We ate here this past weekend and it was just ok. While we were waiting we saw them putting out food but for about five minutes they didn't call anyone to the counter. My melt was fine and my side of Mac n cheese was bland. The chicken nuggets were good but my mom said the Caesar dressing was terrible. We did enjoy the edible cookie dough bites. We stayed in Pigeon Forge for a week and visited CDM three times! The food was delicious and the sandwich menu is really quite impressive! The edible cookie dough is amazing and portions are big for the price. Their food seems really fresh also, the fruit salad was clearly cut recently and not frozen or browned at all. On top of all that, it was probably the friendliest service of all the places we visited while in town and that's saying a lot. It's not even a full service restaurant but different employees checked on us and asked if everything was good at least twice each visit (and not in an annoying way). Got a takeout order. They didn't give me any utensils or napkins (we were staying in a hotel so we basically had to eat with our hands and use hand towels). If I was supposed to get them myself, I didn't see them so assumed they put that in the bag. Food was just ok. Had nachos and they use bright blue queso...turned my hands, lips and mouth blue. I was there when they opened. It took me maybe 10 minutes to get anyone's attention to open the door for me. Was there looking for cookies and they only had a few available (they actually showed up a few minutes before opening, I was waiting) . The cookies they had must have been from a previous day. I walked away because during the pandemic no one was wearing a mask. He offered to put one on for me but I declined since any possible contamination would have already happened on anything they served. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and helpful but that doesn't make the food any better. My milkshake smelled (and tasted) as though it had been made with expired milk. Only took one sip. On top of that I ordered the cheese steak grilled cheese, ate it against my better judgement after I literally heard the cook tell the workers to ask him what is good that day before they eat the meat seemed very low quality. Fries were okay but your typical pre-made frozen variety. Not homemade like this business tries to claim everything is. If you're a fan of raw cookie dough, this should be on your list of places to eat. I got a scoop of KitKat and a scoop of chocolate chip. And here's why it's not 5 stars...the wafers inside the KitKat pieces had absorbed moisture from the dough and had turned mushy. They need to have just a bin of dough base and mix in when you order. Off the busy main road of Pigeon Forge but still close by. Such a great stop! Our kids had fresh fruit that was much more than this mom expected as a side. And the gourmet grilled cheese were so varied. We recommend the Green Mile, the Cubans, the Taco Bout It and the Cubano. Something for everyone! The staff is friendly. Oh and let me not forget the cookie dough! We got the sampler for our group. Nine flavors to try. We couldn't pick! read more

Sad experience Was looking forward to coming here based on all the 5-star ratings. Major disappointment. First the Reuben. Most restaurant reuben's have a lot of meat, precious little sauerkraut all piled in one place, a little dressing and somewhere some cheese. This sandwich was piled high with sauerkraut, two very thin layers of meat, a hint of dressing and really never found the cheese. A new definition of a Reuben - a sauerkraut sandwich. Wife who is from the south enjoys sweet tea. She tried to reduce the sweetness with unsweet tea which didn't work. She said it really didn't have a tea taste. She described her chicken sandwich as ok but would not order it again. Her slaw was not to her liking. The fries were ok. A lot of money for poor quality food. We're locals but don't look for us to return. read more

I was very excited to try this, but was quite disappointed. The flavor was decent, but the cookie dough was way too heavy. It was hard to eat. However, there is no system in place to know who ordered what so employees had to walk around asking each table what they ordered. Don't let the name fool you. This place is much more than a dessert joint. Dinner was the highlight for us: Freshly prepared, creative, and filling. Another great small sandwich & sweet shop has opened in Pigeon Forge!!! (they JUST opened, so be patient as they settle in) The primary draw is the multiple flavors of delicious cookie dough (NO raw eggs) displayed like ice cream, however, the baked cookies & sandwiches are wonderful too! A small scoop of dough is plenty for my husband & I to split. The sandwiches are are big enough to share between 2 people (leaving more room for dessert!) the Cranberries & Turkey was fabulous, but the Reuben was awesome!! The sides for the sandwiches are generous - the macaroni salad was flavorful & the fruit salad chopped right then & there as I watched. The cookie dough flavors I've tried & liked are the chocolate chip and mocha with my favorite so far being the cinnamon roll. Oh, the baked cookies are yummy as well. My family of three went at lunchtime, and I got so caught up in the large menu that I forgot to order any cookie dough. We all ordered something different - soup, salad, burger, grilled cheese, assorted sides - and everything was delicious. The staff was wonderful as well. The girl asked if she could get us anything else and I just kinda looked, like what, there is nothing else. We ended up going to the cupcake place down the road and the people were out the door.
