One of the workers pissed outside my window and the the smell of it is awful! My window was open and he did it right outside my window tried to deny it and say it was water. They'll pee outside your house too. Update: Completely unprofessional!!! The Owner or whoever came to my window this time and yelled through it "Hello?? Hello?!" I asked what he wanted and he said it was about the review. I told him responding to a review like this is unprofessional. Now I can't have my window open in case he tries this again. Update 2: Owner claims it was hot water. No it was not, your employee had his pants unzipped and pissing by my window. He even apologized for doing it, check the video. The alley is a wind tunnel, it wasn't smelly because they were painting. I can smell your employees piss through my window. And ignoring the fact that he yelled into my window like it was okay to address a yelp review like that. I did call the office, all numbers showing on that truck and no one answers, and the other two are disconnected numbers.I've reported you to the BBB. read more

Getting a new roof is never an easy project. Deciding what type of material and finding a roofer within your price range can be quite challenging. That is why I felt I was so fortunate to meet Luis and use Consumer Services. I got a number of bids and felt that he was the most competitive with what he offered. Luis is very knowledgeable and has been in the industry for over 25 years and his experience shows. I was amazed at how quickly his team was able to strip, repair, and then replace my old roof. Throughout the whole process Luis kept me informed of what was happening even if he wasn't onsite that day. His crew never stopped working. The only thing that temporarily slowed them down was rain on one day. I was concerned because they had just taken the roof off and it was exposed but his employees stayed up there even after dark putting tarp down so it wouldn't get wet. Luis will take care of everything in the process even getting all of the necessary permits and meeting with the inspectors. This will probably be the last roof I have to replace but if you are in the market for a roofer, please include Luis in your search. He is professional, competively priced, and has a great crew. When we originally met Luis, we told him we were pretty flexible on timing of the house and he was able to keep in contact with us as to when would be the best time for install the new roof. He was very clear on the options, pricing and timing of the project. We went with the cool shingles to help during the summer months. We had received a letter from our insurance company saying that they were not going to renew our homeowner's policy due to the condition of our roof. We got bids from 3 roofing contractors to bring our roof back to good condition. We selected Consumer Services Roofing. When I met Luis, I enjoyed his professional attitude and discussing his experience in the roofing industry. Luis gave us a competitive bid for our project. They worked our project into their schedule within a few weeks of us accepting their bid. Our job was completed within a week of starting. They power washed entire roof which removed algae from tile areas of our roof that insurance company called out in their letter of non-renewal. They recoated low slope sections of our roof with Silicone coating. They replaced and painted a substantial amount of facia that need replacement. They also repaired other wood damage and drainage issues of our roof. Miguel who was overseeing the job did a great job. Cleanup after the project was well done. Luis also wrote a "Roof Condition Report" after the work was done, that was useful in submitting to insurance company. Overall, the job was well done, our roof is now in great condition and our insurance company has chosen to renew our homeowner's policy. I had CSR to set up a appointment and was contacted by Lusi promptly. I was very impressed with his inspection of my roof it is a two part roof front half being sloped with Spanish clay tiles and the back half is a traditional pitched roof surrounded by a parapet wall with the walls being touchdown and slope shingles. We walked the roof together in detail and what my options can be for this design.He was very open and insistent that I get multiple estimates and was very adamant on the need for the job to be permitted to protect my investment and my home that no shortcuts were to be taken. After getting several estimates and the lack of time spent with me going over the estimates and not given really any options other than there way or no way and way overpriced My choice was CSR. The workmanship was outstanding as well as the attention to detail was over the top. No clean up mess whatsoever. Huntington Beach building inspector walked the roof on completion and was very impressed and complementary on the workmanship and quality of materials and was amazed by the back roof touchdown replacement and long with the modified drainage pitch. Luis and his crew are amazing and really helped my family out when a leak sprang from our roof during the downpour we're receiving in SoCal. My wife and I noticed heavily soaked carpeting in my daughter's closet and mold growing at the base board. No traces of water or water spots higher up in the wall or on the ceiling. After investigation by a skillful remediation team at EHS (read my review there) led by Cory, water found it's way from the roof and down the outer inside wall and was getting soaked up by the insulation between the wall and drained out to the bottom of the floor board. A roofer was needed immediately and more rain was on its way. I received several recommendations, but I was really happy to have stumbled upon Luis and Consumer Services Team through a trustworthy referral. Luis was professional and gave me a thorough rundown and inspection. Even though he had many other appointments with clients, he made sure that everyone was taken care of. Luis' onsite team was also respectful, empathetic, and true professionals in ensuring a job done right. This was great because the roofers we had before (Rescue Roofer I believe) were the reason why we had this problem in the first place. Those guys didn't even stand by their guarantee after I reached out about the problem (we had that same roof area "fixed" only just 2 months ago - really upset at Eric and Rescue Roofer and how they do business - I just poured money down the drain there; I also found out they used cheap material when they emphasized they wouldn't!) Luis and his family of roofers did a great job on my single story 3,000 sf house. It is a complex roof, with 11 skylights, 12 valleys, a tower, and a torch down section. I got 8 estimates and his was the most impressive in terms of cost, material and service. I like that he uses his extended family as his crew and typically does one house at a time. The crew of 3-5 roofers (brothers, nephews, brother in law, etc) did the whole roof in one week and, in a dozen ways, made sure it was a quality job. You could tell they had been working together for 15-20 years and they are in it for the long haul, not just rushing through jobs. An example of Luis' great service was when the roof inspector required checking that we had smoke / CO alarms before passing the roof -- I had still one more alarm to install, but I was not home when the inspector came. Luis was there, grabbed the alarm off the counter, and installed it while the inspector waited, saving us a call back. Luis refused payment for the installation. read more

Luis just finished up my roof which was in sad shape. He was the last of about 7 estimates I received. I knew what the price was going to range based upon all the other estimates. I wasn't expecting any difference or lower price. Luis walked the roof with me and gave me some recommendations not over adding on any items. He was honest and really told me the condition of my roof and what it needed for replacement. His estimate was about $1500-$2000 under the other people I tried. I was amazed as to his honesty and professionalism. He gave me a time frame of about 3-4 weeks out, but was able to start a week earlier. His crew was awesome. They were always letting myself and my wife know what was happening each day from rip off the replacement. They were very clean and organized, made sure they cleaned up and kept my yard area clean of debris. The roof was installed and I cannot be happier with the result. I would totally recommend Luis and his team again. They were amazing. Roofing is not a science. They pretty much use all the same material, conduct the rip off the same and re-install a new one.
