Didn't get a chance to experience the service. Scheduled a pick up for my clothes between 930 and 10 PM at night. Those hours sound absurd, but can actually be beneficial to myself or others that work late. The guy never showed up until 1130. He didn't call to let me know he was on the way sent a text which I never heard. I was already asleep. So he basically showed up without me confirming a later time. If it wasn't for their friendly staff and efficient service, I would've given Esteem Cleaners a 2 or 3 out of 5 star rating. Reason for the 4 out of 5: They were able to get rid of the stain caused by one of the seats from OO-KOOK KBBQ on Rosemead, and they were also able to freshen up two fitted baseball caps. The only thing I'm just kinda upset about are the wrinkles that both my hats got from the cleaning process. As you can see in the pictures, you'll know what I'm talking about. These hats are not even a year old, so those wrinkles were not there. Also, the thread on my one cap's logo got damaged from how it was cleaned. I should've checked my items at the time of pickup, so that, I could've raised a concern; but I was just excited to finally have my items cleaned and to know that I found a dry cleaning service that's really close by. Maybe my review and rating will allow them to re-evaluate the way they clean baseball caps, because, I know there are several people out there that may not feel as content as I do. Overall, I will continue to come here. They are respectable, efficient and their services are fairly priced. Last Note: That seat I mentioned was probably from a touch-up paint or stain that the restaurant used. So just be aware where you sit from now on, cuz I sure am. read more

This is my first review. Just had to comment and say that the customer service here is astounding. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in his work and business. To make a long story short, I live in a building that offers dry cleaning pick ups and there was a new attendant who mixed my tags up and tried to give me the wrong clothes. The building tried to give me the run around and send me to Conrad's. I'm glad they did, because from the moment the I got on the phone with the owner (Conrad?), I felt 100% confident that the error would be corrected one way or another. Turned out to be an easy fix! (And the issue was with the building, *not* the cleaners!) Though I don't get dry cleaning too often, Conrad's has earned a lifetime customer. PS-- my sweaters came out perfectly, too! read more

We have a pair of aging cats, and long story short, one of them peed on the sofa cushion one night. I found Conrad's on Yelp, and called him up. He was extremely pleasant on the phone,(good first sign) and offered to come by and take a look the same day. If we agreed, he would take the cushions with him and return them when they were clean. Conrad showed up as promised, offered his rates, which were very reasonable, and we sent the cushions out with him that day. He returned with the cushions a few days later, cleaned, fluffed, and free of cat pee! A few days later the same issue occurred because we left the doors closed to the room where the cat box is placed. Conrad came over the same day and picked the cushions up to do the cleaning all over again! Same great service with a smile. A true gentleman, folks. Look no further. He's your man. Amazing service! We had some really difficult blood splatters (our dog had an injury) on our white custom drapes. The customer service was great at the free consultation and when they came to pick up and drop off the drapes for the cleaning. They were able to get every stain out of the drapes in less than a week and even gave us a cleaner to help with stains on the walls. We will definitely be using Conrad's again! read more
