Andrew responded as soon as I called. He came out in a couple of days and checked out my back yard. Made an appointment and he kept it. He's very professional and great to work with. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Andrew is very professional and very good customer service. He is an ANGEL answered to our prayers. We are so tired and fed up with all the bad experiences we had with the other Concrete company promises:((( We already gave up! Not until we met Andrew from DNA Restoring Concrete . He's not an ordinary Concrete guys but he's also an artist and passionate to his work. He did a very excellent and great job on our Industrial look project in our home. He also finished on time as he promised. We are so happy with our natural glossy floors. Can't wait to recommend him to all my family , friends and clients. Again, call him and you will not be sorry !

Finished product. It looks wet, but its completely dry!!

A few months ago, a friend of mine posted a recommendation (which he never does) for a company named DNA Restoring Concrete who he used to restore his concrete floor at his house. I contracted with DNA as well and this weekend Andrew and his crew completely brought our garage floor back to life after 30 years of paint over spray, oil stains, and cracks etc. These guys worked all weekend, and were very meticulous with getting the job done right! Now its my turn to recommend these guys, because of the quality of work and the cost of the job. I am very happy with the turnout, and would highly recommend them!!

I was looking to replace all the carpet flooring in my newly built home with LVP and found Mario…read morehere on Yelp right away. I decided to give him a try--and I'm glad I did. Mario's knowledge and understanding of flooring is top-notch. My home already had 6mm LVP on most of the first floor, but when we removed the carpet in one of the first-floor bedrooms, I did a calcium chloride test and found the concrete moisture level was much higher than I was comfortable with. After doing some research and discussing options with Mario, we decided to apply Bostik coat to seal the moisture. That made a huge difference. We also added a proper moisture barrier on top, which gave me peace of mind. Given the moisture level in the concrete, I ended up removing the original 6mm flooring too. That turned out to be the right call--when we pulled it up, we discovered the old moisture barrier sheets weren't taped properly, just laid side by side. So we redid the whole floor with Bostik + taped moisture barrier + 8mm LVP. Mario managed to reuse most of the baseboards--only one room needed new ones. While the project ended up a bit more expensive than originally planned, the results look great and I feel confident that the floor will hold up long-term. Mario is super friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend him if you're considering flooring work!

We experienced some needed changes during the refinishing of our entire house. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. Each step of the way, Ruben would calmly lay out our options, and quickly show us the cost of each option. It was a very large project. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. We stayed in a hotel during the work and Ruben gave consistent updates so that we had a good guess of which day we move back into the house and plan accordingly for that. I would describe Ruben's approach as "high-touch". Answers questions via text, always happy to stop by just to drop off samples of colors or materials. I really appreciated this. This is a licensed and insured local business with a stellar reputation which is why we went with them. I'm so happy we did. If you're thinking about any home project that fall into this domain, I highly suggest you connect with Ruben so that he can help make recommendations and give you insight into variables and logistics. It was a great experience and I learned so much from it. Thank you team!

We had MSI Trecento XL Carrara Avell flooring installed throughout our home, and the finished flooring is absolutely beautiful. It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. We love our new floors and are very happy with how beautiful our home looks now.

We had flooring installed in a home in 2022 and it is already lifting. The inspector from the manufacturer finally showed up after months of waiting and numerous phone calls. Then I was told that the claim was denied because the installer had installed it incorrectly. However, we used Flooring Liquidator's installer and they are still not willing to fix it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I will no longer use their services and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was told that they no longer have a Claims Dept. so if you buy something and have any issues - There is NO WARRANTY on the product and they DO NOT honor their work. They don't even deserve one star.

Well, I was very surprised at the difficulty I had even just getting a return phone call--UNTIL E.G. Custom Construction! Edgar returned our call promptly, and enthusiastically. He was not put off that I wanted to work over the phone with him from Colorado on the remodel of my elderly mother's only bathroom in her very old Stockton home. He was the only contractor I spoke to who even asked what dates I wanted, and then did his best to accommodate us. He was great at returning my calls and texts, and sending pictures and ideas for the design. He was also considerate of my design ideas, and saw my vision for the bathroom from the get-go. After his initial walk through he also showed great design understanding in appreciating the character of the home, and promised to deliver an "elegant" bathroom that would be true to the feel and nature of the home. I flew from Colorado to oversee the project for my Mom. Gabriel was our guy--he always showed up when he said he would, and was always finished by the time he said he would be. He was careful with the entire home all through the project-- protected the floors, and was as clean and orderly as he could be. I was on a tight timeline, and as it goes in constuction there where a few setbacks, but Edgar ALWAYS answered my calls, and addressed my concerns. I can be a hot-head, but he was super respectful of my concerns. He was a true professional, and kept me in the loop to the best of his ability. Well-he totally exceeded my high expectations!!! The bathroom is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is a timeless, classic design. I feel the cost was correct and fair--especially for what we got. The detail on the tile work is lovely. I picked the fixtures, but Edgar made sure they were installed to my specifications. I loved that Edgar suggested we put a marble shelf on the base of the new shower niche--a really nice touch I wish I had thought of, and will use in my own future remodel! Edgar and Gabriel were incredible to work with. Their work is detailed and very well done. They are considerate and easy to communicate with. My Mom is THRILLED with here beautiful, timeless, ELEGANT bathroom!!! It is a tremendous relief to know I can call on E.G. Custom Construction for future plans--we are looking at the kitchen now!! We soon met the owner Edgar who was very impressive with his knowledge and had great ideas. Photos of his previous projects had a lot of contemporary wow factor to them which we liked. Long story short, Edgar's team was very good, neat, hardworking throughout our bathroom remodel. In the office, Tashi and Corina were helpful with the computer renderings of project and had very helpful design ideas that helped us a great deal. Communication is key for us and Edgar and his team were always responsive to our questions and concerns. We felt the pricing was fair for such quality work.
