As for me, I couldn't resist the Confetti Milkshake; it was sweet, creamy, and the perfect treat to satisfy my cravings. Fast workers. The cookies taste good. Nothing on the actual store but i wish they would keep selling the full size cakes again

I've been seeing their cookies all over social media. I have been a loyal supporter of tiffs treats so I felt like I was cheating on them. But after leaving the mall I just had to stop in. When you first enter it's a bit confusing. It's a big kitchen, they must be cranking out a ton of cookies for catering as there was like 6 people in the back. No one really greets you or explains what to do. We made our way to the self service kiosks and were able to figure out their pricing and cookie offerings. It seems like they rotate 6 different cookies each week. They have pricing for individual, box of 4, box of 6 and box of 12. Since there were 6 flavors we went that route and got one of each. When we got home I cut myself a little piece of each one. Unfortunately, my first impression was they were all too sweet and flavors were hard to distinguish. I had to go look up their menu to figure out what cookie was which. My favorite ended up being the vanilla. The cookies are thick and baked to keep them soft. However they do get pretty hard the next day. I'd probably stick to tiff treats but I'll be back in to try some of their other flavors. read more

I had to wait for 30 minutes for cookies that look awful. When I was given my cookies after standing there for 30 minutes, I asked why it took so long, and they just told me they were "out of stuff." I was watching the workers and they were making the cookies at a miserably slow pace, and evidently making a mess because the cookies i received were the sloppiest I've ever gotten from Crumble. Stepped into a simple decorated store, and was warmly greeted by the staff. Here, you order via the self-service screens, and wait for the staff to package your cookies into the box. There is no table and chair for customers to sit down and enjoy the cookie. Only option is to-go. This week is about salted caramel cheesecake, Boston cream pie, chocolate cookies and cream, confetti cake, chocolate Swiss roll, and milk chocolate chip cookies. I love all the cookies. They are thick, big, crumbly, and soft. The toppings are generous but I find them to be a little too sweet. My favorite for this week's flavor is the salted caramel cheesecake. So yummy! There are new flavors every week, which is the alluring part of Crumbl Cookies. Definitely would check them out every week. read more

I came by last Monday to pick up my kid birthday cookies i've never experienced any issue before until that day. The store wasn't busy but my orders were not ready. I did press "we are here" before I arrived to the store. I came in, one of the girl was playing with her coworker, who was at the cashier. She threw a plastic wrap ball to her friend despite the customers are around. The store started to get busier but only one guy was taking order and getting the order ready. My orders were getting delayed since I had 3 orders of mini dozen. And of course that would take longer than just a single order for those that came after me. The girl who was playing before continuing to throw another plastic wrap to the cashier who was clearly busy. This time the ball almost hit me. Was i received an apologize? Nope ‍ After a few moment later, she finally came toward and casually asked if I need help, then picked up her plastic wrapped ball. You can check your security camera for Monday 08.05 between 3pm-3:20pm. She then went to her lunch and picked up one of the mini cookie and poke her finger and gave it a taste while customers were around. Overall i wish my orders were ready for pick up so i dont have to experience those sences. The quality of cookies were good but since there was only the cashier who tried to pack everything himself, the presentation of the cookies in the box was not great. Looks very sloppy. read more

Ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day for my granddaughter. When the driver went to pick up the order, they were told that they were out of some of the cookies. I called and cancelled the order with the manager on duty, only to find out that they gave the order to a second driver with the wrong cookies, which were never delivered as the second driver called me about the cancellation. After much back and forth, they did refund the delivery charges, but never credited back the rewards points that I had used. Second time ordering - first time was an ordeal as well. I use Crumbl for both work and personal gifts. Maybe try a different location - customer service at this location leaves much to be desired!!!! read more

Visited this new location - across from the First Colony Mall. Lots of parking. Like other locations, the ordering system is strange. You can go to one of two self service kiosks or the counter. It's not clear to me why you would do one over the other, but both work. We ordered 4 cookies: 2 mom's recipe, raspberry butter cake, and lemon cheesecake. They were pretty quick and it looked good. The mom's recipe was our favorite and the raspberry butter cake was also very good. Unfortunately, the lemon cheesecake cookie was undercooked and slightly raw in the middle. This location is light, bright, and big. They need to check the cookie quality and how long they are cooking them completely. Overall, large tasty cookies. Hoping they work out the timing of their cookie baking. read more

Decided to give crumbl a try this week & left satisfied! We ordered the new weekly cookie - blueberry pancake and loved it. It was soft, had great tone of blueberry, and wasn't too sweet. The cream in the middle tasted like the cream used with red velvet & the sauce made the cookie soft. I appreciated the new cookie of the week. For to-go, we got the Cookie Bites and it was a great size however Ben & Jerrys is a bit cheaper. The cookie dough was quite sweet so if that isn't your thing you may want to reconsider. Each week they change their menu so you are able to taste the different flavors...I have no idea how many flavors they have so it is like a surprise..... This week they had a cookie which really intrigued me....cornbread cookie. I thought, wow, I really like sweet cornbread but I have never thought about having it as a cookie. This Crumbl was great! It is very clean and fast and the self ordering system was easy to use. We got a 6 pack with all of the flavors of the week and it was fun to try all the different cookies. My favorites this week were the lemon cream pie cookie and the honey bun but they were all really good! My only minor complaint is all the cookies are extremely rich and sugary, way more than any other cookie I've tried. Will definitely be back the next time I am in the area though! read more

I get cookies for my kids here but today was probably the worst experience I've had here... I put in my order two hours in advance thinking that I was be able to pick it up at the time I set for pick up, only to find out, any person who walked in off the street was put ahead.my pick up time was at 5:10, I left at 5:40 and I was still 37th in line... I don't like crowds so I went to my car to wait but it kept pushing my time back because I was walking to far from the location even though the parking lot was full. Honestly I don't know if I'll ever come back. I just feel if you put in an hour in advance, it should be prepped in advance and not made when you arrive. The cookies are ok but they are worth waiting two hours especially when you ordered two hours in advance Update: I clicked on the link the manager posted and that accomplished nothing. My Limited Edition Marshmallow Oreo Cookie was soft and tasty, a little smaller than expected and not as chewy as I thought it would be. The cookie was a bit crumbly and kept breaking when I would bite it. I guess that's why the store is called Crumbl....I don't know. Anyway, the cookie was good none the less. The itself is always clean and well kept. Employees greet you upon entering and quickly return to baking the premade cookie dough. I hate the self-serve kiosk. I walked in and there were three employees working - three. There was no one else in the place. I expected to be greeted, welcomed, acknowledged in some manner, but no! Not one of the three even looked at me and they certainly didn't speak. I went to the ordering pad and looked at the menu and saw one cookie was $4.50...um, really? They had samples on the counter. I walked over and looked them over. They were very unappealing. They were dry and worn out; however, they obviously were out in the open all day and I didn't think they represented the cookie I would receive, so why have them out if they were more of a turn-off then turn-on.
