Super disappointed in the service at this location! I did a pre order through the app and it never told me anyone was working on order or when it was ready to be picked up ( didn't let me use the I'm here ) so I understand that wasn't the employees fault however when I got there they had recieved my order they just weren't paying attention they were all talking in the back I was there for about 5 min alone in the register. Another lady had also ordered and was also waiting on her order. I'm not sure if they were in a rush to get us out but I told the lady if the cookies were warmed because I saw them rushing to get our cookies in the boxes and she told me they were. When I left the establishment the cookies were not warm but hard. If it was any other situation or any other day I would have returned the cookies and asked for a refund but because my family is visiting from a different country the children requested to try Crumbl before they left so I was in a rush to take it to them. It's sad that was their first impression of crumbl cookies and I'm upset I had to pay for cookies I know weren't worth what I payed. read more

If I could review with NO stars I would. My issue is not with the cookies but with the rudeness of the manager the incorrect order and the attitude I encountered. I placed an order through Grub Hub for a 4-pack of cookies that totaled 28.19. Not cheap. The order was a gift delivered to Loma Linda University Medical Center and delivered on time. But. There were only three cookies in the order. Halloween Sprinkles, Chocolate Chip Chunk and Pumpkin Cheesecake. No Candy Corn cookie. This is the equivalent of spending 9.00'and some change for each cookie which are already overpriced baked goods. I contacted the store today and the manager asked what time I placed the order. His response to my answer was rude and snide telling me in no uncertain terms he created the order and he does not make mistakes. He said there was no way he would short an order. I asked him if there was a way to make this right and he said no because he didn't make a mistake. His arrogance alone has helped make the decision to never patronize this location again. His rudeness and outright lack of customer service sparked the decision to contact the corporate office. I have made at least five GH orders over the past summer. And never had a problem. So I walked into this location a little after 9am, and was not greeted at all. Only greeting I received was employees complaining about life in general. Even the food delivery driver there picking up an order was shocked with being ignored and his questions being met with rudeness by an employee named Lily. Delicious EVERYTIME ! I came in on a quick run. I ordered at their kiosk and got the cookies within 5 minutes of ordering it. Mind you, there were people making like to order with the lady up front but I figured the kiosk was faster and sure enough, it was. It's super convenient - highly recommend using it. The lady up front seemed super nice and possibly overworked. She seemed to be the only one there holding up the store and she did a great job! Great vibes all around. Crumbl for me is hit and miss. Majority of the reason is because the people making the cookies are either really good at it and the cookies look and taste as they should or they are thrown together with absolutely no F*'s to give. Redlands crumbl has been more miss than Hit lately because of their lack of care. I've gotten cookies with barely anything on it. Frosting done half way, toppings with crumble (Reese's bits or strawberry bits stuff like that) are pretty much completely missing and that's a lot of times what gives the cookie that extra "muah" when eating it. What really did it for me was the waffle cookie. They put the syrup all over the cookie (it's supposed to come in a little packet to add yourself) and the syrup transferred to all the other cookies In my box. We like to split our cookies in half and not eat it all at once. Yeah. Can't do that when they pour they syrup everywhere. Not to mention there was no frosting on there. Crumbl cookies are great, but at this point I recommend a different location if you want a better quality cook. Especially for the price you pay! So I love Crumble, But the reason why I'm leaving 3 stars is because I either have a great experience when I go, or the worst. When I go and have a good time, it's because the employees listen to me, accept my small requests for things like can I just get a birthday sticker for the birthday cookie box, or can you leave the frosting off this cookie please. And they accept. But when I go and have the worst times, which is majority of the time I go, They give me the wrong cookies (I always check now because 80% of the time they give me the wrong cookies when when I order in store), they tell me no stickers for anyone today, they can't leave the frosting off, they don't accept my crumble points right now because the "system is down", they sold out of all the cookies and only have 1 or 2 left, when it's only noon, they can't give me 2 dozen cookies carry out because it's "too many." I need to order catering and I need to order catering a week or two in advance. It's almost always something... which is disappointing because when I do go and I have a "good time" I race about Crumble. As far as staff goes, only a few of them are nice, then the ambiance and cleanliness is almost always good. So yah, it's always a hit and miss for me, with majority of the time it's a miss. read more
