As a mother herself, she understood the importance of choosing a safe and reliable vehicle for a growing family. Every single one of my non-negotiables was met, and I drove away with my dream car at the perfect time as we await the arrival of our little one. We're incredibly grateful to Chanelle and the entire team at Enterprise Car Sales for making this such a positive, stress-free experience. We will absolutely be back for future vehicle purchases and recommend them 100 times over to anyone in the market for a new car!

What impressed me about this little dealership is their fair pricing, choice of vehicles that are a good fit for my business, their friendly and accommodating service. Yesterday Rob stepped up to wrap up all the paperwork when Craig was off for the day, he helped me wrap things up so I would not be delayed. Rob said it's what they do, to help each other out to help their clients which is quite refreshing in a sales environment. Comes the tale of one couple's quest for an affordable used Mercedes-Benz sedan... One man will stand above the rest with his understanding, his clarity, his scruples: Toni, owner of Prudent Autodeals. No, really: Toni was fantastic. We were dejectedly driving away from Bill Pierre Ford, where we had a cringeworthy experience with their accounting staff and some shady requests that I lie about my condition in order to get a loan, when I spotted what is now our beautiful Benz, a 2005 C230 Kompressor, sitting in the Prudent lot. We immediately went in and our negotiations lasted less than 15 minutes. Of course, the call to the loan people lasted much, much longer, and the whole time Toni patiently waited for us and provided us with every bit of information we needed. We even got an extra key (he ordered us the fancy new one!) and some touch-up paint for the scratches in the deal, and we walked away with the car of our dreams at the price we wanted. Toni and Prudent really put a smile on our faces and our butts back on the road. We appreciate it!

I also want to recognize Dani for the excellent communication and assistance during the extended warranty cancellation process, and Luk for his professionalism. Doing so can help avoid misunderstandings later.

Definitely buyer beware, but that is true at almost every car dealership... My husband went in person to purchase a used car they advertised online. He had to sign so many pieces of paper that he lost track. He wrote a check with the agreement that he would pick up the car the next day, which he did. However he drove it home (from Seattle to Port Townsend) without an actual bill of sale or purchase agreement. I obtained this the next day by email, some 3 hours after requesting it and found that he had inadvertently paid an additional $911 for (a worthless) protective coating that he had been told was included in the price and already on the car. It was NOT included in the advertised price, and he do his own calculation to add up the numbers to verify what he was told. Typical used car sales practice, but so sad to pull this on an 84 year old man who was really enjoying purchasing his first EV. Now he feels a bit cheated...

We paid cash in full for the vehicle. CarMax had no problem taking the money from our account immediately, yet when significant issues were discovered shortly after the purchase, the process of getting our money back was anything but immediate. After taking the Mercedes to the dealership for a thorough inspection, we discovered multiple issues that would cost more than $10,000 to repair. These were not minor cosmetic concerns--they were significant mechanical issues that made us completely uncomfortable keeping the vehicle. We promptly decided to return the car under CarMax's return policy. However, when we went to return it on Thursday, we were told that the soonest CarMax could issue our refund check was Monday. That is incredibly frustrating when you consider that CarMax was able to take our money immediately when we purchased the vehicle. We paid cash specifically so we could have the flexibility to purchase a reliable vehicle for our son, who is extremely excited about finally being able to drive. Instead, because CarMax could immediately withdraw our money but could not immediately return it, we are left without access to those funds for several days and unable to move forward with purchasing another vehicle. The customer service was equally disappointing. Denise was extremely unprofessional, and throughout this entire process, I found the staff at the Lynnwood location to be unhelpful and unwilling to take ownership of the situation. We repeatedly had to try to figure things out ourselves rather than feeling like anyone was actually advocating for us as customers. I understand that used vehicles can have issues. What I find unacceptable is the combination of the condition of the vehicle, the significant repair costs discovered almost immediately after purchase, and the lack of urgency and customer service when we tried to return it. Buying a car--especially a first car for your teenage child--should be an exciting experience. Instead, this turned into an incredibly frustrating and stressful one. I would never recommend CarMax Lynnwood based on our experience, and I will not be purchasing another vehicle from CarMax.

At that point I had been kind, but I had let them know in no uncertain terms that 1) I was not likely to be doing business with them any further and 2) That I did not want them to call me anymore but that if I was interested I would reach out to them. I told this to both the sales manager (didn't get his name) and the salesperson who I think is named Reda. Since then I have received 3 calls from Reda. Each time he calls and says "Hi Mr. Ben, it's Reda, do you remember me?" The first time I said "Yes, I remember you. I told you I'd reach out if I was interested." He launched into his sales pitch- "no one can beat our prices, we just want to know if you went with anyone else? Did you sell your car, or did you trade it in?" "Reda" I said "I asked you not to call me. Do you remember our previous conversation? I felt mislead by your service and sales team and was not satisfied with the service I got. I was offered a much higher trade in from another dealer. I'm not going to share the details with you." He had tried to overtalk me this whole time, but at this claim on my part he stopped and said "Oh really? How much did they give you?" "Not discussing that with you." This time I ended up hanging up on him. I tried not to be rude but man, he just didn't get it. Another call last week went pretty much the same....I thought he remembered who I was but...he seemed to not know who I was and thought that I just might have changed my mind? Did he not take any notes? Is he so jaded to negative customer interactions that he just doesn't give a flying darn? Then he calls again today: "Hi, Mr. Ben, this is Reda from Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Do you remember me?" Me, dubious: "Uh...yes, I do remember you. Do you remember me?" "Oh, I don't remember everybody I make so many calls. I don't remember you." "Take some notes this time, please...because I've asked you not to call me. I have asked you this several times." Back and forth back and forth. He's a really bad over-talker, doesn't want to hear what you have to say. So I said "You're over talking me. Please stop and listen." I then recounted the whole ordeal to him. Or I started to anyway. He jumped in with "I'm not responsible for what the service department did, I don't work in service." Man oh man, this again? Does it work? Do you sell cars this way? At this point, I think (and I don't have any proof here so it's just speculation) that the service dept. noted that the truck was recently paid off and figured they could get me into another contract if there was a catastrophic problem with my vehicle...then they sent me to sales. I'll never know, but man, the sales team is PREDATORY and seems pretty clueless about how to treat potential customers with kindness and caution...especially after they've suffered a pretty major financial blow at the hands of Bill Pierre Chevrolet. I'm so thankful that I did not enter into a new contract/car sale with them. Their true colors are shining through here. I think you're just better off staying far away from this place...they just don't seem to give a damn about customers. Beware!
