They said they were high end and could sell anything from a half a can of pledge to a Rols Royce. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We asked Charm to contact our realtor for the estate sale, she would be our designate, as I live out of country. This was not done. Many of the high end items and other items were not in the sale, i.e. a mink stoll, weapons, vintage records, full length fur coat, diamonds, collections. She never anwsered where these went. Also, we found some of our deceased mom's furniture in a video for the next week's estate sale. When we asked about it, she said that she was going to try and sell it later, as it didn't sell at the original estate sale. Unfortunately, none of the missing items or 'later to be sold' items were compensated to us. She seemed to have taken inventory as donations to herself, without our permission or notification. read more

Great Experience shopping here today and amazing customer service! This place has a variety of unique items and the selection is amazing! Please see my photos for samplings of what they carry. It is important to note, their inventory changes all the time. I found AMAZING deals in the store and also found that on items I liked but wanted to pay less on that they were willing to talk about pricing. Not only are the people the run the sale rude. But they don't honor their hours. If you advertise that you are open to 5, don't yell at me that I have 1 minute to get out when I enter at 4:40. As someone who works during the day and can't make estate sales until around closing time, there's lots of other estate sales that are way more courteous and respect you, even in the last 30 min before closing. Don't waste your time here. read more

INSANE PRICING Consignment No 235 is also known as C2 ESTATE SALES on Estate Sales .Net. I think they changed the name to try to distance themselves from a developing bad reputation. However, they are clearing not changing their behavior. Not only are they WAY OVERPRICED they are honestly not very friendly. WATCH OUT FOR THE CRAZY UP-CHARGE! In addition they will try and add extra charges for random reasons that contradict their stated pricing schedule in order to gouge you further. BUYER BEWARE. Beyond that, you have have to WATCH OUT WHEN THEY ARE CHECKING YOU OUT. That is because, THEY MAY JUST BE OVERCHARGING YOU on your total! The lady at the checkout literally TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA CHARGES with random incorrect numbers TWICE. Usually I trust that they people tallying up my purchase is going to be correct with your numbers. UNFORTUNATELY OU CAN'T DO THAT here or they may add EXTRA CHARGES TO YOUR CHECKOUT. So glad I had a small amount I was purchasing and was paying attention. If not there is no telling what might have happened. read more

Never been a huge fan of C2 estate sales but I've never had an issue holding my child until today. Two elderly people wouldn't allow me inside while holding toddler which I've done as a professional estate sales shopper since she was born 2.9 years ago-- I said I've never had an issue bringing her into your sales with me since I hold her and they claimed they've always had this policy. Eye roll. Loss of money on their part. I'm not an idiot and I would also purchase anything my child was responsible for breaking. Some ppl just don't know any better. read more

Don't say in your online ads and your emails that you are open until 5 if you really close and stop allowing customers in at 445. You waste our' time driving to your sale and parking. No apology just a disclaimer oh look our signs say we stop letting customers in at 445. However the sign is removed at 445 so how the heck would we know!? There are plenty of other friendly estate sale companies in the area. Shop there instead. read more

MY wife and I are retired and like to go to estate sales. We went to a C2 sale in a nice townhouse in a good part of town, last hour of the last day, the3 best time to make deals. After pointless negotiating for half an hour, half an hour before end of sale, I finally give up, go outside, get my wallet from the car, smoke a cigarette and then try to go back. They had locked the door with my wife inside. Refusing to respond to the bell or knocking, they just glare at me thru the window. As I start to smash into the door, intent on breaking it down, one finally comes to the door and says the sale is closed, even with 15 minutes on the clock. I told them my wife was still inside, that I only went out to get my wallet. They refused to let me in until I told them I would smash down the door if they did not let me see my wife instantly. I drew my knife, did not open it, but prepared to smash the glass when he finally unlocked the door. My wife was in the back oblivious, still looking at stuff. I found her and when we went to pay for what she had selected (my own selection forgotten) the bitchy women refused the day's discount because "She was unhappy with me." We left our selections unpurchased and headed to the door, as she threatened me with the police for not buying the items we had reserved as we shopped. I told her she was lucky I hadn't called the police for kidnapping, or shot my way back in to rescue my wife from them. We have never gone to another C2 Estate Sale and strongly urge you do not hire or do any business with these cretins. read more

I have never written a review for any company ever, but I have to this time! Charm and her crew from C2 Estate Sales went above and beyond for me. On the first day of my estate sale, the kitchen sink pipe had burst and was flooding the house. Because I couldn't get a plumber to help right away, Charm sent her personal plumber to shut off the water, had her crew clean up the mess and place fans to dry up the rooms, and she started the sale just 30 minutes late. Charm handled the sale exactly as we had agreed, and it was a complete success! I can't recommend her highly enough! Lisa T. read more

WAY OVER PRICED! Pretty much everything was priced to almost retail. Absolutely Ridiculous! This is probably one of the WORST estate sales people out there. DVD's were listed at $3. I went to buy a an old TV show from the 60's. She proceeded to open the old used case and counted how many disks there were. She informed me there were 5 disks in the set and this greedy woman demanded $3 PER disk. So she wanted $15 for an old TV show at a glorified yard sale. I might also add while I totally get making sure people with sticky fingers understand they are under surveillance this business has a rather off putting way of shoving it in your face with practically every sign. I hope to NEVER come across one of her sales again and I suggest you avoid them as well. read more
