Major delays as City Inspector required Extensive test on product used. Project is quite difficult but I do not feel appropriate precautions have been taken given condition of Roofs. We have had boards through ceilings. Two workers have fallen through ceiling. I. My condo I've had an individual fall through ceiling, after rain water pouring in my dining room ceiling collapsing. Then now to he ceiling in my bedroom has caved in. Repairs of all these areas underway but I e had to move out of my condo due to damage and fear of more incidents. My husband who is a 100% disabled veteran and I were left in our condo and not informed AC would be out all night. Finally at ,9 pm when temperature reached 87 degrees I. Our unit we left andin side with extreme humidity. We went to a hotel. This could have been a voided by on sight crew advising us our ac would not be working as on roof unit had not been reconnected. For the most part o. Site crew have been polite but after conversation after conversation with them about condition of roof and plea for caution they just keep pressing forward resulting in more and more damage. I have seen Mr Moore very little on site during this complicated construction Other reviews on other sites show how Mr. Moore attacks people who complain even going so far to call them unbalanced. This is my second experience with Mr. Moore as last September he entered by condo and after 15 minutes began attacking contractor I had hired to do major renovation in my condo. He lied to me twice during this incident and got huffy with me when I complained. He said he wD likely to win our coa pending roof contract he told me this in September before the contract had gone for bid,???This incident caused me much stress.and the contractor working with me wrote letter to coa out of necessary to defend themselves. Later to leRn it was my neighbor who sent Mr. Moore over this same neighbor now COA president of board awarding contract. I do report that Mr.Moore is now doing everything he can to ensure I am comfortable and make amends but despite this it is too late now I have suffered damage to my newly renovated condo and extreme emotional stress and personal injury. I'm seeking legal advisement while still trying to be reasonable. But with reluctance I advise caution before hiring this individual. I post this review with reluctance as I suspect an attacking response also will follow causing me even more stress. But I think a review is warranted.

One of them was regarding the original round drain we had selected for the shower. Mike said to us, "With the quality of materials you guys are using, you need an up to date 'state of the art' drain for the shower" and nixed the old-style round drain. He installed a rectangular drain with tile inset and It turned out to be a great suggestion and we love everything about it! The subs he used were by and large on time and did a nice meticulous job, cleaning up the job-site almost every night before they left. There were minimal overruns and several of them were changes we made that resulted in extra work. He is explained his process of using the flecked ceramic coating. He sent me colors to choose from and I chose a very modern bright white with light gray flecks. Justin came out at my scheduled appointment. Justin was very professional and kind. Justin protected my furniture and floors and took his time to Ensure all the bathroom fixtures were covered properly. When he finished, he explained how long it would take to fully dry and gave us instructions on how to upkeep (very easy). It looked absolutely beautiful and brand new. I hired these guys to resurface the tub in my new, older home I was remodeling and it was a…read morenightmare!! They quoted me inaccurate pricing without even asking the condition of my older tub that the previous owners had resurfaced a long time ago and was in sad shape. So when they arrive the price basically doubled in order "to do it right". Then the next morning the tub was full of bubbled epoxy all over the sides and bottom. It was 2 weeks before they came back to refinish it yet again - this time there were hair marks I noticed immediately and was told they would fade with time. Really?! Like what - 25 years??? Then I also noticed runs in the corners which I photographed and emailed to them. I also told them there was epoxy overspray on my shower tile that I just had installed a mont prior and they assured me they would clean it off. They did not nor did they remove the hair marks. I called immediately afterwards to ask for a manager to come out and see it so we could discuss actions to fix it and was screamed at (verbally assaulted and I am NOT exaggerating ) buy a kid named Justin who answered the phone. He also hung up on me when I insisted over his screaming that nobody else but them did the damage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was nothing but lies and telling me how I should thank them for the mess they made?! Seriously?! These people do NOT know how to treat customers and take NO responsibility for their actions whatsoever!!! Keep your money!!! DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CREEPS!!! They will abuse you too!! They also will NOT honor their faulty work after three lame attempts nor will they repair the damage they did. I am forced to go to court but will prevail when all is said and done.
