He was very wishy-washy with how much water the plants needed. He recommended calling the nursery where he got the plants to confirm. I called Prospero Nursery to inquire about the watering. I spoke to a woman that had quite the attitude and was very dismissive. She refused to give me any information on how much water the plants would need to thrive and kept raising her voice. I had to keep insisting that I needed help, having spent A LOT of money at their nursery. Eventually she transferred the call to a man named Craig, who was the complete opposite; very helpful and professional with his tone! I decided to let it go. I ended up calling again a week later when the sod was delivered. My one singular question was regarding the grass mix (whether it was 100% kentucky blue grass or mixed). I spoke to a woman who literally said to me "Im busy right now", cut me dead in tracks, and proceeded to leave me on hold for an extended period of time. Eventually another woman answered and I had to start the conversation over as she was unaware about my inquiry. She answered my ONE question in a matter of SECONDS and the call was done. To the woman that continues to answer the phone with a rude, loud and disrespectful tone... the same woman who refuses to actually help REAL customers... please do better or make moves! You're doing this business an injustice with your lack of customer service skills!
