Howard explained to me over the phone about the nuances of roof cleaning vs gutter cleaning and how many home insurance companies can deny coverage for overgrown moss on the roof. Guess they use drones with cameras across neighborhoods. Jeffrey was my main point person for repairs and cleaning. He did a great job in a number of areas: 1. Repairing rubber seals on the roof jack pipes 2. Cleaning all the gutters - they were packed with leaves 3. Adding sealant for corroded skylight flashings 4. Cleaning solar panels 5.
