There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after. This company is very reasonable and now we have some dollars to put towards other home projects that we really need done.
