We saw a nurse the first visit who was extremely nice and knowledgeable and a doctor the second visit who was also helpful and personable. My brother and I went here to get a covid test. We talked to a lady on the phone who said they're available for testing, so we headed over there. When we got there, the lady at the front desk was very unwelcoming, she gave us a dirty look, when you'd expect someone at a front desk to smile and welcome you. When my brother explained that we were here for a covid test, she kinda cut him off and said "the testing's closed it's first come first serve. Come back in the morning." And so we did. The lady was nicer in the morning and we filled out the forms and they secured us an appointment for 1pm and said that they would call us. When they called us, they basically told us that it was too early and had us come in and speak to a nurse. We waited for 15 minutes for a nurse to come in and she just reiterated what was already said to us on the phone prior to us coming in. We were both annoyed because we'd already driven there so much. The nurse gave us a paper so that we'd be all set for the test the next day. -- And yes, we finally got it. Hopefully the results don't take up to a week, the girl said it would take up to 1-3 days, maybe 4. All in all, I wish the place enabled better communication with their team members, as I've read the reviews and I know I'm not the only one who's had to travel to this location many times in the same week. My brother and I should've went to the National Guard. It would've been less of a hassle. read more

Every time I call the doctor's office it seems that they cannot fit me into the schedule for weeks, so I went to ConvenientMD instead. They saw me without an appointment, and I didn't have to spend any time in the waiting room. The office is clean, bright, and beautiful, plus completely state-of-the-art. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. To say that this was far better than a visit to my normal doctor would be an understatement. I could have sworn I wrote this review two weeks ago, but now I can't find it so going to do it again. Sorry if it's a repeat. I went to ConvenientMD for a head cold / infection that I had been dealing with for 6 weeks. Tried to see my regular doctor for it, but I was always feeling fine on the day of the appointment so I kept putting it off. Long story short... 1 hour in and out. That includes check in, vitals, xray, exam by doctor, prescription fill, and checkout. I'm impressed and I feel better :) Thank you Convenient MD. read more

Nurses and receptionist were fine, the PA needs to go back to school. No bedside manner, patient assessment was a joke, like clinically inappropriate to see patients. After watching her assessment of my daughter, I stopped her and left. I have been to Convenient MD before and the experience this time was nothing like in the past. Dr Hagan at Windham NH ConvenientMD came in with food all over his mouth and instantly told me (before even examining) that the blisters on my feet (from walking on beach) could not be drained. He was in the military and saw many of these cases and I should "just take aleve". Again this was before he even looked. I was worried every time he spoke that the food was going to come flying at me... He was gone for 20 minutes - there was literally no other patients in there and finally came back handed me paperwork and wished me luck. As I left he was sitting at a desk finishing the rest of the food that apparently was all over his mouth. It would appear I interrupted "lunch" and he was anxious to get back read more

My daughter needed to have a simple lab test done so she could start her internship. It was a simple lab test. She already had an order. When she called for the appointment, my daughter was told she couldn't schedule an appointment unless she spoke with the doctor first. All the doctor did was schedule the test for her. There was no need to talk with a physician for a simple urine test already ordered by another medical professional. When she got there, the receptionist rudely told her that they stopped doing lab tests that evening. I informed the receptionist my daughter had an appointment. After some huffing and puffing the receptionist allowed the test. Now my daughter has a bill of $170 for a telemed call. This telemed visit was unnecessary, especially when there was an order in place for the test. This is a borderline SCAM. read more

The wait is minimal and (with the exception of one time a ways back) everyone is always super friendly and professional from beginning to end! Both myself and my husband have been seen, me also when i was pregnant and my 3 year old and the staff seems to be able to flex flawlessly to their audience. Brought my daughter here after a gymnastics injury. They took X-rays and then the VERY rude doctor came in and told me her elbow was definitely broken and lectured me rudely about how important it was she see a pediatric ortho the following day to be casted. He had ZERO bed side manner......Took her to the ortho the next day and it wasn't even broken!!!!! Big waste of time off from my job. read more

I don't even want to give 1 star! the reason I went to convenientMD is because I don't have health insurance and paid cash. The visit alone is $150 and if necessary, labs are an additional $50 I believe. This complaint is mainly for my second visit, I was experiencing some issues and in order to receive the proper medication to fix an infection I had, I needed to be examined by a doctor. Whoever the doctor was, at the time she was new so she needed someone to "assist" her with the examination. Right before the two doctors or doctor and nurse came into my room, they were outside MY door talking about how "awkward" doing this certain exam is! right then I was pissed but I needed to be seen, so I stayed. the doctor suggested I have labs sent out for further testing to get a better answer. a few days later I get a phone call saying, my labs "spilt" and is no longer valid. I immediately wanted my $50 back. whoever I spoke to said they don't normally do refunds. I ended up talking with a manager Stacy (no longer works here) said she will talk with her director and get back to me. 1 month goes by of playing phone tag with this women! Eventually I got ahold of her and I was told not to worry, I wasn't being charged AT ALL for the visit or lab. Stacy did say they tried to charge my card but it was declined. another month goes by and I get a bill in the mail. Stacy says ignore it. a second bill comes, so I ignore it. NOW I have received a bill from the collection office!! the bill is for $200 now on my credit report. I'm trying to get this resolved but we'll see what happens. I will never go to any convenientMD location again! read more

I have had the need to visit Convenient Urgent Care a couple of times. In both cases the wait time was fair and they post how many people are ahead of you and approximate wait time. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. However both times they were not able to help me. Once they told me I had to go to the hospital ER. They called ahead, told them to expect me and gave me a CD of my X-ray. The other time I had to go see a specialist. It is my thinking if you have a cold, flu or something like that, this would be the place to go. If you suffered any kind of trauma, then go straight to the ER because likely they won't be able to help you. read more

I went here on Monday all tests negative and sent home. Over the course of the week developed a horrific cough. I called last night and was told they couldn't help me and to go to the emergency room... Really? For a cough? Because my insurance would have covered that? And the emergency room would have also been real happy I took up their time. The woman I spoke was rude and unsympathetic. Pissed I drove straight there and they said I developed bronchitis and had me drink about a tablespoon of liquid said it was some sort of steroid and gave me a discharge paper. I got home and not only does it not state what they gave me it again instructed me to go to the emergency room??? Again Really? Not "if any problems give us a call" more like don't call us and we certainly won't call you. Waiting for Everrrrr even though they have only two other patients in waiting room, receptionist are clueless. Taking one patient at a time despite their huge facility, because they are understaffed. We've had nothing but positive experiences here. My two boys and I were there just yesterday for high school physicals and saw the technician, Steve, and Dr. Schroeter. We didn't have to wait long and both Steve and Dr. Schroeter were AWESOME. I wasn't expecting my sons to get such a great life lesson as well as physical from Dr. Schroeter. It was actually an enjoyable experience! My oldest son had seen Dr. Schroeter previously for a knee sprain and he had been seen for a fishhook to the hand as well. I've been there for conjunctivitis less than two years ago. It's always been very pleasant and fairly quick to be seen. They triage patients well. I'd highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! read more

Was seen January 7th for back spasms I was having after being rear ended during a snow storm. The billing receptionist said that because it was a car accident they would bill my auto insurance even though I had health insurance too.. I said ok. They have my credit card info on file there for any other payment that is required. I receive nothing not a phone call not a letter in the mail.. I figured it was all set. Today I received a bill in the mail for $284.14 for the services received. I call them and they said we attempted to bill progressive but they didn't cover it. I said well why didn't you contact me about this 8 months ago and/or put the claim in to my health insurance. They say well we aren't responsible for that. I said ok. Well why didn't you call me or send me anything regarding this? She says well "well I'm not sure why this has been sitting here, but it's not our responsibility to reach out. We assumed the auto insurance sent YOU the payment and were just waiting for you to pay us." I said what the hell kind of nonsense is that??? Now it's past the timely billing period and my health insurance said they probably won't cover it either. They had 6 months to submit the claim! And even blue cross blue shield said they cannot hold me responsible if they didn't file the claim on time. I'm soooo mad right now. I told them they Better figure this out. DO NOT GO HERE! My family came out with covid last week which resulted in us going to get a covid test. I have double exposure hence the fact all my aunts and uncles keep coming out positive throughout the week. We decided to go to convenient md in Windham hoping that they would help. We walked in Thursday and they informed us to wait until Monday. When we came in to take the test they used a mouth swab and informed that it would take 24 hours then the next day they explained it would take 1 day to five days. The next day came and the results stated that there was an error in behalf of convenient md who didn't process the label correctly causing us to not get our results. Instead of having us come in because of their own mistake and giving either a rapid test or a nose swab they again gave a mouth swab and were told to wait 48 hours. Today we still have yet to receive a response and all they inform us is that they will have a nurse or doctor call us to repeat what they stated a week explaining the process in which because of the lack of doing their job properly the process was prolonged double the length in which is appropriate aka no help. This place is not considerate in the obvious matter that they are not doing their job correctly on the inside causing us to not get our results and not helping us on the long run. We have jobs and a five year old we haven't been able to see all week because we don't know if we have covid and on top of that we have had symptoms since last Thursday. This place is not convenient and nurses were literally laughing behind the person on the phone when I called with my concern. This is a medical issue where people are dying out there and spreading this virus and I do not think it's a laughing matter especially when it was their nurses fault in which they did admit. I would not recommend anyone going to this place they could have at least recommended us to go elsewhere if this was going to happen again. They are mistreating us and all we can do next is go elsewhere and wait longer. And it's clear that with the other reviews of people getting there results in over a week we did make the mistake in going here and it's sad to see Dr. L Skusevich have these inconsiderate workers work under them when they don't even know how to do their job. I made the terrible mistake of bringing my son here for a sore throat and fever. Not only was Jenna the PA incompetent, but she was extremely rude and had zero compassion. She repeatedly rolled her eyes at me, she was condescending and she very intentionally slammed the door upon leaving the exam room when I asked to speak with the other PA on duty. The tall bald male technician who brought us our prescription in the waiting room was also rude and threatening as he followed my kids and I to the door telling us to "never friggin come back" because I had requested the other PA and this had apparently made Jenna cry. As a mid level practitioner myself I was completely appalled and dumbfounded that medical care such as this even took place. Having relationships with many physicians and administrators with multiple hospitals within this area, I will personally be sure that neither of these two will ever find employment anywhere that I will be providing patient care. Absolute bottom of the barrel healthcare at this facility, they should be ashamed. read more

I have had a previous visit here with wrong test results, that was my first bad experience. Yesterday makes the second. My teenage daughter was seen for a high temp by Dr Ken Schroeter. The whole point of the visit was for her to get a flu swab test. Dr Schroeter told my daughter she had a cold and didn't need to be swabbed. My daughter asked him multiple times after to please do the test , he replied "No, I'm the doctor." My daughter was asking because I told her to make sure that it was done before leaving there. She told him that my mother asked for you to do it...He then made comments on how "maybe I should read up on the Flu." My daughter went to Parkland from there to get the swab test done, which was positive. Thankfully we have insurance and the visits are covered, but this Dr was rude and incompetent! It takes 2min to swab a person and why wouldn't you want to check for that ...I wouldn't want to send my daughter to school etc , knowing she's Flu positive. This Dr was a complete jerk and clearly urgent care places are a last stop for crappy Dr's. read more

Went here for an x-ray on my lungs for possible pneumonia. Was placed in small room for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Finally had an x-ray, only to have the doctor come in and ask me what my problem was for questioning medical staff about the length of time I was waiting all the while having trouble breathing and coughing. The doctor took 3 minutes with me and listened to my lungs through my sweater. This facility spends lots of money on staff assistance but not enough on competent physicians. read more

These people treated me like a junkie ( or worse ) when I, after my surgeons suggestion, visited this clinic requesting a prescription for pain meds to get me through a 4 day lapse before seeing my surgeon again. I literally could not sleep at night from the pain .... but was treated like a criminal by these people. I understand We have a serious drug problem in this state (N.H.), but that doesn't mean everyone who walks in the door has a problem. A doctor walked in the exam room and basically accused me of being a "seeker", refused to even look at my injuries, and sent me on my way. Ok, here's the best part ....
