She continued to say they had one, but the warehouse was busy. Hours went by and she never sent anything. At first, I did not ask for a refund or an exchange. I just reached out to let them know of the mistake that had happened and that I would like to be sent the size that I ordered. We went back-and-forth for many hours not getting anywhere. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says a lot. Instead of taking responsibility, their customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to fix their own error.
