You're presented with a "ticket" to use for breakfast and evening drinks. (To prove you're a registered guest and to track your two drink limit. Make sure to keep it with you!). Fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast. Omelets were delicious and I'm not an egg fan typically. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage available too. Cold cereal, bananas, apples and Greek yogurt also available. Free coffee and tea were located in the far far corner. You walk past the in-house Starbucks to reach the free beverages. If you didn't look, you would assume Starbucks was free and included in breakfast. The bad-"complimentary" evening reception. Food choices were chips with two types of salsa, ranch dip, sweet and salty snack mix, veggies and a "Cajun" snack mix. Complimentary drinks feature off off off brand liquor, couple of beer choices on tap and decent wine (Cab or Chardonnay). Can upgrade your drink for $6 to brand name liquor. There are hot food offerings ranging in price from $15-$40. Also, we're Hilton Honors members. Members with higher status were gifted treat/goody bags that are displayed behind the front desk. I asked at check-in. Don't know if that was a perk or a ploy. Why not have those waiting in-room for higher status members? The ugly - $25 per night parking. A fellow Yelper from 9 months prior to this review indicated $22 a night ? No hot water in the bathroom. The first day, and last day, I heated water in the microwave and cleaned myself in the sink. The room was noisy being close to the airport and the open elevators facing the atrium. So there you have it. My take on Embassy Suites. My hubby would have given the stay four stars. Good thing this isn't HIS Yelp account.

We had such an awesome stay here back in June! The hotel staff was so friendly and very helpful…read more The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue. There's a good variety of eateries within driving distance of the hotel, and there's a Safeway less than 5 mins way. The free breakfast is probably the best free breakfast i have every had. The variety is amazing, and there's even an omelet station. There's a variety of bread options including: white, wheat, bagels (everything seasoning, berry, and cinnamon raisin), english muffins, and muffins/donuts. The eggs taste like real eggs; not the egg beaters that hotels usually have. There was bacon...CRISPY bacon, and sausage. There was a make-your-own waffle station, variety of juices, coffee, and soft drinks. There was also a nightly "Manager's Reception" that all registered adults (and children) could attend. You could get 2 free drinks per registered adult guest, and there were tiny bites (hummus with pita bread, chips and salsa, and chex mix). There is a restaurant in the hotel called "Cascade Restaurant." We tried to order food on 3 different occasions with no luck. The closing time listed on the hotel website is 9 pm, google says 9 pm, and the posted menu has 8:30 pm. We called at 8 pm and was told that since they were slow, they decided to close early. Another day we tried to walk there and order and there was no one around. That was kind of a bummer because the kids were hungry. We called the front desk and they said "we have a shop in the lobby you can buy food from." No thanks, we wanted real dinner not frozen food or saimin. There's an indoor pool that is big enough for multiple families to swim in. The smell of chlorine was extremely strong in there and kind of gave me a headache. I was scared that the kids eyes would burn after going in there, but they didn't have any complaints. The gym is in the same area as the pool and we tried to workout in there, but the smell of chlorine was way too strong. It would be nice if they had some sort of ventilation in there. And now the rooms. They were AMAZING! Usual layout for Embassy Suite rooms. There's a living room area that has a pullout sofa, dining table, TV, wet bar with a sink, counter space, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was a good size with good counter space. There's a hand soap and hand lotion dispenser next to the sink. There's also shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap dispenser in the shower. The bedroom was really big. There was a little desk, big closet, and 2 queen beds. I love how there was a door that separate the bedroom and living room area. I was able to put kids to sleep in the bedroom then close the door and watch TV outside. There's 2 sets of washer and dryers on 2 different floors, and 2 ice machines in the same room. The price for the washer and dryer were a bit pricey. I believe it was $3 for the washer and $3 for the dryer. We would definitely be staying here again!

This is for room 153…read more Welp I don't like having to update my rating to be lower, but after staying here about 6 times since my last review, I want to give some feedback that hopefully helps management. First, I left a blouse behind in the dresser. I realized this when I got home at midnight and called the front desk first thing the next day. After a 20 minute hold, I was told they couldn't find anything in the lost and found and someone would call me later in the day from housekeeping which is a separate lost and found. Hearing nothing, I emailed the manager email listed on their website with a photo of the blouse and called again. Spoke to a gentleman who told me the same thing as before, nothing in either lost and found, then said they can't go in the room because it's occupied and when the current guest checked out in a week, they could go into the room to check the dresser. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. Not a big deal, but I wore that brand new blouse once and I know exactly where I left it, so seems to be super easy to just get it and return it to me. The pillows are completely flat. I stacked 3 on top of each other to be able to have some support. The office chair was all ripped up. As a business person who needs a good chair at the desk for working, I put a towel on the chair. Call me weird, it bothered me. The bathroom and hallway tile floor hadn't been mopped well; my shoes were sticking to it the night I checked in. They mopped it the next day when i was away. The soap and shampoo has been changed to Crabtree & Evelyn which is a good brand, but wow is the smell unattractive. Somewhere between cheap men's cologne and Pine Sol. TV remote for the bedroom was missing. Luckily, the one in the living area worked for the bedroom TV. There was a stale washcloth turned grey from the previous guest tangled in the shower curtain which was ripped and missing a ring around one of the hooks. Two visits ago, the digital key wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had to drag my stuff to the front desk to get a physical one. I wasn't offered water which is given to repeat members. Parking has been increased, again. There's construction happening and the road right in front was closed on the first morning leaving for a business meeting. Would have been nice for the hotel to give a heads up for planning. I like the Hilton chain, but I think next time I'm in town, I'll stay at another property.

After a three day stay, we were getting ready to depart to make a nearby appointment at a certain time. When we went to the fourth floor, hotel elevator, the elevators were turned off for a fire maintenance program. I would suggest that there is a better time to turn off the hotels elevators, other than checkout time. We drugged numerous suitcases down for flights of stairs and went to the front desk and suggested we would not be returning.

I chose this Embassy Suites expecting Hilton brand standards, but unfortunately my stay was very…read moredisappointing. The room was not properly cleaned. The bedding had visible hairs and the mattress encasement was partially removed, which raised hygiene and bed bug concerns. The bathtub was heavily stained and had an oily/greasy residue that caused me to slip. The toilet was dirty and appeared broken. Lotion and body wash dispensers were empty at check-in. Noise was a constant issue, including loud guests above me, door slamming, and screaming children, which made it very difficult to rest. I also ordered a to-go meal that arrived burnt, hard, and inedible, yet I was still charged. Front desk service was dismissive and unhelpful. Staff failed to greet or assist guests, and when I asked for sugar for my coffee, I was ignored despite following up. I contacted both the hotel and Hilton Guest Assistance and made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I was offered points instead of a refund, which does not adequately address the seriousness of these issues. I value Hilton's brand standards and hope management will review this situation and provide a fair resolution. I am open to updating this review if the matter is handled appropriately.

This review is only for Embassy Apartments. I have written a separate review for the property…read moremanagement company (Northwest Apartments). In August 2018 I was specifically looking to lease a studio flat within a short walk from work. I viewed three units in the building. The first one I viewed was an absolute mess and still under renovation. Out of the three, the unit I rented was in the best condition. When I first moved in, the then resident manager was good, although there was no shower curtain rod in the bathroom and text messages to her concerning this went unanswered. The landlord allows tenants to smoke in their units. The smoke seeped out into the hallway and I could smell it in my unit even with a towel placed at the threshold of my entry door. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and informed the resident manager and management of this. The resident manager sent an email to tenants asking them to open a window when smoking but otherwise did nothing to stop this. The units have old, vertical, wall-mounted gas heaters which make a very loud metallic "banging" sound when they come on. Even with earplugs the loud "banging" would wake me up often. The old heaters also emit a gritty grey dust and fibrous substance. The single-pane sash-type windows are original to the building and let in cold air during winter months. They also allow in dirt from the surrounding streets and alley. Because this building is old, note there are only three electrical plugs in the units. There are two in the main living/bed area and one in the kitchen above the stove/oven. There is no electrical plug in the bathroom. The ads for the units state they have updated cabinetry. None of the three units I viewed had updated cabinetry. In the unit I leased, the bathroom medicine cabinet was clearly original. The cabinetry in the kitchen is also either original to the unit or was replaced in the 40s or 50s. It is far from being upgraded and the online photos of the kitchen cabinets prove it. Thus, this is blatant misrepresentation. Be prepared to pay close to $100.00 in shared utilities. When I first moved in, tenants were responsible for paying for their own gas and were required to open an account with PSE. My gas bill was rarely over $20.00 monthly during winter months; about $12.00 other months. But then, the landlord went to a shared system. I suspect the landlord did this to force tenants to pay for the heating of hot water as units do not have individual hot water heaters. The monthly cost for gas doubled. Also, be prepared to pay $2.75 per wash and per dry for your laundry. This is the most I've ever had to pay in Seattle for in-building laundry services. The location was certainly convenient for work, but the area is filled with homeless people and drug users. I saw used syringes in the alley on a fairly regular basis.

Small egg omelette with cheese, sausage patties, and pan roasted potatoes for me. Coffee was ok, reduce by the fact that they only had pump vanilla or hazelnut, and I'm not a fan. However, if you go to the waffle station, there is decent whipped cream, a better choice. For price point, this was an excellent choice.
