    Coffee menu!

Worth getting off the freeway for! Needing coffee on our drive from Ithaca to Johnstown, we found this great coffee shop. Comfortable ambiance, warm service, great coffee (all sorts), and a fun food menu. Who orders the 12-egg omelet...?

I have been looking for a great brunch pitstop along this highway corridor between PA and NY. I am beyond happy to find Conspiracy. Cheesesteak Omelette with a bacon upgrade. Added a Flat White latte for fun.

As cute and charming as a Conspiracy, coffee appears, the owner lacks professionalism, courtesy, and management skills. We were excited to try conspiracy coffee after we saw the reviews however, when we arrived a polite young lady informed us their cash drawer was giving them problems and that they were doing card only. Not a problem for us. we sat down and were greeted by another sweet young girl, who immediately told us unfortunately, they cannot accept cash, interrupted in the middle of telling us, a man from behind the counter yelled out. Make sure you tell them no cash. We told her we were already informed, however, I am sure she knew this as the interior of this café is quite small. We placed our order for drinks. It was not long after that or drinks for brought to our table by the original girl we saw upon entrance. We tried to give her our order, and again the boisterous and rude voice from the man behind the counter Yelling about no cash. I looked over and told her with a smile we already know - the few other couples that were there as well also had my same reaction. We all looked at each other and laughed and shook our heads. I asked our server if he was the owner, and she said confirmed he was. It was about that time. A younger man came out and shut the doors as the heat from the outdoors was filling the cage. Not two minutes later captain conspiracy himself stormed out into the dining room and opened the doors demanding they stay open. By the time my food came. I was so sick to my stomach at the disgusting way. This man treated his employees, I could barely eat. I was so looking forward to coming here - a small café, and a nice small town; expecting charming, friendly, welcoming environment - only to find a bully behind the counter. The table behind us told them as they were paying that her pancakes were undercooked - much like my "homemade" chips that were soggy and under cooked as well. The reason I did give stars I did in the end was because the concept of conspiracy coffee, the decor, the menu, the wait staff & the creative names for the food all set the stage for success - the downfall, the man who owns the place :( who by the way came out and shut those doors again before we even finished our meal. I love to shop small and support, small businesses, but as far as Conspiracy Coffee goes, I'll pass the next time I'm in town, and I recommend others to do the same.

The staff was extremely nice, right when we walked in they were talking to us offering help talking to our kids. Absolutely wonderful we got two coffees and an egg wrap to it didn't take long at all. my wrap tasted delicious, the restaurant itself was very trendy with Bigfoot stuff all over the place. overall, the ambiance was great!

We saw the owner outside and he assured us that he had the best lunch in Mansfield! So we went back to give it a try. Well, we waited 30 minutes for our sandwiches of pulled pork and fresh cut fries. When it finally came the fries were barely warm and the sandwiches though filling were almost flavorless. The BBQ sause did help but the meat itself was without flavor. We had such high expectations! They have about 7 or 8 tables and 2 waitresses but was slow service. Restroom was clean and they did have delicious coffee!

In my opinion, what a nice clean, beautiful little cafe. If you are driving through Mansfield Pennsylvania and you don't stop, turn around and come back. I had a Bigfoot breakfast with five eggs and plenty of ingredients. Even the toast was perfect. Large cup of coffee. Very large coffee was outstanding. Just a very good place

This is not going to be an easy review to write. I have so many conflicting thoughts and…read morefeelings... reviewing a restaurant should never be this dramatic! Seriously though... speaking as someone who was a partner in two restaurants in NYC for 4 years, who does not claim to "know it all" but knows some tricks of the trade... I think they've got great potential and would like to share my thoughts with them. Saying they've "got potential" probably come across as smug, obnoxious, and ridiculous, especially because they've got like 4.6 stars here on Yelp! And that's mainly why I found myself here... Staying in Mansfield for the night, I looked up restaurants that were enroute to our hotel. Some of them had 3 or 3.5 stars and I said "no way." But 4.6 stars with as many reviews as The Farmer's Table has? Absolutely! The atmosphere is a little bit diner but cozy enough and has the farm as a theme. There are some cool design elements, like the steel ceiling, the tables... The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and that's a really good sign that the place is sanitary and organized. The waitress was really, really nice... and we loved that we were in this tiny little town and yet she had this really cool, funky image. Great fingernails! I'm jealous! A tip for her to make service even better... think about sequence of service. Think about the extras that the customer will want with the specific thing they ordered so that they won't have to bother you. If they order something with fries, definitely put ketchup on their table, and do it before the food is delivered. There were also a lot of empty tables with salt shakers, but it's had none. Some customers notice these little things and appreciate a server who anticipates their needs. On the other hand, maybe she was just really slammed busy before we got there. My wife and I waited like 2 minutes for her to take my order and she apologized profusely for having us wait so long for her. I was like, "am I in Manhattan or wut???" She was on point, generally easy to find when we needed her, she was never trying to hide from customers (a huge no-no) and very well-intentioned. Definitely a keeper. The food though... I was surprised we didn't like it very much being the reviews were so good. When I got the check to pay, I asked the server what their most beloved and popular dishes are. She said that ppl order a lot of the prime rib sandwich, and also the cat fish. Incidentally, I had ordered the prime rib sandwich, and my wife had the breaded cat fish. I was expecting a lot more meat on my sandwich, and the bun was just a regular burger bun, but it was ok. It came with 3 slices of pickle and cost $11.90. I was still hungry after that so I finished my wife's catfish 'cuz she gets full easily. I liked the catfish more, but neither of us thought it was anything special. What was special were the prices. The catfish included 2 sides, and it cost less than $14. Being from NYC, it was so refreshing to see pricing that reminded me of year 2000! A burger for $7.85 that's not Burger King? Incredible! But the cole slaw... ewww. I didn't hate it, but I kind of forced myself to eat it even though it had a strange flavor. The sweet potato fries were ok. Everything was basically O.K. I imagine that, if I lived there, I would go pretty regularly cuz it's probably the best thing the neighborhood has in a few square miles, and it's easier and more fun than cooking at home (if you're not a cook and you're busy at work). But I think that some improvement in the food could make the place more of a destination. And a destination could actually bring more business to the surrounding businesses! I can understand if the townspeople want very basic food there, but at least offer a few specials that are fancier, better ingredients, something that stands out and is memorable. I know I'm spoiled coming from NYC... a 4.6 star review in places like Manhattan are different than a 4.6 star review in a small town. But this place has some nice things about it. Take it all the way!

The Farmer's Table was the perfect lunch stop for our road trip. The server was kind and checked on…read moreingredients for us (stay away from the fries/sweet potato fries if you're gluten free). The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious! Cute decor and both large and small tables make the seating great for groups or a smaller party. Highly recommend!
