While waiting for the surgery, I gained quite a bit of weight and lost a lot of muscle mass. But in the short time I've been going to see Warren, I've lost weight, lost body fat and gained muscle tone. I work out with Warren four days a week. We do upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week. I never get bored with our workouts because he changes up my routine regularly enough that there's not time to get bored with it. He has increased my weights when he notices that I am ready. Warren is very dedicated and it's quite obvious that he cares a great deal about the health and well-being of his clients. His schedule is rather flexible and he's always there when he says he will be. He works with both your training and your nutrition, if you want. Warren is very capable, highly trained and skilled. His experience and education are impressive, but even more impressive is the person behind the letters MS, CSCS & NSCA-CPT. I challenge you to find anyone as skilled and trained as Warren who has the same humility. He's a great guy to work out with whether you're 18 or 80, male or female. And whether you're looking to build muscle or lose fat, he'll have a plan for you in the gym and the kitchen.

Its good for beginners and experts because the trainers will always adjust their workouts to fit your goals. They offer 3 levels for each workout so you can do what works for you. I love the trainers here, especially Victoria who makes every workout a blast with excitement and 90s boy bands music! This place is infamous for the 6 week, 20 pounds challenge where they will help you on a nutrition and exercise plan to lose 20 pounds and you get your money back. They have classes available at 530am, and the last class is at 8pm I believe so they work with everyone's schedule. I fully support this place and love coming here!

I can't imagine how difficult this past year would have been without these classes. Karen teaches Zumba Fitness and Back In Shape classes on Zoom several times a week. These classes have helped me strengthen my core, maintain good balance, stay flexible, and respect my body. I love taking these classes in the comfort of my home. Karen is a licensed certified fitness instructor, so she knows how to teach you to tone, stretch, and strengthen without injuring yourself. The music that she plays is always fun, and she is very motivating. I can tell that she truly cares about her students as she adjusts movements to all levels of fitness and ability. Fifteen minutes before class, I sign into Zoom and adjust the sound and video. Then anyone who wants to "chat", ask questions, or voice a concern is able to talk to the group. Next, we gear up our weights and stretch cords and off we go. At the end of the class, we come together as a group and sign off. Karen always has a smile and an inspirational message for us.
