My bf ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentines @ work... he kept asking me if I had received anything at work and i kept saying no. When i got off of work he told me that i was supposed to have received flowers at work. He gave me a conf # and i called. needless to say, i did not receive my flowers on vday which was a monday. I did not receive my flowers until thursday! he paid a fortune and when i finally received my flowers i was VERY DISAPPOINTED... my favorite stargazer lillies had 4 petals and my roses were bent!!! my bouquet looked tossed togther with the reject flowers from Vday! coming from Conroys, i would expect nothing but something very close to perfect because i have received flowers from other conroys before. I knew I should of not went back the second time.... Had an experience a year ago ordering flowers for a friend with cancer, flowers were good however service was horrible, trying to checkout at cashier and she continually stops to answer the phone or deliver homecoming flowers to the students...there were other clerks available. Then go back a couple weeks ago, this year, and order flowers for a funeral in another state. I specifically ordered a particular flower which is very, very, very common! They receive the flowers and not what we ordered. During this transaction the clerk is rude, until she finds out t is for a death, and continually answers the phone during this transaction. When I contacted Crystal (whom is only at the site in the mornings) she said that now that the flowers have been delivered if they cancel the order they will go and pick up the flowers prior to the funeral...omg who does this?? She said that since they really were not responsible, that this what will happen with Conroys orders...They should of sent the very, very, common flowers again!! But she didn't feel it was her problem even though the order specifically said this particular flower...I had to reorder in time for the funeral from another florist.....Crystal wanted me to come in to get a bouquet for myself, that was thoughtful...but no I didn't need the flowers this was for a very, very important person in our life and they failed to follow through! My husband used them for our first Valentine's Day as a married couple and he will never use them again! He had to work all day on Valentine's Day so he decided to surprise me with flowers and a bear for our baby. Not only were the flowers wilted, the bear he ordered for our daughter was different than the one ordered! I was given a replacement set of flowers which does make me happier but there is a definitely a difference in the replacement flowers and my original ones. You cannot replace memories and thanks to conroys, we will always remember how our first Valentine's Day flowers was subpar and a nightmare for my husband to have to deal with! read more

Horrible experience. Went there to buy flowers and chocolates for wife and daughter for valentines..Flowers were ok but I was in the dog house because I bought rotten stale chocolates. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY! VERY DISSAPOINTED...Ordered roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Specifically told the girl that my wife left work at noon and wanted the delivery done before then. She assured me that they would prioritize the delivery and would be delivered by noon. Called on the delivery date at 11:00am and was told it was going out just then. Called at 11:55am and was told that the roses were still there!!! The girl told me that they never guarantee a delivery time. Would have been nice to know that when I PLACED the order! Never again Conroys....Never again. My wife had to pick up her own flowers on Valentine's Day!!! read more

I purchased flowers for my daughter (new grandchild) to take to the hospital. I kind of had to create my own arrangement since there weren't any pre-made ones with blue flowers and there was nobody there to make a new one. There were 2 girls working, but apparently they weren't trained on flowers. I got 3 roses, 4 carnations - painted blue (in a vase), 1 mylar, 4 latex balloons & a teddy bear. To the tune of $90! I had to go, but it was eating at me why it cost so much... Once I got to the hospital, I figured out the little thrown together arrangement was $60 (I knew the teddy bear was $30, but 7 flowers and some balloons - $60!!). First of all, the girl put way too much paint on the flowers & I was gagging in the car! I'm no florist, but I would think a little dusting of paint would be sufficient. Then the next day the latex balloons were on the ground too. That arrangement was nowhere worth $60! My mom bought an arrangement from Archibald Flowers for $40 - way better! I'll go there next time!!! *Note - I emailed the florist twice and never heard a word back... maybe customer service (and employee training) should be a priority and bad reviews won't be left on here!! read more

I have to say that you guys are the best. My husband always uses your shop to get me flowers and this Valentine's Day he went to your shop and ordered me flowers to be delivered to my work. Well the flowers came and they were beautiful. But by the next day I noticed some of the flowers were brown and starting to wilt. By the third day the rose buds were brown and turning dark on the stem. I was like oh well. My husband paid over $150 for the flowers. One lady at work suggested I call Conroys to let them know what was happening to the flowers. Well you guys held up with your guarantee and brought me a whole new bouquet of flowers.
