When I asked for anoither peron or a supervisor, because I was having a hard time understanding her, she hung up. Someone needs to underestand Patient (customer) Service...they do not have it. From patient care, to their daily duties. It was nice with no TVs on in the waiting areas this time. While I wish I could skip the check in process, I know that the consistency in application helps the staff and the patient. The only thing I could recommend is that they make so minor repairs to a few things, like the blinds and the restroom could use some repairs.

They won't make an appointment for you for X-rays and may not even give you one if you show up in person. Staff is very condescending and unprofessional. I needed X-rays of my spine because of extensive reconstructive back surgery. I showed up 2 1/4 hours before they close after I called and they told me on the phone I should be seen. They said the wait was over an hour but I needed to get it there because my doctor put the order directly into their system through Adventist hospital. Upon arrival I was told that they weren't taking anymore walk ins try back tomorrow. Waiting room had about 4 people in it. Walked with my walker and recovering back 4 buildings down to kern radiology. Waited about 15 minutes and they had my X-rays done. Just tell them at Quest Imaging to print out your order. Save yourself the shenanigans of this truly horrible place.

The front desk Receptionist was kind and helpful when I was quite late because of traffic and I had…read moreto drive and hour to get there. After the MRI, she was also very helpful, getting me a CD of my MRI and also letting me know that the results had already been directly sent to my doctor. Great employee! However, the young man who actually did my MRI was not warm and friendly, and when I saw something that looked like a chair in the room and asked him about that, stating that I was there for a standing MRI, he assertively informed me there was "no such thing" as a standing MRI, which is what I was there for. And he's very wrong, as it's even on their website that they have it, although they call it a Fast Front Open MRI. So even though I have injuries from my neck to my tailbone, I still had to sit on a 2" cushion for 30 minutes, being told I could not move at all for that entire time or he was going to have to start over again. So this was NOT a good experience from him, and I contacted management there and informed them of what he had said and how he said it, and suggested he needed more training to be familiar with not only the treatment options offered there. but also what is posted on the website. I'm surprised all the time at how a lot of these types of positions filled by employees who seem totally unaware or I'm concerned that the people they're dealing with in these medical offices are in acute pain, and to be spoken to with empathy and compassion. They need training on body language, tone of voice, eye contact, and the correct and caring terminology to use to speak to patients.

Good movie selection, to take your mind off the cramped space. I'm not claustrophobic but I don't think I've ever sat in the same position with my shoulders pressed forward for that long before. Comfort level was a 10/10. They opened at 615am for me and it made the experience quick and easy. The lady at the front of the office was kind and ready to get me into the back to get things started. Once I was in the back they got me in the room and set me up on the machine. Overall care and quality was excellent.

Because my husband was unable to do a standard MRI lying down, we had to find someplace that would…read moredo an upright one. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get here but had a very pleasant experience with this procedure. It started with the front desk. Aracely and Patty couldn't have been more helpful. We live out of the area and they went above and beyond helping us orient ourselves around Bakersfield. They assured us that the 3 physicians would get written reports of the results from today as well. Marisol, the technician, was very competent and precise at what she was doing, making the 3 MRI's that were needed go smoothly, even presenting us with 2 CD's to take with us. I have been here a few times now for X-rays for myself and for my kids and from my understanding…read moreit's linked to Mohawk Medical Group. Some days they send us here and sometimes they send us out, so really not sure how they are linked. Each time I have visited, it's always been a gentleman that has done our X-rays and every time he has saw any of us, he was very pleasant and professional. Service is always quick and once everything is done, we usually walk back over to Mohawk Medical Group and they already have our information. This place is located in the same area as Mohawk Medical Group, but it's a building over. I have never saw their lobby busy and the wait time before being called back has never been more than 20min. The building is clean and the staff is pleasant. I would definitely love to come back if they send us here for X-rays.

Booked this 4d/3D ultrasound last minute around 11:30am and they had available appts within two…read morehours. I called and the receptionist was friendly she went over the packages and i picked one. My mom was visiting from out of town so we wanted to surprise her. We showed up on time and they moved us in quickly, they sat us down went over details let us take pictures, made my girlfriend feel relaxed, even the baby inside was happy moving around. They really cared about our experience. We picked two stuffed animals with our son's heartbeat and they gave us free pictures too. Loved the entire experience

Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful! The doctor is amazing and they can get you in normally…read moresame day! He listens to all of your issues and works quickly to take care of you and help you get better. Their office will also coordinate with your insurance if you have it for referrals. I never left their office unhappy, I always left feeling relieved I received the care and treatment I needed. This office was a life saver for me last year when I broke my foot and I found out my other doctor thru insurance had let me go as a patient from there practice without telling me. I would suggest this for anyone and everyone!
