And when we woke up my daughter put us on the list and we were 189th!!! I said welp- we may need to have a back up plan because we're never gonna get in! But sure enough by the time we got dressed and ready and arrived, it worked out seamlessly and we walked straight in and to our table! I don't recall ever witnessing such a highly efficient, AND friendly team at a restaurant in my life. I was truly amazed that we made our way thru the waitlist, and despite it being an extremely busy day on a holiday, it was not at all chaotic. They had a system, and everyone knew their assignments! We were seated in a nice sunny booth for our meal. A server who wasn't even our main server came over to say hello and wish me a happy Mother's Day and offered to take our picture!! So sweet!!! Now to the food!!! Oh my goodness. I literally have not stopped thinking about this veggie skillet since Mother's Day!!!! The combinations!!! So they had sweet potato tater tots, mushrooms, spinach, eggs, pumpkin seeds, feta and dried cranberries!!!! A party in my mouth!!!! That combination was SO delicious!! Major kudos to the chef who put that on the menu! My daughter had the Tuscan omelette which had chicken sausage, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, & feta cheese. She said hers was amazing too!!
