Unfortunately, I have to update my initial review. I spent thousands of dollars replacing a hybrid battery but after 7 months, I got the exact same error message again. There were also communication and supply issue when we initially got our hybrid battery replaced. They worked on my 2014 range rover coolant system. I paid them 8,000 dollars in 18 days and my vehicle overheated and blow a head gasket. They don't want to take ANY responsibility. They say they "only" repaired what was broken. But wont answer me as to why they broke down my supercharger to replace hoses under it ever though there wasn't a problem. THEIR A SCAM. I found this repair shop through Yelp, and they were one of the first ones to respond to me with a reasonable price for inspection. Looking at their reviews, I was hopeful that this would be a good experience. And it was. The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. I put in a request via Yelp for auto body repair. I'm not sure what happened, but my request was sent to auto repair shops versus body shops. Everybody's Auto Service responded promptly and, while what I needed is outside of what they offer, they recommended a trusted body shop. I'm so thankful they went out of their way to respond and make a recommendation. I know very little about cars, so there was a huge sense of relief for me to have a recommendation from someone in the industry. Went into get my brake replaced and the final cost was 2x the initial quote. Next I got a low emission leak and they couldn't fix it correctly the first time so it ended up costing 2x. They said one of the parts is discontinued which is a complete BS because it's a 2019 car. Got my mirror replaced which has sensors and camera on it. After 2 month of ordering the wrong parts and destroying the wiring I had to take it to the dealership to fix their wiring and sensor mess. Again it ended up costing me 2x more then it should have. Lastly, they do not pick up their phone 75% of the time and they make so many excuses. I can't recommend going to this shop. read more

The splash guard on my front bumper was broken and scraping on the ground and I was afraid I'd have to get a new one. They said to just stop by and they'd take a look. He told me that a hook had broken and he'd replace it. After about 10-15 minutes he came back, handed me my keys and told me everything was fixed. "How much?" "No charge. It was $1.35 in parts. No problem." If I'd have taken it into the dealership I know it would have been at least $150. Wow. These guys were great! read more

Could NOT be happier! I read reviews on several places to troubleshoot my not-working AC, then chose Everybody's. Of course, I then had a half dozen other responses. I had asked for a diagnostic, then a quote for repair. I was pleasantly surprised that Everybody's diagnostic fee was the lowest (less than half of a couple), but I was able to get in quickly. I gave them the car and sat in their small waiting area for about 20 minutes before I was told that the AC was fixed. It was such a simple repair that they didn't even ask me! Debris was blocking the fan, which then blew the fuse. They cleared out the crap, replaced the fuse and for the first time in a year my AC pumps out cold air. All I had to pay for was the diagnostic ($100) and the fuse ($50). I'd go back to these guys in a flash, even though their shop is not close - at all - to where I live. read more

I genuinely cannot recommend a better shop!!!! I recently bought a 72' truck that was idling horrible. And believed I was getting myself in a hole I wouldn't be able to get out. This was one of the only shops that would work on such an old vehicle. Not only did they almost completely change the way this truck ran, they were quick, super friendly, affordable and honest. They handled phone calls with customers while I was waiting super friendly and helpful, as well as recommending cheaper nearby shops for services they didn't necessary include like tire shops to help people. They could have easily just ripped me off and charged me for stuff I didn't need. They truly seem to enjoy their craft and care which is rare when dealing with issues involving vehicles. So glad this is the first shop I used since moving here. I wouldn't even waste your time with other shops. read more

DISHONEST MECHANICS. I took my car in for a transmission issue (slipping gears) and asked them to diagnose the issue. They told me it was the clutch. I asked them to verify the transmission was in good condition before I spent over 2k to replace the clutch. They came back after only 5 minutes and told me again that the transmission was fine and had lots of life left. They assured me the gear slipping was due to the clutch failing. (?) I got my car back after spending over 2 thousand on the repair and the gears were still slipping. I brought it back in and they told me it didn't happen for them and I'd have to "prove it to them" because they apparently didn't believe me the entire time. I took it to a transmission shop and lo and behold the transmission is indeed failing, despite what Everybody's Auto assured me. I really don't want to leave a poor review on a small local business but the owners still haven't gotten back to me on making this right. read more

4X4 Nissan I brought my truck to be tuned up and have the engine evaluated due to the timing chain rattling during cold starts. The EGR valve was not working. The shop's recommendation is to have the timing chain replaced and the EGR. After the replacement parts were installed, the truck operated better and my gas mileage improved. Soon, I have to bring the truck back to have all the cooling hoses replaced because of degradation due to age. I recommend this shop for their accuracy of detecting the issues, correcting them and improving the engines performance. read more

2016 Subaru. Called on Thursday, Robert said to stop by Friday around 10:30. Issue was noise coming from the rear if car. Took a ride with Zach (2 blocks) , came back put in up on the rack and both rear wheel bearings not good. Checked with 3 Subaru dealers for warranty coverage. Nope ! Subaru was a week out and full day to evaluate the car plus $200 fee. By the time I finished with my calls , the new wheel bearings for my car were on site and the estimate was more than fair. At 2:00 I headed back home, both wheel bearings replaced and had oil and filter done while I took a walk. This automotive service was formerly Paulco Which I had been servicing all my vehicles for years. Their service was great and they were knowledgeable and good guys. A little problem with stereo install but that is not what they do. But everything else was good. Someone tried to steal my car so they had to repair the lock cylinder. It was done well. But when they tried to steal it they bent my door so the handle goofy work well when they replaced it. I got a used Prius for my daughter in college, with its AC not working. I took the car in to have it checked. Zach was friendly at reception and his service to the car was prompt. It ended up just a refrigerant charge. I came back several days after to have a check as there was for one time the AC was not cooling while parking with engine not running. Zach gave it a full checkup to make sure there is not other circuit or faulty parts and leaks, and he also check the hybrid battery's health, free of charge. Our neighbors recommended Paulco Automotive Repair, and we had an issue with our air condition circulatory fan and thought it would be a difficult re-due. Paul took the entire glove box unit out and reached out to grab the hideous fan and discovered that rats and mice had taken up residence and wrecked our our filter & fan. We couldn't believe it, but he took it apart, and cleaned it & vacuumed the entire area. Walked back to another part in the shop and found an OK filter and installed it. We tried to pay him and he said no, no, no, but I happened to have 19 dollars in my purse and demanded that he take it, which he did. I went for an oil change & to have the transmission checked because my car was kind of lurching. They said the transmission was fine but recommended an engine flush and wow what a difference. Totally worth the price. Also got my cabin air filter changed BECAUSE A MOUSE HAD MOVED IN! Yuck! Anyway, very happy with the oil change, the way my car runs now with the engine flush (no lurching), & happy to have a new air filter!
