Placed an order to try via Uber Eats and the only complaint was that it was supposed to be a BOGO large pizza and both were to be pepperoni and one was cheese only. I called the restaurant several times and didn't get an answer. I was able to use Uber Eats support to get to a resolution however. Regarding the food, everything was rather good. Not super greasy and flavorful. The garlic knots were good but not the best I've had but I would definitely rank Constantine's are one of the front runners for pizza in my personal quest for my favorite pizza in the area! read more

When you go at night does the place look a little shady? Yes, but all they need is a little bit of lighting. It's in the plaza with greater fitness and family dollar right in the corner. I've seen this place plenty of times. I've just never visited the establishment. The ambience is a sort of mom and pop family owned restaurant. When people were coming in, they were saying hello to them by name so you can tell that they are known by their people in the community. Now I ordered the fried ravioli and the white spinach pizza. The fried ravioli I really could've did without this is something that I've gotten from other places as well and there's just tasted like it was frozen and then dipped into the fryer. There wasn't much filling it did have a good crust on the outside, but it fell off. So that's not something I would spend nine dollars on again unfortunately. Now the star is the spinach white pizza. It was hands-down one of the best spinach pizzas that I have had locally the dough to the pizza was very fresh not too thick, but not too thin. The toppings had great seasoning on them. I added a little bit more garlic powder because that's just me but it was very very good and I 100% would return for that pizza again. All in all I would visit the restaurant again I would not get the fried ravioli because again the taste was lacking but the pizza and the marinara that came with the ravioli. Delicious. read more

Picked this spot based on proximity to where we were staying since we had had some of the closer pizza spots on prior trips. Not the easiest place to find. Sits in corner of older plaza with limited external signage. Tried to place order online initially but order was rejected. Called and they took order quickly. Got there a few minutes early for pickup. Had a mom and pop feel but not busy. Staff were quick to respond and keep me updated. Very nice group from my interactions. Saw them bring what looked like a platter of spaghetti and meat sauce to a table while waiting that caught my attention. A few min later pizza was ready and handed off. Pizza was good. I would rank it better than ones we have had in the area in prior trips. Crust was good with just one slightly thin spot. Toppings were generous. Good flavor with a little more cheese than I expect. Good overall value. Had smaller garlic bread in order as a side that wasn't a great choice but the pizza made up for it. I would go back again and probably try the pasta out of curiosity. read more

In Daytona for the weekend and decided to try this place out. We young sons had pizza by the slice which was so good. I had the eggplant parm,and my friends had a calzone and spaghetti and meatballs. Salads with dressings in a second bag and the hot food in a third. I'm glad I included a nice tip for the guy! Queen Bee loved her Greek salad...LTO plus olives, cukes, olives, bell pepper, Greek hot peppers and feta, as well as rolled ham and salami. Small one was just 6.99 and she only finished half of it! I ordered veal parmigiana; came with small side salad, four garlic knots and a mound of albeit slightly overcooked spaghetti. For $17.99 I won't complain...much. I plowed my way through that salad like a pregnant rabbit with a damn tapeworm. Meanwhile the dinner itself, as earlier stated, was piled atop a heap of spaghetti (linguine or penne also available). The pasta was definitely over cooked; I prefer toward al dente side myself. Queen Bee even thought it was overcooked and she prefers it soft, much to my dismay! There were two quite generously sized, tender and well-breaded and -cooked veal cutlets. Atop that was some nondescript sauce and a nice amount of "mutz." Overall, it was quite tasty despite the bland sauce and mushy spaghetti. Garlic knots very simple and straightforward... Since I'm here for a week, the question is whether I'd order from here again. A small home on the place in a port orange. Very good Italian food. We got the chicken Parmesan and Shrimp scampi, the chicken parm was very very good with lots of cheese and the chicken was cooked very well. The shrimp scampi was also very good. Each order came with garlic bread and house salad. Their garlic bread is spot on with lot of flavor. I am not a salad guy but their salad was amazing, it was fresh and with house sauce it was on another level. One drawback was I ordered online and it showed 1-1.5 hour till the order will be ready. We were in need of good pizza delivered. It was race weekend and demand was high for the hospitality sector. Since I don't typically go through the food delivery services, I called direct. The owner answered and was very nice. We ordered the Greek Salad, a Special pizza, and a Margarita pizza. They were delivered in about an hour. The driver was apologetic because of being 15 minutes late, but explained that the store got slammed right after I ordered. The food was hot and delicious, and the salad was great, too. I'm going to state the book by the cover judgement first, this place is located in what looks to be like a shady older shopping center, next to a dollar general, and an ace hardware. DO NOT LET THE COVER KEEP YOU AWAY! The food is awesome. Constantine's looks the way family restaurants used to look back in the 80s-90s, not a chain, food and service over "look". The food was awesome. The service was also great. Best chicken Marsala I've had in as long as I can remember, truly authentic. The pizza we had was great too. We also had no wait and went to dinner at the peak dinner time. Sure, the place could "use a makeover", but we loved it. We met the owner who was driving the delivery orders. If you get anything get the mozzarella stromboli. That thing is delicious, cheesy to the max. The Caesar salad dressing for the salad is delicious, but the croutons were stale. We were absolutely blown away. Everything was spot on!! He had white sauce clams and linguine with a side salad and I had mussels in wine and garlic over fresh baby spinach as I am not a pasta fan! I first learned about this spot from Instagram. So in my quest for a quality pizzeria in the Daytona Beach area, I decided to give it a try the other night. Amazing!! I sampled a few different items to size the place up. The 12 inch Napoletana Pizza was truly astonishing! Delicious flavor and great consistency throughout. The spinach pie was good, not great, but definitely tasty. I also sampled the eggplant spinach parm hot sub. What a beautiful sandwich!! Eggplant was perfectly cooked. It's off season and nobody else was dining in--lots of take out calls were coming in. Lots of attention from our server and she timed our salads, garlic knots and generous portioned Italian pasta dinners perfectly. Beers came in a frosty mug. Salads were iceberg with decent tomatoes, peppers and onions. The blue cheese salad dressing was great. The garlic knots were the best (our breath not so much). The prices are VERY reasonable and two of the three of us left with leftovers for lunch. Eggplant Parmesan was terrific, Shrimp Romano and Manicotti were our choices this evening.
