I think I have been to almost all the locations and it is always a pleasure to go! Ever since I tried these cookies a few years back I have been hooked! Especially on the banana pudding cookie! Now that my Mom is here in town I had to have her try the cookies for herself and as always you all did not disappoint! We stopped into this location and it was such a breeze. Tried the Mansfield location this past Saturday evening! There were a few kids around, but overall it had a cute vibe, has a little seating space as well. Of course I had to get the classic chocolate chip cookie and the salted caramel. I'm usually not a huge caramel person, but the salted caramel cookie was still really good. These are now my favorite cookies!! We got the 6 cookies: (1) chocolate chip, of course, which is a classic when it comes to cookies. It was yummy! (2) Then the banana pudding one had a light banana flavor. I wish that it wasn't just in the center, but throughout. Still really yummy! (3) the crème brûlée I would say was one of my favorites. The creamy crème brûlée with the torched sugar shell was a perfect bite to the cookie. It was crispy on the edges, yet soft in the center. I would say that that's the consistency of their cookies, which is the perfect cookie. (4) The Snickerdoodle cookie was wide, thin, yet soft. It was delicious. (5) The salted caramel had good flavor too, wasn't too sweet, but if only it had a caramel drizzle, so that it's not only in the center because the rest of it was just any basic cookie. (6) last cookie was the frosted oatmeal cookie, which was so yummy. Another one of my faves!! So glad this location is closer to me! Super nice staff, no wait when I walked in which was nice. Love that they have a place for people to sit and enjoy their cookies, milk and/or ice cream. It was nice and bright inside and easy to find with plenty of parking. This time in I ordered two of the limited time flavors. Key lime pie 8.5/10: this tasted just like a key lime pie. The filling in the middle, the perfect cookie texture. Just delicious! I know the crust had to have some graham cracker element, I will say I liked that it wasn't soggy. But I did get 2 just off tasting cookie part only and glad I did. Strawberry tart treat 10/10: when I think about this cookie my mouth waters! I am a strawberry fan and the jelly in the middle, the frosting, the base of the cookie. They are located on Broad near James Avery, and shares a parking lot with Belk. - across the street from HEB. These cookies are homemade! The company originated in Plano and now have 5 stores in the area. We are having company for dinner and decided to buy a 6 pack. I ordered the banana pudding cookie, chocolate chip (of course), Strawberry Toaster Treat, Gooey Butter - like the gooey butter cakes!, and a fudge sprinkled . My favorite today was the banana pudding cookie! I can't wait to visit again on my grocery trips to HEB. I know my dinner guest will love them- if I make it home with them! Finally got a chance to stop by and actually go inside because my first few attempts I think everyone else had the same idea. Great for this business! I'd been to the Addison location several times and it was always a treat so I was excited to stop in at a location closer to home. Once inside there was a small line but it was a smooth operation and it was quickly my turn to order. I tried a few regular menu items and a couple new flavors. I'll preface by saying that I'm a fan of Cookie Society - just not this location. I've been twice and both times I had neither a "good" nor "bad" experience. Once the chocolate chip cookies weren't in stock. Another time oatmeal wasn't in stock. The cookie I did get during the last visit was hard and cold- the opposite of what I've experienced at other locations. As far as service, on the first visit, a female worker overlooked me twice when I was standing there for service. What took me by complete surprise is that I eyed my friend in shock , who was in the parking lot, and she came in. The female worker overlooked me yet again and asked her if she could help HER, who had just come inside to check on me. My friend pointed to me and said that I was needing to order...... it took that redirection for me to finally get acknowledged. I ended up purchasing just one cookie instead of what I wanted to because that left a bad taste in my mouth. Second visit, I just felt like it may have been an interruption to their closing process (maybe an hour left until closing). I asked a question and he just stood there until I realized the answer to my question- that one of the cookies was out of stock. They also didn't have a cookie that I saw advertised online. I ended up getting one cookie that time and leaving. I'm not sure if I'll do a 3rd time here at this location. I've never had problems in Addison. They also had the line dividers just in front of the cookie display so I was confused where exactly I'm supposed to stand to be next in line for cookies.
