They do not respond, no one answers telephone and the tracking number is fake. Horrible!!!

I'm a well known cookie monster! Like, seriously!! So, when I seen cookie confidant came highly recommended on Facebook and Instagram I just haaaad to give it a try! I ordered on a Monday at 7am, and I received my cookie order today, Wednesday@ 7pm. I ordered chocolate chip pecan and I must admit, the cookies are super big!! I would say they are the size of about 3-4 regular size chocolate chip cookies all combined into one large cookie. So, the cookie itself were soft & chewy on the inside and crispy around the edges. In my opinion, there's no unique flavoring with the cookie. Like, I couldnt taste the vanilla extract, butter, or dash of salt.(personal preference) (I'm also assuming he used those ingredients). To me, it tasted like a regular/average cookie. The customer service was really good and professional! The owner himself is super friendly and always maintained contact with me before, during and even after my order was placed. This is a black owned business, and I will always support and give back to my community by any means necessary. I do however feel like (again, my opinion) that more flavors should POP within the cookie. Will I order again? Probably. So today is my brother's birthday and all he wanted was some cookies from Cookie Confidant. I placed an order this morning and texted the owner to make sure that the cookies would arrive today. He advised me that he would make sure that the cookies were delivered today for his birthday. He texted me to confirm that he was going to deliver them and I ask him if I could change the address because my brother was no longer at the original address I placed on the order. He advised me once again that would be fine and to send him the new address and he would take care of it. He updated me while driving because he ran into traffic that caused a delay in the delivery. I placed an order a bit before 12 and I received delivery at about 7 pm. I wasn't expecting same day (didn't read the disclosure of 1 day delivery when choosing the date). I was shocked when my doorbell rang (there was a delivery text sent as well as email that I completely ignored - my fault). These cookies are better than good! They are amazing! After my original review the company contacted me to make things right. They apologized for not sending the cookies when promised and they refunded my money. They explained the issues they are having with their email and Ron worked hard to keep me informed about what was happening with my order. Beware. The business looks professional and has a well set up site and method of processing payment but your cookies never get delivered even though the company processes your payment. The contact number isn't valid and they do not reply to your email or messenger. I'm currently having my bank dispute the charges. I tried to order from Cookie Confidant twice last year with no success. Additionally customer service in regards to not receiving both orders were not the best but I did receive refund both times. I am a supporter of small businesses, especially Black-owned businesses. I had a brief correspondence with Ron, the owner. He explained the roadblocks he faced shipping orders and was able to iron out the kinks. I decided to order again and was happy with the service I received. This time around, customer service was adequate and I received my order as expected. I ordered one dozen of White Chocolate Chip cookies stuffed with B-day cake oreos and one dozen Double Chocolate chip Peanut Butter cookies. Most of the White chocolate chip cookies arrived broken up. I contacted the company explaining the condition of my order. I received a call within an hour and was offered replacement cookies...which I definitely appreciate. In regards to the cookies. Each cookie was individually packed, which I love. They were suprising big and heavy. I swear one cookie is a whole dessert. ....oh and did I mention.....THE COOKIES WERE LITERALLY AMAZING.
