The cookies were tasty, but the decoration was sloppy. For my aviation theme, they couldn't invest $2 and purchase an airplane-shaped cookie cutter? Instead, I got crosses and dog bones (?!). Lastly, they need to ditch the spray-on base coat. It looks messy and tastes bitter.

Customer service is literally so awful. and if you want a special design they start to get all huffy and puffy. Also for my delivery I called to tell them instructions for my apartment complex and the delivery driver was already there and did not deliver my cookies till the next day. They don't give you a time of day of delivery so you have to wait around for the whole day. They also got an attitude when I asked if someone can call me when they get here. The cookies don't even taste goodthey taste like playdoh. Never ordering ever again. Worst attitudes ever and my golf ball cookie looked like a 3 year old did it

Found this location on my visit to Ups, so I wanted to give it a try. The shop is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The cookies looked so good and there are some decorative cookies too but high on price point. I ordered red velvet cookies, and they tasted delicious. We will definitely return to this spot for more cookies, and we even thought about ordering for a party. Try this place you will love it !! read more

Ordered their 'gourmet' birthday cookies online and my order was routed to this store. I expect on time delivery since they are charging premium for their delivery service as well, but nope they delivered the day after my friend's birthday. Very disappointed. I have to track down the main customer service people so I can get explanation why my order didn't arrive that day because the store is not replying to my inquiry (later on they blamed the courier, but I can see they placed the request late so it would be delivered based on their request). I will not order from this company again. I should have stick to edible arrangements or a more reliable company. And looks like there is nothing great about the cookies anyway. read more

Kindness and great service. I dropped by unannounced for Cookies on a day where they had received a 500 dash cookie order. They could have easily turned me away, but the shop -keeper was so nice and went upfront to get me the cookies I asked for. This is great old-fashioned service the kind that we used to all enjoy in a nicer time. read more

To whom it may concern I just received my cookies and delivered them to my sister. She can't eat them because there is so much almond flavor its like burning our throat. Did you change the recipe, or is it owned by someone new. Did not taste like the old cookie. So much money for poor quality. Will not be ordering again! read more

Love this place! I've ordered from here many times and have also received cookie baskets from others. Cookies by Design never lets me down! First of all, the cookies are adorable. They have so many different designs and the staff is always willing to work with you and change the baskets around to meet your needs. Second, the cookies are absolutely delicious. We receive a Cookie Bouquet from my father-in-law for the kids a couple times per year. He orders on line or by phone and when this particular location is the one he reaches, the cookies are, by far, the best. We love their Cookie Bouquets! The cookies are delectable and are decorated just a little bit more gorgeously than from any other location we have received bouquets! Placed an order online for delivery. Received an email the delivery was made. Called my friend to make sure the gift was received. Found out the delivery person left the package at a side door (one they never use) and did not even attempt to give it to anyone. Someone was home all day but they delivery person never even knocked on the door. This were a rural area and any animal could have destroyed the gift if I had not called. The cookies are beautiful but not cheap. I paid for delivery to a recipient. I expect the delivery person to do his/her job & make sure that recipient receives the gift. read more

I opened a Yelp account just for my disappointment with Cookies by Design. I placed an order with them expecting fresh baked cookies but to my dismay all the cookies tasted like they have been sitting out for weeks. Every single cookie tasted stale and bland. I will never be returning to this establishment and I suggest you do the same. read more

The customer service we received was by far the absolute best! Our delivery person went above and beyond considering we accidentally gave him the wrong address at first. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating while we tried to figure out the correct address. The cookies arrived on time and were delicious! Very disappointed! The cookie bouquet was delivered with 4 of the 7 cookies broken. The delivery fee was $23. They would not refund delivery fee and would only provide me with a credit towards a future order - of which I will now not be placing! You place your order on one of 2 iPads, pay by credit card and pick up your order when they call your name. Sampled of the cookies are available to view before you order. A mini is the size of a typical cookie. A regular size to them is an oversized 4+ inch. We ordered 6 different minis which is like 6 other cookies. You are prompted to tip for them putting them in a box and showing them to you before they close it. The box is cute and pink and just large enough for 6 cookies. With a modest tip, is was about $18 or $3 per cookie. We ordered the rocky road, classic chocolate chip, churro white chocolate, salted caramel cheesecake, s'mores, and the Kentucky butter cake. For at least three of these cookies, I had to go back to my receipt because they weren't that memorable. The big fail was the salted caramel cheesecake was a butter cookie with topped with white icing and then topped with caramel. After the first bite, the caramel sloughed off the rest of the cookie. Are they good cookies? Yes. Not better than most scratch-made, home-made cookies. I can make similar ones at home and for $3 a cookie, I can do better.
