Given the urgency I didn't do any price shopping but when I searched the internet after I found that their pricing was really competitive. But most of all I cared about their service. His professional and pleasant manner along with a low-key, no pressure approach was much appreciated and made our decision making process easy. Well detailed estimates made it straightforward to analyze various options and pick the solution right for our needs. First was the removal of our old 1970's existing ductwork in the attic and installation of a new R-6 rated flex ducting system complete with new supply air vents and return intake and balancing dampers. The new ducting was securely hung and strapped in place in the attic. Our 27 year old Carrier condenser was removed and replaced with a high efficiency AC Pro 4 ton, two-stage variable speed 21 SEER2 unit as was the furnace, replaced with an AC Pro A-series, two stage variable speed unit. The installation crew, Luis, Carlos and Manny were truly top notch, working in a courteous and professional manner to complete the installation, testing and startup in quick order. It was apparent from the start that these guys were well qualified installers who worked together as a cohesive team to get the job done with minimal downtime. A real dream team with years of experience and know-how! We highly recommend Air Care Saver to anyone looking for timely, high quality HVAC service. Fast forward 23 years and this unit started making a rattling sound. Scheduled next day service with Steve. His son Barry showed up. Replaced a loose screw on exterior panel and only charged for the service visit. Unit humming again. Let us know unit has another 1 or 2 years of life. Another service might have insisted on replacing the unit immediately. Barry informed us his dad retired. We noticed he practices the same honest, reliable and dependable service he learned from his father.

Rob and his team are FANTASTIC!…read more During the heatwave this weekend, our AC stopped working on Saturday evening! I left a voicemail as it was already evening on a Saturday. I spoke with Rob first thing today and he was able to have a technician come out this morning on Monday! Thankfully, it was just a fuse, but our condo's AC unit is on the roof, so I had no easy way to check. Our AC unit is back in action after a toasty weekend. Rob and his team also replaced our AC and Furnace at our last condo. That AC unit also gave up the ghost during August. I am super grateful for Rob and his team. It's nice having an HVAC company you can trust. I refer them to all my friends.
