Dr lazor changed my life. From the moment I met him dr lazor was fantastic. I came in with chronic…read moresinusitis so bad it was affecting my lungs to the point I was loosing my breath. Dr lazor listened to me in depth and took the time to answer all my questions. He put me on a rinse and medication regimen for 4 weeks till my next apt. After my ct scan he saw that all my sinuses were 100% inflamed. I was definitely worse than the average sinitius patient. We determined surgery was my road to take. People who had this surgery told me nightmares about it and the recovery. Dr lazor told me that when he does these surgeries theirs minimal pain after and you barely need Tylenol after. Boy was he right. I had zero pain the moment I woke up from surgery. During my recovery I had zero black and blue on my face and light pressure on my nose from the splints in. I am fully recovered and can breathe through my nose like I never have before. All my symptoms and complications from my blocked sinuses are gone. My lungs and sinuses are perfect. I'm so thankful for Dr lazor and his team for all the appointments to the quick response from my emails to the surgery and recovery efforts. he is the reason I have my life back. I feel like 1MILLION dollars. He is a true professional at his job and I am so thankful I found him to be my ENT surgeon. He's not one of those in and out doctors. I also have TMJ, and about every 2 weeks have my neck adjusted. The employees all know their clients name. You are greeted with your name and a wonderful smiling welcome. If you are not feeling well, and you cancel your appointment, they tell you hope you feel well and see you next week. I applaud which ever of my doctors recommend me to coming here. And also they take care of all the paperwork. On occasion you do fill out a form about your treatment and how is helping you. I really look forward to coming to this appointment each week.

Anywho, I walked into their Hanover office one day to ask questions and tell them about my medical history to see if they would treat me. The receptionist, Sue is SO kind and friendly and was very informative about my benefits too. She makes you feel like you've been a patient forever. I accidentally gave my debit card to my daughter and couldn't pay my co-pay one day and she was not rude about it at all. (Most offices are snippy as if you did it on purpose) She is a lovely person. SO to the therapy. I was scheduled with Brendan who I got to meet on that day as well. He was very thorough during my initial evaluation and he explained in detail what his results were of the exam. He has an optimistic personality and a sense of humor, which is important when you've been down and out for 2 years. Then on to my treatment, he is always very careful to ask how I am doing during my treatments and again, answers all my questions in layman's terms. I told him about my bad experience with another local PT office. He makes sure that you understand "why" he is working on a body part what he is working out and how you will benefit from it. I was also given home exercises and he made sure that I was doing them correctly before I went home and did them wrong. Brendan also does a good job of really showing you and telling you where and what you should be feeling while doing the therapy. He makes sure that your doing the movements right in order to make the most of the exercises and you never feel rushed. This is very important with PT. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I feel confident that I will get pain relief, get my range of motion back and I can get back to work! I would tell anyone to visit Anderson PT in Hanover and ask for Brendan. I also had a bilateral TMJ reconstruction over 15 years ago and he has knowledge about TMJ problems. Working in the dental field for 28 years, I know how difficult it is to find professionals who specialize in TMJ, so if you have TMJ problems, you can call Brendan!

Dr. Lisa Adams is the most arrogant, dismissive and patronizing physician I have ever dealt with…read more She wears her lack of concern on her face with pride and a condescending smile. Don't let that smile fool you. She's NOT paying attention to anything you're saying. Her type of care can be summed up with one word: Lackadaisical - at best! Her after visit notes, which can be seen on Atrius' portal, do not reflect what took place during the visit, often ignoring major, documented health concerns. Each visit is like she's seeing you for the first time because there is absolutely zero prep work on her behalf before your visit. Her office staff is just as patronizing and rude as she is, except for the fact that they're ignorant as to what their job is, cannot interpret standard medical terms so they provide misinformation and/or contradictory guidance with each call. They are also argumentative and combative. Dealing with them via Atrius' portal is even more frustrating, if that's even possible. When they take the time to respond, they strategically make it so that a follow up question cannot be asked. There is no way to respond. Requests for call backs are ignored or passed around like a hot potato, landing on a myriad of "please leave us a message" voicemail boxes that are either not checked or not responded to. Trust the negative reviews you'll find online about Dr. Lisa Adams' practice at Atrius. That many negative reviews cannot be wrong and they're not. I wouldn't trust her with one opinion, never mind with a second one for verification purposes.
