Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly slippery the floor was. It was so slick that you have to be extremely careful because it's very easy to lose your footing and slide. My elderly family member nearly slipped, which was a frightening experience. What made the situation even more disappointing was the staff's response. They were completely unhelpful and showed little concern after seeing that my elderly family member almost fell. A little empathy or concern would have gone a long way, but instead it felt like they simply didn't care. The prices were also higher than what I felt the products were worth. Nothing really stood out or impressed me enough to justify the cost. Everything was just standard and fairly ordinary, with nothing unique or memorable about the selection. Overall, between the unsafe slippery floors, the lack of concern from the staff, and the overpriced, average products, I left feeling disappointed. Today, 08/04/2026 at approximately 6:30 PM, my family and I visited La Michoacana, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Upon entering, the two employees working did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. After placing our order, one of the employees prepared one of our items incorrectly. When we politely pointed out that it wasn't what we had ordered, she became visibly upset and had to remake it. Throughout the interaction, both employees were very passive-aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable. In addition, they lacked basic customer service skills and appeared very unorganized. When it came time to charge us, they seemed confused about what we had ordered and did not know how much to charge, causing unnecessary delays and making the entire experience feel disorganized. Overall, the poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and disorganization made this a very disappointing visit. How many people have had problems with the Manager that is there . This person has helped me multiple times and every time makes me feel that. I don't know what I'm ordering questions. Me for today was the last time she talks to people like we're ignorance . Being her Lina. She should be more respected with her own people in is rude and half even treated her employees, rude, and with disrespect something needs to be done. The Manager don't Say nothing or the owners. She says that she's the only Manager there I called her out and told her you needed to stop treating your employers and customers rude. You don't know about customer service. You don't have no respect towards your customers or your employees. Also, she was eating in front where the Food is getting prepared. Isn't that a sanitary, hazard. With a strong smell of pinesol as you enter it's a good thing the doors usually open. The employees are nice and very helpful when it comes to picking out your sweet treat. They have plenty choices from milk bars to juice bars to ice cream selections, raspados and mangonadas. They have quite the menu of desserts, and even have elites , and other snack items. Then I look at the menu and prices and decided that I wanted an esquite they only put a little bit of butter and mayo on their corn and only on the top not on the bottom of the cup. Another thing is the price said 6.25 for an esquite tell me my the lady charged me 6.75 plus an extra .50 cents for giving me a tiny side of butter and mayo. We got multiple pops and I got a strawberry + creme. The strawberries+creme was sooo creamy, sweet, and delicious. I've never had sweet creme like that so I was pleasantly surprised! The consistency is a little more airy than yogurt. They also have granola in it as well! The staff at this location were very knowledgeable about their menu and very helpful with all our questions, not to mention patient. This is a new place in town that recently opened. Thought we would try it out. My first impression, the music is on a loud speaker outside and is WAY too loud. There is no place to sit inside so you have to sit outside. We could not even talk to each other. The music was from someone's phone so there was a "ding" a few times when they got a message. I know this is s Mexican ice cream place, but playing only that type of music is going to limit your customers. We did ask them to turn it down which they did but it was still loud. The ice cream was good. Would have liked to have the girl that waited on us use gloves or not put her hands so far in the product and the water that was used to clean the scoops.
