Food was amazing and the pricing was even better! John was an amazing server! Recommendation for breakfast was on point! Love the "Yellowstone" like decor. And plenty of parking available! Oh restrooms were very clean with a changing table available

Loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. The food was good as well. Highly recommend the cinnamon rolls! They're so good it's hard to get a picture before someone snags them!

Great atmosphere, ample parking, and an intriguing menu - we're off to a great start! The good: coffee, griddle cakes, and hash browns The bad: the fried pork chop Biscuits are great! The gravy is decent, pretty, and forgettable. Condiments are varied and a good selection. Maple syrup is warm and...syrup-ey. The cinnamon rolls are large and delicious. It's like a large local much nicer version of, I hate to say this, Cracker Barrel. Yes it's touristy. Yes, it's loud. Service was instant and hospitable. Trendy in that Sevierville faux-country farmhouse way. I didn't hate it, but I'd skip the pork chop next time.

Five Oaks Farm Kitchen absolutely delivers on both presentation and flavor. These plates look like exactly what you want out of a true Southern breakfast--simple, hearty, and done right. The omelet is cooked perfectly with a clean fold and light seasoning, paired with that fluffy biscuit that looks soft on the inside with just the right golden top. The side of fruit and bacon adds a nice balance without overcomplicating things. The second plate really seals it--those crispy home fries have that ideal texture (golden edges with soft centers), and the eggs cooked over easy with that rich, runny yolk are spot on. That kind of execution shows consistency in the kitchen. Overall, this is the kind of breakfast that feels authentic, well-portioned, and satisfying without trying too hard. From what's on these plates alone, it's easy to justify a full 5-star rating.

Gyattt dang this food is good! Everything was delicious. The service was good and quick and pro tip from another reviewer was joining the waitlist on their website so you won't have to wait long when you get here. The food was inexpensive with large portions and came out fast

This place was worth the wait! We added our name to the waitlist online about 30min in advance which gave us time to get over there. It's a beautiful establishment that's in a barn setting. Very clean. The server was sweet and helped me make the right decision to not overstuff myself. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

This was a recommended spot for breakfast. I enjoyed the steak omelette, the service was very attentive, warm family atmosphere next time in Sevierville I'll definitely return.

First time visiting Tennessee, and I had heard a lot about this breakfast spot, so my family and I decided to give it a try. I'd heard great things about the cinnamon rolls, but unfortunately, it was a bit tough for my liking and way too sweet for me. It was just okay overall. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and really loved the fried chicken. He felt the waffle was a little soggy, but the potatoes were very good. He also thought the turkey sausage was slightly salty. My mother ordered the omelet with a side of biscuit and eggs, and she really enjoyed her meal with no complaints at all. I ordered the farm tenant favorite. My scrambled eggs with cheese were good at first, but I unfortunately bit into several pieces of eggshell, which made me stop eating them. The bacon was good -- nice and crispy just how I asked. The pancake was phenomenal, and I absolutely loved the biscuit and gravy. I'm still thinking about how good that was! The service was good, especially considering how busy it was. Our server did the best she could, and the inside of the restaurant is very beautiful. I loved the cozy, Christmas-like feel of the decor. I would come back again because there were definitely some great highlights, and I feel like we just came on a very busy day -- so I'd be willing to give it another try.

Love the outside of the restaurant! There's many places for cute photo opt if ur visiting and love to take tourisy pictures of ur kids! The inside is so cute and farmhouse! With lights and benches and wooden table! The food was very solid and we all love everything that we ordered! Definitely recommend! Worth the hype

What a fabulous breakfast! Carlos was our server and was exceptional. He was attentive and provided great recommendations throughout. The biscuits are soooooo good. Definitely will come back to try lunch and dinner.

    House salad. Lots of dressing

Just your average tourist trap restaurant. The restaurant has a great look inside and out so we were excited. The staff greeted us right away and the server was very nice. So the restaurant and people are very nice, but the food did not impress or even satisfy us. It was a decent amount of food just lacking in flavor. I got the fried chicken which came with 2 side so I got mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. It came with a cup of soup but I also wanted a salad. The fried chicken tasted like gas station or grocery store fried chicken. Just ugh. The Mac n cheese was ok but still not great. The soup and mashed potatoes were extremely missing seasoning. We couldn't do anything to doctor these up. The salad was the best part of the meal. But you can't mess up a house salad. And they make sure you have enough dressing bringing two big cups of it. So overall we will not be giving this place a second try. Which confuses me cause the place is always packed.

The interior was nice and rustic as you would imagine. Service was friendly but a little in the clueless side. Food was good but inconsistent. Cup of potato soup one cup had a lot of potato chunks. Where the other had four chunks. Chicken meal was supposed to be breast and a thigh, I received two thighs. Biscuits looked amazing but were dry. Mac and cheese was just warm. Mashed potatoes were very good, but small. Also overall the sides provided were small. Tried to order a cinnamon roll, which is in their dessert menu but they were out at 4pm. Their chocolate cake was good though. Finally their meal was the same price as Paula Deen's which is an all you can eat family style.

Her tone, attitude, and the way she spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. It felt like we were a burden just for being there. I ended up completely losing my appetite because of how mean and cold Marsha was, and I actually left the table crying over it. (I work in healthcare so I have thick skin). Going out to eat is supposed to be enjoyable, not something that leaves you feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I understand everyone can have bad days, but there's no reason to treat customers with that level of disrespect. I was asking a simple question of getting an order to go and about the lunch. I really hope management takes customer service more seriously because no one should leave a restaurant crying and feeling the way I did.

It has a real down home feel. The place offers burgers (Mushroom Swiss, BBQ Burger), sandwiches (Cheesesteaks, Reuben, BLT, Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch/Buffalo options), and hearty baskets with fried chicken, cod, or shrimp, plus breakfast served all day, desserts (chocolate pie!), and options like pork chops or steak. They have someone thing for everyone. Everything is cooked to ordered. We started off with deep fried deviled eggs. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff. While I had the House Smash Burger. The stroganoff is served in a wide, shallow bowl that showcases the sauce's glossy sheen and the generous scatter of sautéed mushrooms. Steam carries a rounded, savory bouquet: beef-forward notes, toasty browned butter, and the faint acid of a finishing touch -- likely a splash of vinegar, wine, or lemon -- that hints the sauce will be bright rather than cloying. The presentation is simple and effective: no unnecessary frills, just clear evidence that plate composition exists to showcase the food's strengths. The sauce is the star: a glossy, velvety emulsion built on a brown stock backbone, enriched with sour cream (or a light cultured cream), and tempered with mustard and a touch of acidity. The mushrooms are properly caramelized, offering an earthy counterpoint and slight chew that complements the tender beef. Onions are present but not intrusive; garlic and a whisper of thyme or parsley frame the dish without flattening the primary flavors. Chubby's pairs the stroganoff with broad egg noodles -- they're al dente-yielding and capture the sauce in their folds, which makes each mouthful a composed, layered bite rather than separate elements awkwardly forced together. The Smash Burger was an equal masterpiece as well. In an era when burgers can feel formulaic and predictable, the SMASH Triple Burger with Chubby Sauce at Chubby's Restaurant stands out not just as a meal, but as a culinary statement, mine was constructed of three thin-pressed beef patties -- each seared to achieve that iconic lace of caramelization -- deliver an intoxicating aroma of grilled beef that primes the palate for something special. The smash technique here isn't a gimmick; it's a masterstroke that intensifies the beef's flavor while maintaining juiciness through every layer, a testament to precise heat management on the griddle. The Chubby Sauce, a house specialty that earns its name with rich, tangy complexity, serves as the burger's soul. It marries creamy umami with a whisper of sweetness and a balanced acidity that cuts through the savory heft of the triple stack. This sauce is not merely a condiment -- it's the architectural glue that binds texture and taste, elevating each bite into a chorus of complementary notes. What makes this experience remarkable was how it balances bold indulgence with thoughtful restraint: the trio of patties makes a statement, yet the burger never feels overwhelmingly heavy. Each layer interacts harmoniously, and the Chubby Sauce is nothing short of inspired -- tangy yet creamy, bold yet nuanced. We topped it all off with pie. My wife had the peanut butter while I opted for the Apple pie was our desert. Dessert at Chubby's often arrives with the quiet confidence of a house specialty, and the both the Apple & Peanut Butter Pie is no exception. If you think you've had every version of apple pie, this one will surprise you. Chubby's Apple Pie is warm, comforting, and brilliantly balanced. The apples are tender and spiced just right, the crust is buttery and flaky. The peanut butter pie has a subtle, savory richness that keeps the dessert from being overly sweet. It's indulgent without being heavy and memorable in the best way. An absolute must-order if you save room for dessert. This was a great dining experience and in a tourist dominated area, this place stands out as real down home cooking that your grandmother made. Highly recommend, this is one the most stop sites if you are in the area.

The online menu gave plenty of eye candy and we were absolutely starving by the time we arrived Friday evening. The staff was very attentive and kind. It's clear that this place is fully operated by word-of-mouth and return guests. It's a huge establishment with several rooms by big fireplaces and Lazy Susan's to pass around the family style meal. The menu was a little difficult to navigate so many options laid out, but only certain options available per day. So ultimately, we were not able to order exactly what we wanted, but we ordered what was available for Friday, which was the Salisbury steak, fried fish, and fried chicken. All of these meats came in a small portion to split amongst our three people, and with unlimited sides. Some of the sides were pretty impressive. I would have to say my favorite side was the broccoli casserole, followed by the mashed potatoes and gravy, which were real potatoes! The mac & cheese was more on the creamy side versus the gooey cheesy side. Unfortunately, some of our chicken was undercooked, and the skin was very thin and not too crispy. The fish was decent, not dried out whatsoever, which is a pretty good compliment. While my coworker said that the chicken and dumplings were her favorite, I failed to enjoy them :( All in all, this was not our favorite restaurant from our trip this weekend and it appears that big groups and big families really do enjoy dining at this establishment.
