Both locations are nice and sometimes I see the same girls work at both locations. The provider I was seeing on Camino Media had recently left so I'm currently seeing Jill. So far, she has been fantastic! She's super professional, very friendly and very informative. Any time I have seen her and the previous provider, I have always felt welcomed and that all my concerns have always been addressed. The staff is really friendly and they are always helpful. No one really enjoys visiting doctor's offices, but any time me or my son has visited, we always feel the girls do their best. The office is really nice, wait time is never too long, rooms are always clean and the offices are located in nice areas with plenty of parking. If you're looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend this place. There's no cure for my psoriasis, but they always help me the best they can and make me feel cared for.

Examination rooms are clean and fresh everything is in order. I'm a little nervous last time here they needed to do some carving on me. My new PA Gugan came in and introduced herself Pricilla her assistant also joined us. We started the examination, Gugan was very informative and professional she answered all my questions.I didn't have any new concerns that required a scalpel . The reception or call center told my husband he needed a referral since we have HMO. We in fact have a PPO plan and so I asked was this insurance verified to which the response was no we don't verify insurance but we can give you our fax number and you can have the insurance send us the eligibility. I asked them to have management call us back. Weeks went by and someone finally called my husband to schedule him and stated they realized we do have a PPO plan. My husband was scheduled weeks out to today at 3pm by a live person. My husband checked in and waited only to be called back after 30 minutes to then be told he is now considered a new patient due to the insurance change and they don't see new patients after 2:45. My husband asked why did someone call me and scheduler and why did I wait to only be told after being here half an hour. The gentleman said it must have been the automated system who called. It was not it was a live person. The gentleman asked if he wanted to reschedule and at this point we want no part in this establishment who doesn't verify insurance or know how to schedule. Wasted time and loss of work hours to accommodate appointment.

My wife was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and Dr. Foulad was so kind when he explained it to us. He had tissues for my wife, gave her a moment to process everything, answered all of my many many questions and left us walking out feeling like things were going to be alright. They got her started on treatment shortly after the diagnosis. We went through a meeting with the RN Susanna Bell who's a life saver to say the least. She explained everything we could expect during chemo and how to try to make it as easy as possible. Dr. Patel was amazing as well. He went over everything with us and met regularly to keep us informed on how things were going. She got through chemo thanks to the wonderful staff and Dr. Foulad even came to my wife's surgery at Cedar Sinai as he has operating rights there so he was in the OR with her surgeon assisting and giving her peace of mind that her original doctor was there. While the journey isn't over yet, the worst of it is over and it's been bearable thanks to the wonderful people at CBCC.
