This is the worst place with all means, the worst customer service and the worst quality of goods…read more I bought a shoes to attend a wedding from this place, it looks good but the quality is below zero; I couldn't walk even three blocks with this shoes. Because it's uncomfortable and caused minor injury to my foot, I decided to return the product. The person who was at the store on June 21 in the afternoon, was extremely rude and impolite. Although, I showed him my feet and how the shoes is not comfortable; he refused to return the shoes and ignored all my concerns. My advice is to AVOID going to this terrible place at any cost, it is true that their prices are cheap but you're paying for VERY LOW QUALITY products. I'll be addressing my concerns formally to consumer affairs for quality control and safety assurance and I will never return back to this store.

They carry all my favorite brands (Ara, Dansko, Sofft and Eric Michael). Entering the store I was greeted by Heba, who could not have been more friendly or helpful. The store was not that busy, so she spent considerable time showing me different brands and styles. After telling Heba what I was looking for she brought over 4 different pairs that were exactly what I was looking for. Heba clearly enjoys her work. I left with multiple pairs and cannot wait to return.

When the lady came to me I explained it's my first time buying shoes and she explained how the shoes are meant to fit and that the nude color is more common than black. She let me try on multiple pairs and was so patient with me. I chose my pair and told her the studio I dance at and got 10% off. The lady made extra holes for me in case the shoes stretched (which they will) and a nice show bag to tote around. I gave four stars because not all sizes were in stock for all shoes on the floor and they couldn't be ordered. This happened for both me and the other two women that were in the store. The lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. She took the time to figure out what kind of sneaker…read moreI needed based on how I walk as well as an issue I have with my foot. She explained what each sneaker I tried on has and what a slight difference between them. She was very patient which I like. I like how she allowed me to try on one of each (one on one foot and another pair on another) so I can figure what I would like best. Ultimately I went with the Hoka B because I found them to be REALLY comfortable and felt the cushion that these have would be great for my feet as I tend to be on my feet a lot with work and I like to go for walks. I also like how the lady answered any questions I had and even any questions my mom had (who came with me). I also like how she didn't try to upsell anything. Just overall I loved the customer service she provided and the value of the sneakers are great for the sneakers. You get amazing sneakers for a great price which I like as I'm more of a sneaker person (I'm not one to wear fancy shoes). The lady was also very friendly and very personable which I feel does go a long way. Just this experience alone I personally had makes me wanna come back in the future for any and all sneaker purchases. I wish I had gotten the lady's name because I really liked how she went above and beyond.
