I contacted the sales representative who sold us the system (James Thornsberry), but he had moved to Birmingham, AL. I am still waiting for a representative to contact me about getting the HVAC system serviced. The forecast is in the upper 90s today, and it's too hot in the house. I was not disappointed. During the installation, because we are in a flood zone, we needed the unit to be put on a 24" stand. The stand they used was overkill, way too high. When I expressed my displeasure, instead of an argument, they put a more appropriate stand in place, doing so with a smile. Since then, we have had them do service on an AC outage from a 2 year old unit on the other side of the house, and we found a sloppily spliced wire which should have been replaced by that other company when that installation was done 2 years ago! Again, repaired at a very fair price. I am happy to say I have a new AC company that has earned my trust and respect.

I am requiring about about a good faith $200 deposit I made on June 5th for what I was told was needed to reschedule a repair. Well, another service person came on June 23rd to fix the issue. But, the new repairman stated no work was necessary, it was an error. I appreciate the honesty. He said it was up to his supervisor to put in refund. Now, I would like my $200 deposit back. I don't understand why I am not being contacted or refunded about this issue.
