All our burgers and sandwiches had barely patties..

Still "cheap" but quality has gone downhill at this location at least. At the price point you'd be better off going to Wendy's for the meal deals or grabbing a frozen dinner. Stopped by for dinner recently since we realized we haven't been in a while and disappointed is an understatement. They weren't busy. There were no lines in drive thru. We did place a $40 order but nothing complicated. Just a few meals. They didn't take too long but the drive thru ladies were so rude and made it obvious they did not want to be there. No hello, no thank yous, have a good day. Nothing. They literally didn't even acknowledge us except to take payment with a stank face. Handed us our food and close the window.. like sheesh. Vibe killer. Didn't get any better as we got home and realized they got one of the orders wrong and we were actually missing an item. All the burgers and sandwiches had practically half patties.. double fries were about the same as a small McDonald's fry if even. It was just all bad.. LOL Was told it's better during the day but I honestly won't be wasting my money and time going back.

    Raw burger

I ordered a cook out style hamburger and received one that is quite raw in the middle. I submitted a complaint through the customer service number. Won't go to the Winder GA location again!

I came and requested a small cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger tray. This is what i received for the small burger and once i went to the window they tried to convince me it was okay might i add it is also missing the cheese i requested. My regular cheese burger was also the same size as this. At the window the employees did not listen to my concerns and this was overall the worst experience i've had at this cookout.

Cookout really has the best deal in town! Very inexpensive for the price you pay. Con is that you get only 4 onion rings or 3 chicken nuggets for a side. I wouldn't recommend those as side options but rather just get the full appetizer. I good option as a side item would be fries cheese balls like zaxbys. Quesadillas are good and you have to try the cookout special sauce. So addictive! Another con is the dining room. I see some tables are super wobbly, some tables have 2 chairs, some tables have 3, and some tables have 4, lol I don't get it. But it doesn't really matter just weird lol. Other than that, service is well and food is amazing. Love Cookout! Yay, they got more chairs lol

Food is usually just OK. Best thing I've had there is a double cheese burger cookout style. It's a good value but it is still fast food.

First let me say I've never really been a fan of Raising Cane's. I first experienced them in Allen,…read moreTexas around 2012. We were eating at the newly opened In n' Out burger and decided to get a few chicken fingers since they were located right next door and our kids didn't want burgers. Coming from the land of Zaxby's Chicken (which I still love), I didn't really find Cane's to be as flavorful, nor their sauce as tasty. However, being the total optimist that I am, when they began expanding to Georgia in 2023, I willingly gave them another try at this location. Grand opening week was extremely crowded and even the drive-thru lines were bananas. So I waited a few weeks for the crowds to lessen and finally, more than a decade after my first time eating their chicken, I discovered I still was not a fan. Fast forward again to June of 2026. I'm totally loving all the TikTok and Facebook videos of foreign visitors during the World Cup trying American foods for the first time in different cities all across the country. The excitement in video after video for Cane's made me want to give them yet another try. So I did! I can't explain it. Maybe it was just a good day, but for whatever reason I really enjoyed my chicken fingers this time and to be honest, I'm still in shock! The tenders actually had flavor outside of being dipped in sauce and were perfectly tender and juicy! Previously I thought the chicken was bland. FINAL THOUGHTS Maybe I've been too critical in the past, maybe the hype of foreign visitors has softened me, or maybe I've been wrong all along... but for the first time ever I'm a fan of Cane's. Hopefully that won't change on future visits now that they will be in my rotation of restaurants.
