been a headache. DO NOT believe their financing options either! The sales man completely lied about how the finances work. I've been nothing but a good customer paying additional and on time. I called customer service to help resolve an issue and not one person showed any sign of sympathy or even attempted to resolve the issue. The salesman at this store was fantastic. My issue was when I called the customer service to pay the balance in full on 4/7/17. On 4/11/17 received an email stating the payment was returned due to non-sufficient funds. I immediately contacted my bank and they informed me the payment was returned due to invalid account number. That same day of 4/11 I called Conn's to rectify this issue to only be told they couldn't do anything as it wasn't reflecting the returned payment and had to wait. On 4/18 I called again to make a payment and they wanted to charge the interested that had accumulated in 11 days. I told the representative there was no way I was going to pay more than what my payoff amount was on 4/7. She put me on hold and came back stating she had received approval to only pay what the payoff amount was on 4/7 so I paid and she stated my account would be closed. Well fast forward to 5/19/17 my credit report was showing an open account. So I called them to only find out my account was never closed on 4/18. I called them 12 times each call was for a good 30 mins to an hour for them to close my account. I messaged them on Facebook as well. I was never belligerent either on the phone or FB. However, they proceeded to block me from their Facebook page after I threaten to report them to BBB. Please do not do business with them. They are crooks. Their customer service is a joke. read more

I wonder how many people are being ripped off by Conn's and Furnituregard (FG)? I purchased the warranty, submitted a claim since Aug 2018 and I'm having a horrible experience with the warranty company declining my claim for a defective furniture material issue.When i phoned FG they kept us on hold for over 20 minutes and then said "he's still on hold" finally they replied with "your claim has been denied because the furniture was exposed to direct sunlight, what a false statement especially since they've never actually been in my home, the repair tech only took photos of the damaged furniture and to top it off i have sun screens on every window. FG never asked for any additional photos, nor did they provide proof of the alleged claim. We deserve restitution for this defective furniture and the Arizona Dept of Insurance Attorney General as well as the BBB needs to thoroughly investigate their fraudulent practices. This entire incident has caused unnecessary stress and should be easily addressed. read more

Aweful company to deal with! I was approved for $6000, 36 month 0% interest financing, or so I was told by Greg. I financed $4000 in furniture because I just moved across the country without much. I was told the monthly payments for $4000 would be 196 per month. Later, after the furniture was delivered, I actually did the math. 196 dollars x 36 months= $7,056. My fiance went into the store to talk to the manager and he told him that Greg would never lie to a customer and that we only financed $3600 in furniture and anything $3999 and less only qualifies for 12 months at 0%, which also does not make sense as to how $196 was figured for my monthly payments. On my Conn's account, it says the total amount that I actually spent, which was $4000 and some change. Conn's is full of liars who will tell you anything to make a sale. We have tried to call Greg numerous times and he will not answer or return calls. From reading reviews, sounds like others have had a similar problem with them. read more

The Worst Company Ever!!!!! This company slammed my grandfather and myself into purchasing products and warranties. I purchased a 2,700 Samsung refrigerator and extended warranty under pressure. I was told they would price match it if I found it lower also. Well three weeks after purchasing the thing the computer started saying cooling issues in the freezer. I called the warranty company and explained the issues and price I found cheaper at Sears for the same refrigerator, I was advised there would be a price adjustment on my financing (Never was) and tech would be out to fix it. Never happened, either promise. Monday I called to repair that now the freezer handle fell off and it's not making ice. Advised they would call me Thursday morning to confirm a time today. I waited around all morning and late afternoon until I finally called and again was lied to and said oh there coming tomorrow, I had advised the agent I had a doctors appointment Friday when we confirmed Thursday. So once again they screwed me the consumer and now I'm stuck with a broken refrigerator i"m unable to use and am right back to using my old one in my garage. Beware everyone, don't shop here, they pressure you and promise you the world and give you garbage and don't honor their warranties on there products. The only thing I don't like, is when you apply online for credit. The sales guys calls you up, like really?!? I went down and talked to them already and I just wanted to see if I could apply online without them talking to me, because I already talked to them at the store, but at that time I didn't want to feel like I was pressured into buying something right there and now. Went to this location last night for a microwave. The one we wanted we were told that it was out of stock until April 20th. We then asked if any other stores had one in stock. They said no all locations were out. So we decided to go with a different brand, which was told also out of stock and no other locations had any. Was told by the associate that after I sign the finance agreement, I should contact the finance company they work with and let them know that I wanted to make payments for 36 months. When I called to make those arrangements, they informed me they only do 12 month loans and that Conns is fully aware of that. So I called Conns in hopes of rectifying the situation, and I got the good ole "Nothing we can do for you now." Made the monthly payments plus a little extra each month then paid the remaining balance off in November of 2016. Fast forward to april of 17 and they said I owed 60$ and the account never closed and now I'm being charged 1240$ in interest on 60$ accumulated inside of 5 months. So to begin I purchased a sectional end of Jan didn't get it til weeks later then it was broken once they decided to replace the damaged one months later I finally have one. The next and main issue is I have a contract from Conns stating one due date and one amount they seem to have a different one with a different due date and a different amount I have contacted the store to speak to the manager who has not returned my calls or resolved the issue I have sent copies of this contract and still nothing I have shopped at Conns prior to this the location on 75th they are wonderful if you need to go Conns I would not go to the Dunlap location the majority empty parking lot should have been a thought of why customer service is horrible shopping there has been a nightmare read more

Installation Nightmare From Conn's - Please Assist To whom it may concern... My wife and I are remodeling our home. We recently purchased an LG stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and large screen TV from your Metro Phoenix location for about $8,000. During the installation, the crew did not properly install my dishwasher and damaged the electrical box that connected the old dishwasher and the garbage disposal to my sink. My old dishwasher and disposal worked fine before. Now they do not work. I have attached a picture of the damaged electrical box. After they installed the dishwasher, it gave a fail error code and never worked. They said they were busy and left anyways, and told me the damage was my fault. After three days of handwashing dishes with no disposal or dishwasher, they returned to install a new dishwasher, telling me the other one was defective. During the installation of the new dishwasher, they damaged my cabinets and screwed them back on at the top all broken, scratched and damaged. What's more, they installed the dishwasher crooked and refused to correct it. Then, they told me it was my fault the electrical box was damaged, even though it worked fine before with my old appliances. They told me that they had to unplug the garbage disposal and leave the switch on to get my dishwasher to work. What's more, once they finished damaging my cabinets, my electrical and my sink, they left me with NO water pressure in the sink. They told me that this was my fault, too, and that now I needed to call both a plumber and an electrician out at my own expense. I have attached pictures of all of the damage. Note: in the sink picture the handle is turned to full and there are drips coming out, no water pressure. Furthermore, during the botched installation of my stove, they refused to align with the wall, telling me it would have to jut out 6" because they wouldn't mount the electrical box. Odd, because my old stove, which worked just fine, was flush with the wall and had the same box. To make matters even more frustrating, I called the Phoenix location 4 times yesterday asking politely for a manager. I was put on hold and hung up on four times in a row. Now I am having to pay out of pocket for my repairs from damage YOUR team created. Is this how Conn's treats customers who just made an $8,000 purchase? Is this how you intend to retain customers and get more word of mouth referrals? Is this how you expect a marketing expert to take your brand? Is this how you intend to manage your positive reputation and good name? I am seeking an IMMEDIATE remedy for this situation. I have fully documented the damaged and botched installation. I have pictures and three witnesses including my personal assistant. I am eager to amicably resolve this situation as soon as possible. Otherwise, I have no other option but to submit complaints, negative reviews and BBB complaints with full photo documentation, which would mar your reputation and which would never be removed from any online list. This is NOT something I want to do. I want to seek an amicable resolution. I would much prefer that Conn's step up and help me resolve the situation. The ball is your court. read more

The salesman that was selling me my laptop Apple Mac book pro did not tell me anything about the contract that MY BOYFRIEND AND I were supposed to read it but he takes the computer and signs it for us and doesn't tell us anything about the "lease" that we we're supposed to sign. little did we know that we hd to pay double the price of my laptop which was 1,600 after tax so in Italy I had to pay 3,200 just to lease it and own it afterwards. so when I called progressive who leases the items to you they close too early for business hours and it's hard to get ahold of them. But they charge you what you basically pay for the damn item you buy just to lease it. the only way to pay the amount that is for the item you are buying is if you pay it off in 90 days and thats a little ridiculous. I'm now paying $536 a month for 3 months!! which he did not tell me any of this so now I'm screwed out of money. don't ever go to conns. also it won't positively affect my credit until I make this 90 day payment and then anything else I buy it will positively affect my credit so paying the laptop off doesn't really help me any other way except giving me the laptop and making me pay an outrageous amount each month. read more

Conns is the WORST. I've used rent to own companies in the past and have never had the bad experience my sister and I have now. In February of 2017 we were told a payoff amount for our living room set. Now, more than a year later we are getting messages that the payoff amount was wrong and we owe almost $500 dollars. And we're being told it's OUR FAULT for not keeping up with the account! Who keeps up with an account after we were told it was paid off. Unfortunately I cannot find the letter we got saying we were paid in full. But even without that, if the amount we were given for payoff was incorrect why did it take more than a year to contact us? They have called us in the past if the payment was a day late... now they gave us misinformation about the payoff amount and let interest and late fees build up to a ridiculous amount before texting my sister about the bill. read more

Started off as a great experience. The sales person that was helping us was personable and very helpful. We selected a sectional sofa, 2 additional recliners, 2 entertainment centers, a bedframe, bunkbeds with attached stairs, chest with drawers, refrigerator, 2 large smart flat screen tv's. This was placed on two orders. After having to REDO the invoices three times because of lack of explanation on insurance and extended warranty, we were told that the one entertainment center was out of stock and would not be in stock until Friday. We were ready to walk out the door, but the sales person convinced us that it would be ok. Delivery would be for Saturday and that he paid for the delivery himself out of his pocket. We thought you know what that was great customer service give it a chance. First delivery arrived yesterday to find out that the stairs for the bunk beds was not put back on the invoice. After speaking with the store manager Greg, nothing was done except an apology and him asking ME for advice on how he can better train HIS employees. Still heated, we decide we will just buy the stairs from a different place as to not have to go in and redo EVERYTHING AGAIN. Get a call that the fireplace that was not instock has 'disappeared'. There were supposed to be 9 on the truck but they do not know what happened to them. So I will not get the entertainment center, and that they have no date as to when to expect it. Now I am really upset, after spending 14,000 you would think they would be more helpful. Called Greg back again, he says I am really sorry it is poor training on my part. I tell him I am regretting my choice to purchase from his store and say that I want to cancel my order. His response was "I expected that". Thats it. No remorse. No trying to save the 6000 dollar purchase. If you can try to get your furniture from somewhere else, do. If you have no other choice, I say good luck to you. Maybe try a different store. They tried to charge me over $1,500 for a computer worth only $550 brand new! Lost all the money that I had put into it by returning it (over $500), but it was worth it just to not give them one more dime! The funny thing is that they will now try to sell it at Rent-A-Center for far less than what I was offering to give them in cash yesterday! When they wouldn't budge even an inch on the buyout, I told them I would take my $700 to Best Buy and get a far better computer...They lost this customer for life. So, Conn's makes a lot of promises to help people start over and get credit. Yes. I got credit. I just came out of a bad divorce situation and wanted to rebuild. I bought a computer. That's the end of what was promised as being accurate. I was promised that if I paid the amount of my contract off within a year with a minimum monthly payment that I would owe nothing else. I wasn't told about the monthly payment fees, eating up some of what I paid each month. Then, I was told that when I was ready to pay off the account, I could come into the store and get a paid in full statement - that is not true. You can pay it off in the store, but they give you rinky-dinky credit card statement that doesn't even show your balance. You have to take the clerk's word that it was for the correct amount. They will mail you a statement showing paid in full in 30 - 60 days. Then, they report the closed account, but not the zero balance. This makes your credit score go down, not up. Mine went down 15 points! It makes it look like they closed the account and are about to go into collections. Even though my payoff was about $800, the credit is reporting a balance of more than twice that! They need another 60 days to correct. When I asked for help correcting this from customer service, there was no help. When I then asked to talk to a Supervisor, they hung up on me! Buyer beware. There are better and more accurate ways of rebuilding your credit. read more

This past January, my husband and I bought our living room furniture from Shari (sp?) and we had the best time! She let us sit on every sofa, explained the differences and let us take our time, which was amazing. So two days ago, when we decided it was time for a new bed, we went straight back to Conns. This time, Greg helped us. And he was no less helpful. He was kind, funny and patient. I had to wait for my husband to get to Conns after I got impatient and went without him. Well, Greg walked me through every option and answered every question I had. He let my kids sit and wait for me at the massage chairs and when my husband ran late, I took a turn getting a massage as well. Greg was seriously wonderful at his job and had all the hospitality you would want when making a major purchase. My new bed was just delivered and the gentlemen that delivered it were unbelievably fast. In and out in 10 minutes. This is the first new mattress that I have ever gotten and I am thrilled! Greg, you are really terrific and I am so so glad you helped us pick out our perfect bed. We will be customers again. Thank you Conns. You have a rockstar working for you for sure read more

Been doing business with Conn's for nearly 20 years from Houston and here in Phoenix. Walked in last night to look at a King iComfort adjustable and fell in love with the model Conn's had on the floor at $8200. We were going to shop around, but once we laid on it, knew that was the one. Armando the manager assigned William to us. William came back and in the middle of a question we had, his cell phone rings and he says "excuse me," and answers AND THEN WALKS AWAY - for a significant period of time. The point here instead of putting the point at the end, this market is too crowded not to have the best in customer service. What William SHOULD have done is told the person on the phone "I'm with a customer, can I call you right back," and if the person said it's a life and death emergency I need to talk to you now, told us "I'm so sorry, but I'm going to grab someone here to help you with the questions while I resolve this." We waited and waited while William toured the store on the phone leaving us guessing whether he'd return, and then decided enough's enough. At that point Armando tries to stop us saying William had a customer sale he was working on (WTF?) that he/Armando would help us as 3 sales people were standing at the front door waiting for a customer to walk in I bet one of them may have been able to help without walking off -- What Armando should do to help is train his sales staff better that would be the bigger help and we told him so and told him we were going to his competitor to buy the same set. We went to Mattress Firm and bought a top of the line iComfort adjustable King, only the MF version has power and USB ports in the platform in addition to all the features the Conn's version had AND it was $2K cheaper, paid cash, it will be here Thursday. We have bought chef-grade appliances from Conn's in the past, but in our upcoming kitchen remodel when we are replacing Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Washing/Dryer -- yep unfortunately we'll go somewhere else. We bought a bedroom set from Conns the name says it all "they will conn yo ass " do not buy anything from here keep your receipts we made a 775 dollar payment in 1 month and when we went the next following month they said their was no record of it thank god we had our receipt I had to call corporate also interest is ridiculous if you do not make those extra payments a month you will never finish paying your debt I will never shop here again safe your money and buy cash instead! somewhere else. read more

I just bought a dual reclining power loveseat with console ( with a full warranty for leather and power coverage which was extra) from here last Friday. Wish I hadn't. The salesman we had, Derwin, was annoying and unprofessional. Anythime we would ask about prices, he would say " 20 million dollars" and "Who cares, its not your money". But my husband found the perfect couch and we got it. paperwork for the financing was simple, that part I will give them credit for. We were told that with the warranty, they would take care of any and all maintenance issues and repairs we had locally and not through the manufacturer. We were unavailable for next day delivery so we scheduled it for Monday. Sunday rolls around and we get a call from our annoying salesman saying we still owe them $60, because he made a mistake with the delivery cost. We refused to pay that because he and the manager signed off on our paperwork and it was their mistake. Our delivery was simple and fast, the guys that brought it were fantastic and very professional. They checked to make sure it worked and left. About two hours later one side stopped working and got stuck in the up position. My husband called Conn's and told them what happened and was told that we would get a 10% discount and that they would call us right back to schedule a repair. Well, they never called us back. Today I went back to the store and spoke to their "operations manager". He knew about the issue about the money that we "owed" but when I explained the couch was broken he started getting very carefree and played it off like it was nothing. So when I told him that my husband already called to get the loveseat fixed he got very defensive and said that they dont do that and it was through corporate. I asked why my husband wasn't told that and of course he had no clue. So he called corporate and handed the phone to me and they said they would call me back in 72 hours to "schedule a date for repair". What a joke. # days to get scheduled?!!!! So after that call, I asked to get a new finance contract that reflected the new price with the 10% discount I was told I had because of the issues. The "operations manager' told me the "finance manager" just stepped out and would be back in a few minutes. 30 minutes later he comes back and when I tell him I need a new contract, he said that only corporate can do that.So after I flip out and make a scene for having wasted my time waiting for that I leave and go home to call corporate and they told me they cant write new contracts that they can only do that in store. So I have officially filed a complaint with corporate about the horrible experience and have told them to come pick it up and refund my money. Apparently, requesting that requires a "complaint manager'' to call me from corporate... and guess what... that takes 72 hours as well!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

to say this experience was a nightmare is giving credit where no credit is due. I wish I had checked yelp before I purchased my fridge. See the below fridge commentary and know this happened yet again. Only this time was told that would have delivery end of the week. I decided to call another store to inquire about my fridge and was told the model I already purchased was discontinued and they would not be getting any more in. In addition to that debacle I was lied to about tv stand told they did not carry hardware for dishwasher installation which I purchased a new dishwasher and they do indeed carry the hardware. I was charged over $100 for an install which I specifically told them I did NOT want and the icing on the cake. I purchased a sound bar for my tv that I also purchased and they gave me the wrong one which was more money and then told if i did not want then I would be charged a restocking fee. The people at this location are incompetent. However, there is one salesman named John last name begins with a D who is very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I encountered him AFTER my hellish experience. So if you must go this route I would recommend him as everyone else including the manager are useless wastes of space read more

This place is horrible!!! I have been trying to get a problem resolved since Saturday when they delivered the wrong furniture. I have talked to multiple people and nobody will help with the situation. The salesman has not returned my calls and the "managers" have yet to do anything besides take my name and number and supposedly leave messages with their problem resolution person who has yet to call me back. Run do not buy at conns. There credit departments are thieves. They lost a payment. I got proff from my bank the payment was made.They refused to talk to the bank. Simply told me make another payment on time or go to collections, that voids the 24 month same as cash now you owe the intrest at 26.999%. This is how they make there cash. read more

This is the first time I've written a bad review. I have worked in the customer service field for years so I have tremendous patience with people who work with customers all day. This, however, is beyond poor service. Long story short we bought a refrigerator with a warranty, they came out 5 times to review/fix it; now it is at the point they agree they owe us a replacement. We have made over 40+ calls, dealt with all levels of management up to their corporate office, been in the store 10 times with no help yet. They have lied to us so much - their own staff have read to us what is listed in our account, yet the previous person would state they can't find anything to help us. In one case, we even had their own staff state that the last person we talked to 'was an idiot' and have been hung up on by so many people. To top it off, my elderly diabetic mom lives with us and maintaining fresh food is not just a nice to have for her. We have take time of work, sat on hold and waited for call backs for weeks. It's amazing that people can be that disconnected from their customers when they have chosen that to be their line of work. read more
