Clean. Busy. Dangerous for the wallet. This is the kind of place where you walk in saying, "I'm…read morejust going to browse," and thirty minutes later you are carrying bags like you just got sponsored by capitalism. The sales were strong too. Real deals. Not the fake discount gymnastics where the original price looks like it was invented by someone with a gambling problem. The stores were good across the board. Easy to shop. Good selection. Plenty of options. Shoes. Clothes. Accessories. All the usual suspects ready to ruin your budget politely. Every store had something worth looking at, which is exactly how they get you. You think you are disciplined until you see a sale rack whispering your name like a Vegas slot machine. It was definitely busy. People everywhere. Bags swinging. Families negotiating. Someone's dad standing outside a store looking like he lost the will to continue. Classic outlet behavior. But even with the crowd, the place still worked. It did not feel dirty or chaotic. Just active. Like everyone collectively agreed to make poor financial decisions before lunch. The property was clean and well maintained. Walkways were nice. Stores felt organized. Nothing felt run down. That matters because once you are walking around in Vegas heat, you need the place to at least look like it respects your suffering. Service depended on the store, but overall it was solid. Staff kept things moving. Checkout lines were manageable. Nobody had to act brand new over a coupon code. Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is worth the stop. Great sales. Good stores. Clean space. Busy, but in a way that makes sense. Bring comfortable shoes, patience, and maybe a spending limit you are fully prepared to ignore. it's giving... I second Nijole T.'s review for the LV NORTH Premium Outlets…read more This outlet store is way better than the SOUTH location. Easy Parking. However ... paying $5.00 for parking no matter what I find extremely off-putting. The Simon Shops Network wants you to come to their outlets and empty your wallet ... but they insist on charging you $5.00 no matter how long you're there ? That's insulting. This location has a good mix of low end, mid and high end shops. Good variety. Well Done. I wanted to go to the Converse Store, Sketchers & Vans ... however ... I didn't find any shoes that fit my criteria. I'm looking for ultra light, low flat sole , comfortable walking shoes .... I don't see anything like this in stores only online.. . Also ... I wasn't planning on buying anything but Vercini sucked me into their store with their flashy displays ... this store sells clothing that suits my friend Jason L. To A "Tee". Those glittery club driven shirts, tops and T's is signature Las Vegas party scene ... and although most people probably wouldn't look good in this clothing ... it actually looks great on him ... It was a fun day and I enjoyed my shopping experience even tho the $5.00 parking is "no bueno" in my book.

Are the discounts really worth it? I guess it depends on what you end up buying. In my latest experience I did end up saving some money because I checked prices online for a specific store. Located very close to the airport so you'll mostly see tourists here.

First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

Parking here can be a nightmare, but there are quite a few parking spaces. Even if it's super busy, I can always find a spot, even if it means I have to walk a bit farther than I wanted. I like Town Square mostly for the food options. The Yard House here was the only one in town for a while and we loved to go here as a family and there were quite a few work excursions that happened here. We used to go to a bar close to this area too, where they did a lot of industry nights. There are still some really good food and bar options here today. The shopping is pretty good. There are stores here that you might not be able to find in other areas of town. I'm not a big shopper but you can also just window shop like I do, especially if you've just had a big meal and need to do a little La Passeggiata. Some of the shops are expensive, some are not, so there's really something for anyone's budget. I've noticed this place stays pretty clean and there are a good amount of people working to keep it that way. I appreciate that very much.

Who just wants to have fun! Let's go to the mall!!…read more I remember when I was younger it was let's hit the mall for fun times. Then as my children were growing up we gathered at the mall too. Then the stimulation of the mall went away. The stores had nothing new and fresh. Now after visiting the mall in the last year, Fashion show has started to become different and offer more opportunities to have fun with those around you . They inspire one's imagination with small road trip displays that drag your imagination into perspective. Did you know that you can visit the North Pole? Right from Vegas? Even see Santa? An individual can even phone Santa from a playful private pay phone. No quarters needed! The possibilities here at Fashion Show are unbelievable. Take photo by the tree. The reindeer were unable for this trip. After all that fun at the North Pole, what did you truly come for? What are you looking for you will find it here? They offer the major stores: Neiman, Saks, Nordstrom's, and Macys for all those fabulous designer items. If it's that turquoise box your seeking Tiffany's is here too. They even have new toys stores to keep the little ones busy. Come and build that new magical friend at Build A Bear and enchant it and bring it to life with your magic. It's a beautiful enchanting experience for the whole family, no matter what your age. After all that shopping and having fun it's time to grab a bite to eat. Let's decide where to eat there are so many epic places and options. You can have things like pizza or choose to eat higher class. The choices are endless . My favorite little alcove is inside Neiman Marcus . The restaurant has it all. You have drinks, great eats, perfect service and views of all around the strip . What's not to love? The themed restaurant inside Neiman Marcus has winged butterflies. Let's see what we can find perfects a pinch of sparkling joy too! Shall we continue!

What happened to the Bath & Body Works store???…read more We visited this past sunday, Mother's Day- 2026. Hope that all you moms had a nice day! We parked in the parking garage across from Macy's. (Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) Checked out the following stores: Lush, the Lego store, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom Rack, & Rack Room Shoes. It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

I did come across a few clothing stores I genuinely enjoyed, which isn't always easy to find. The landscaping is beautifully done. The greenery, open spaces, and overall layout give it a polished, inviting feel. It's clearly been designed to create an experience, not just a place to shop. The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.

After getting some mild sticker shock at the New Balance store, I found myself staring right at the Nike Factory Store. Perfect! Let's see what they have in here! Man, this place was bizzzzz-ay! Holy crap, there were a ton of people here today midafternoon! This place is huge though! I head over to the Men's shoes and was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had available. There were a ton of shoes available for under $100 and even quite a bit under $60. I found a pair I liked that was only $60. Sweet! The line to the registers up front was pretty long, but they moved through it fairly well. The North Premium Outlets seem to get a LOT more tourists than the South Premium Mall in my estimation. I was there around 3 pm today and the lady in front of me was sipping on her canned lime-a-rita or whatever those things are. Employees were nice but kept the line moving so all was good there. For the surprisingly affordable selection they have alone, I will be back. 4 stars.

There was more along the entire back wall where the shoes were more heavily discounted. I didn't get any shoes but it wasn't for lack of trying a bunch on. I did end purchasing a bunch of t-shirts, a crossbody duffel bag, bunches of socks and a sweatshirt. The selection of Nike goods and apparel did not disappoint. The store was fully stocked with plenty of sizes. All in all, a good shopping haul. I would've given 5 stars if the line wasn't so long... I spent more time in line than I did shopping in the store.
