I highly recommend this place for your engraving needs. I came here to use their services for Christmas presents. The owner and master engraver welcomed me into her store. I told her what I wanted and on what type of jewelry and she showed me what should could do. But she also went above and beyond by recommending different styles. And she had great ideas and was also very price conscious. She was also considerate of completing my request in time for Christmas ... because in my last working week of the year before Christmas, I completely forgot that I had dropped off my gifts to engrave, and she had to call me and remind me to pick up the gifts. I waited 8 years to finally get a sterling silver baby cup engraved! I found contemporary engraving -- they were reliable, responsive and had a quick turn around (though, I did not need a quick turn around given how long I waited to even get it engraved!) I worked at a company that got their trophy engraved here every month or so. One month, someone almost broke the trophy in two. The base was terribly cracked, so bad that the cup was nearly detached from it. I lost hope for it, but I brought it in anyways to see if they could repair. They made no promises, but told me they'd do their best. A week later, I came in to find the trophy good as new. I can't post the photo for legal reasons, but I will never forget how Contemporary Engraving almost miraculously repaired the trophy. The company was extremely happy with it :) They gave me advice on how to hold it, handle it, and ship it (if necessary). My boss needed 40+ iPods individually engraved, under a very tight deadline, and these ladies came to our rescue! Their work was of perfect quality - flawless. Each iPod came out masterfully. Purchased a $25 - 2" x 3" Engreved Plate from them. They sent 3 mounting screws instead of 4. Then accused me of loosing one. They told me to go to a local hardware store and purchase one. The are brass and tiny. Not something you buy at a Home Depot.
