I Stopped by today because I have an affinity for pumpkin and pumpkin is in the menu...So, of course I grabbed 3 pumpkin- only to get home and realize that they had apparently negated to include pumpkin into the dough. It is pumpkin in name only....What I received instead is a crumbly textured abomination. It's bland and dry- my level of disappointment is palpable. I decided to try the chocolate chip cookie, it is fresh, you can taste the butter, not many chocolate chips in the cookie it taste like flour as if it isn't mixed well. Overall their cookies are just OK, definitely not worth the price. $4.75 for one cookie. They won't accept cash, they only take a card. If you're going to spend the money, Crumbl cookies are much better. read more

I guess they rotate what they have weekly. We went about 20 min before closing and they had 100 + cookies just sitting on trays out in the open. I asked for a simple request where they could add a topping (which they had at the moment) to my chocolate chip cookie and they said "no, the cookies are already made." Which was fine but I figured they could just add a topping. It was 3 young kids running the store it seemed. My daughters and I stopped in yesterday 11/22/24 around 4pm after we got some shopping done. The young lady was super sweet and explained all the differences to me as I was so undecided on what cookie I should get. I ended up getting the peanut butter with m&m, and my girls got sugar cookies. Both flavors were delicious and I'd recommend . Cookies are huge and $4.75 each. Big enough that you can split with someone and it'll satisfy your sweet tooth. We will be back when we want a treat. read more

The staff was welcoming and the place was clean, however the business model was kind of a let down. They offered 4 different cookie selections and a basic soda fountain with soft drinks. Checked out the newly arrived cookie co in Beaumont. This small cookie bakery looked incredibly clean with a minimalistic style and white brick walls wrapped all around. They're menu offers four cookies at a time changing periodically. Ordering all four of course, I raced home to share with my girlfriend. Starting with the chocolate chip. They have a darn near perfect recipe for a classic cookie almost everyone will be ordering. While most would argue they underbake their cookies, I would say it's more of a chewy cookie instead of a crunchy cookie. Our second favorite cookie in the lineup was the orange blossom. The frosting on top was not overly sweet, but still delivered on the orange flavor. Packed with cranberries and white chocolate this cookie had an amazing flavor profile. The Brookie was a nice mix of a soft brownie and a soft chewy cookie. They're gluten free monster cookie was packed with oats, m&ms, and peanut butter. If it wasn't shown in the menu you wouldn't know this was a flour-less cookie. A My initial shock at seeing a single cookie being sold for $4 threw me back, but having tasted the quality of these cookies, it's well worth it as a cheat day dessert every now and again. With competition down the street from The Cookie Plug, combined with being very new I hope Cookie Co can remain consistent in quality and cleanliness to stick around for years to come. Closed early... just because. I only go to cookie co like twice a year when they have the drumstick cookie- closed at 630pm on a Saturday

I want to love these cookies so much! I have tried the chocolate chip cookie at least 5 times, and each time I get a stomach ache. At first I thought, maybe it's because I ate the ENTIRE cookie, so I tried less the next time. Then I tried to not eat any of the other cookies and only eat a piece of just the chocolate chip, than I tried it from a different Cookie Co. And because they look so good and I really want to love them, I tried it again. Maybe it's because like others have mentioned, it doesn't always look cooked through the whole cookie. I have no idea. The other thing that freaks me out is that the cookies are just on trays in the open air. There is no attempt to have them enclosed or covered. There's obvious issues with that, but it could also explain why sometimes they seem a little dried out. I tried the Whoopie pie one this week, and maybe I should have read what was in it (which I still haven't) and not just watched the reel on IG. It was far less filling than I had hoped for and it just tasted like vanilla frosting. You always wonder when companies franchise off if they will be as good as the original. I am happy to report that you don't have to wonder this time! The Beaumont location is just as amazing as the original. When we went there was a fair amount of people since it was the first day, but things were running smoothly. The managers were the ones running everything inside seamlessly. They were so sweet and kind. And honestly they just seemed to be genuinely happy! The line moved fast and all I saw around me were smiling faces. The cookies were so fresh and delicious! I got the frosted sugar cookies for the kiddos and when I took a bite to try it I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were! I'm not a fan of sugar cookies under normal circumstances but I do have to say these ones have made me reconsider my stance! Now the true star of this week's lineup (in my humble opinion) pineapple upside down cake!!! Absolutely amazing! I got three of them and I don't intend on sharing any of them! I also got the Raspberry Cheesecake, while that one is good as well, it was just a little sweet for my liking. But would I turn my nose up at it and say no if offered? Absolutely not!!! I've went there a couple times shortly after 8, to have the door locked and the two workers claiming they are closed. I can still place orders for pickup on door dash and even have them delivered, but apparently they are closed. I don't know if the hours are wrong online or what the issue is. About 4 months ago I was introduced to Crumbl and travel to Menifee or Redlands twice a month.When I heard another gourmet cookie place was coming to my town I was thrilled and went down tonight to try it out. I was hoping there wasn't a long line and pleasantly surprised how quickly I was in and out. It smelled so good walking in and I was excited to try their version of the pink sugar cookie since Crumbl discontinued and it was out of this world.Thick soft fluffy sugar cookie with plenty of buttercream frosting with a strong taste of almond which I love. The other 2 were pretty good my pineapple upside down cookie was well baked and tasted like the namesake dessert the raspberry cream cheese cookie baked perfectly was hoping for more of a graham cracker tasting base but still delicious and a bit cheaper in price with their competitor.So happy to have this new local shop and will be checking on Instagram every Monday to see the new lineup read more

They got a million of cookies just sitting on trays in the middle of the store (non covered). When they first opened, the cookies were very delicious, but now they are over producing and the cookies are collecting air and dust for us customers to purchase.
