This HVAC was reffered to me by American Home Shield. I was told to contact them for my HVAC unit. I have called them 5 times. I have emailed them. I have left 2 voicemails and no one will call me back. Now im stuck... UPDATE: Micheal comment below does not surface that I sent him my call log from yesterday - Saturday -- and told him that I left a vm yesterday saying I called a month ago and no one bothered calling me back. Honestly, I only received a call back from Micheal after posting this yelp review. I never received a call back last month. I never received a call back yesterday. He keeps saying that the office is closed on Sunday. On yelp it says your office hours on Sunday from 10:30am. And the owner just called me back right now and keeps saying how "ridiculous" I am to expect anything after its been months since the estimate. Again, all this can be said by saying, sorry we cant do the work. Insulting people calling them ridiculous and not listening, not calling them back until they leave a yelp review shows how shady this business is. After I pointed out that on yelp it says their office hours for Sunday show at 10:30am he went and changed that to closed on Sunday. But never apologized for the way he talked to me over the phone. I was extremely happy with my experience, and even used them a year later for another property. Initially MRTW came out through my home warranty, and they beyond exceeded my expectations. Robert came to work on my HVAC system and did a great job. He was extremely friendly, diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly, and answered any questions I had. I used MRTW for a tune up on another property, and. Brian came out for the HVAC tune up/cleaning for the main house and the mini split for the ADU. He was very friendly and polite, put on shoe covers without even being asked while walking in the home. Apparently our new homes system had never been cleaned. Brian cleaned everything and got it all up and running, as well as explaining a couple of maintenance details. We have had a great experience twice with Michael Robert Tyrone Wolfe, and would highly recommend. read more

Fantastic experience with this knowledgeable and honest business. We had an issue with our heater in our work facility, where it wasn't working. Contacted Wolfepack, and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Bryan showed up, and we showed him what the issues were. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on our way. I was impressed with Bryan's professionalism, his knowledge, and his honestly. I've been using this company every year for my system tune-up, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Brian, the technician, is always extremely patient and thorough. Unlike many companies that just rush through the job or try to upsell unnecessary services, this team really takes the time to do things right. One of the things I really appreciate is that their staff are salaried, not commission-based which means there's no pressure to oversell. I called American Home Shield to schedule an AC repair person to come fix our broken AC. I called in the request on Sept 8, but the earliest they could come was Sept 11. So yesterday I waited and the guy came. His name was Joe or Joseph. He examined our HVAC and after just five minutes proclaimed that it was an electrical issue. I was trying to ask questions but he kept cutting me off, because he probably knew what my questions were. He acted like he wanted to get out of my house ASAP because he knew they weren't going to get the $125 service fee I paid for that service request. So our problem now became electrical and AHS transferred our issue to an electrician who came on time and was super thorough. He was here for half an hour checking everything and guess what - he said the problem wasn't electrical at all. If only Joe had checked more thoroughly he would've known that the issue was truly with the HVAC unit and not electrical. I do not recommend these guys. We waited four days to have Joe come over only to have him spend a scant five minutes here. He could've fixed the issue yesterday and now we have to suffer through this heat because we have to wait for another service provider to come help us. Stay away from these guys. I know how hard it is to run a business because I ran one myself in the past...but if they employ such uncaring, non-thorough, dismissive employees, I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy. I am so disappointed with their service that I filed an official complaint with AHS and advised them to drop them from their roster of contractors Update: I just got a call from the guy in charge demanding an explanation for my review. He had no empathy still and when I told him a little accountability would've been nice, he just launched into another excuse for Joe's dismissiveness. He never apologized for anything, not even for constantly interrupting me, not even for his employee's lack of thoroughness. He told me "we're even giving you a free visit" and I told him that wouldn't have been necessary had Joe explored every possible solution the way that these repairmen I have now helping me are. They confirmed the issue wasn't electrical and have repaired my unit. I told him he didn't care when I told him I was in menopause and needed a little compassion, he interrupted me to say "your personal issues are not our problem." I told him the key to growth in a company is listening to negative feedback with just a little humility. He had no openness to the possibility he was wrong. He just kept saying "you're wrong!" and I asked him then why are you calling me? I'm not taking that Yelp review down." he was quiet for a moment and he sarcastically wished me a good day. The overbearing arrogance is going to be this company's downfall. I don't wish them ill, it's the opposite. I want them to treat their customers with a little compassion. So defensive! They're probably good at what they do but they will have trouble with customer retention if they conduct themselves with so much superiority. read more

This was a really great all-around experience. We had issues with our AC and had to go through our home warranty for a repair due to overall cost to fix our burned out zoning board, capacitor and fan motor.
