    Internet connection is very unreliable. It will go on and off and customer service cant do much help.

I rarely experience my internet being down, maybe 3-5 times total in the 11 years I've been with them. However, their CUSTOMER service is a totally different story. Their employees act like they're being forced to work there, and they don't care at all about the customer experience. If you call, the automated system tells you you're caller #2 or #3 or whatever (cool, thanks!), and then after waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes the call just drops. I've experienced this 3 times in the last 24 hours (yes I've had to call more than 3 times in the last 24 hours). Yesterday, I was told someone would call me back before the end of the day to let me know when a service technician can come to my house...I never received that call. So I had to call back today (and of course my first attempt to call was dropped after holding for 10 minutes). So I called back a second time, was put on hold for about 10 minutes again, and then when someone finally answered, I was immediately put on hold again for another 10 minutes. When the rep came back, he told me I have an appointment scheduled for Sunday. Really? Because I'll be out of town on Sunday. Wow! They didn't even call me back to confirm that date/time even works for me. What if I hadn't called back today? So I was placed on ANOTHER hold (never less than 10 minutes), while they figured out their scheduling. I'm currently on hold AGAIN (that's 4 times now) while typing this...so far, this call has lasted 35 minutes (in addition to the 10 minutes I was on hold for the first call that was dropped). So it's been 45 minutes total, just to find out when a service tech can come to my house. Just ridiculous! So now I've hung up with the service rep I was speaking with, and once again, they're supposed to call me later today to confirm my appt time. Is it really this difficult to schedule someone to come to my house? How do they even stay in business?!?!? Tuesday 7/21/20 Update: Nobody called me back, AGAIN!!! I had to call back today, for them to tell me my appt is scheduled for tomorrow. Once again, thanks for letting me know!!! I truly do not understand how a business can consistently schedule service appts without telling the customer when they are coming. Unreal!! Meanwhile, I've been without internet service for over a week. Wednesday 7/22/20 Update: The problem was fixed in 5 minutes. After 11 years, the battery on the motherboard had finally died and needed to be replaced. Bless the service techs!! If only the customer service reps were equally as awesome!!!

    Buyer Beware!! I hired George Grant to install 2 TVs, surround sound, and a security system on a…read morerecently purchased home that I was remodeling. I spent a total of $9533.14. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

They were very professional, made sure to work with me on the exact options on the TV mount and how it would be mounted (ie - could they hit a stud and get dead center on the wall). I noticed that they also tested the mount to make sure how secure it was prior to adding the TV (even though it was a fairly small 43 inch TV). Also very polite and made sure to vacuum up the small amount of dust from drilling into the wall. I will definitely use them again.
