This is a walk up kinda ice cream place. No where to sit inside. The cashier was super nice and funny. They sell cookies and ice cream. I decided to try the mint and chip ice cream. All the ice cream is pre packaged in the freezer. To its a quick grab for the cashier. I was thrown off the ice cream even though I ordered mint and chip. It was ice cream semi mixed with a chocolate chip cookie and a sprinkle of mint Andes on top. So it was not mint at all. Since the ice cream was in a freezer it was not ready to eat super hard. I think this place should sell ice cream cookie sandwiches instead. read more

Came in here with the fam, the cookies we had were cookies & cream & they were so enjoyable because they didn't taste overwhelmingly sweet, they were perfect! My hun got an ice cream.. If crumble and cookie co gross you out with there overly sweet soggy cookies, this place is for you. The cookies r perfect Soft in the middle and a slight crunch on the outside. Took my niece and nephew during the farmers market and it's such a cute shop! The cookies they offer are so unique and honestly a vibe! Ordered the strawberries and cream cookie which was soooo soft and delicious!! They serve ice cream in pints, the smallest is a mini which is what I ordered! Got the chocolate chip and mint chip which actually have chunks of their house made cookies! Come check this place out!! read more

Went there for my first time on Thursday. Aug 10. Ordered 6 cookies. 3 of them had a white hair in them and I ate half of one before I saw it.. If it were one I'd be okay but damn 3 of them ?? Stopped by one afternoon with a friend to grab some ice cream. Inside is pretty bare, but they do have a plant wall which was pretty, but tried to buy one and it's a third party vendor who only took cash. Unfortunately I didn't have cash so I couldn't purchase anything. The guy working at the shop was really friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. Ordered the cookies and cream and my friend got a brownie and vanilla with caramel and chocolate sauce. Mine had a chocolate chip cookie and I wasn't too impressed by it. The cookie felt a bit dry and not as chocolatey as I would have liked. But the brownie was amazing! And the vanilla ice cream with toppings was good too. I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. Walked in and it's a cute spot, very quiet inside. I decided to go with the Mexican hot chocolate cookie and the brown sugar oatmeal. I tried them in the car as soon as I walked out and unfortunately won't be back. These cookies are VERY dry. I get that not all cookies are super chewy or doughy, some are more of a crunchy style of cookie. But these were burnt on the bottom. Hard. And no moisture even in the middle. Even the chocolate chips were hard inside from being overcooked. The cookies were also very lightly flavored, it tasted like a very mild chocolate chip cookie, no Abuelita type flavor and the oatmeal didn't taste anything like an oatmeal cookie, just like a tad sweet vanilla cookie dough. Maybe great for some, just not my cup of tea with my experience. I also thought warming up cookies that are costly would have been a nice thing to offer to customers. read more

Been here a couple times and both times was a pleasant experience. I've tried the white chocolate chip macadamia and it was amazing !!!! The strawberry cookie is also very delicious! I really appreciate the fact that they warm up the cookies . Also it's pretty cool that Friday and Saturday they have a pop up coffee shop !! Can't go wrong with coffee and cookies. I wish I got the name of the young man working there but he was absolutely fabulous! He was so friendly and fun to talk to. Great customer service. I was walking in downtown upland and wanted ice so I so this cute small shop. I love the service so much the guy was extremely generous to me. Stopped by after dinner and tried the brown sugar oatmeal ice cream. I guess I'm really bad at reading because the cashier clarified that it was a blueberry ice cream with an oatmeal cookie in it. Decided it sounded interesting so I gave it a shot. I'd never had blueberry ice cream before but now it's a new favorite! The ice cream itself was blueberry forward and creamy. The cookie was delicious and not hard (as tends to happen with some cookie mix ins). It was not overly sweet and I think the combo complemented each other very well. I was a little taken aback by the price for the mini, but you could tell that they take pride in their product and it was well worth the price. I went here for the first time today and had an amazing experience! The owner was so kind and let us sample multiple flavors. We ended up having the mint and cookies (which has homemade cookie chunks in it) as well as the chocolate malt. They were both super creamy and absolutely delicious. The star of this visit though, was the cookies! The chocolate chip was so yummy with rich chocolate and the perfect texture, soft in the center and slight crunch along the edges. The most amazing cookie though was the seasonal pumpkin snickerdoodle! The cookie was so moist, flavorful (tastes like fall) and once again the perfect texture. We will definitely be back! read more

My husband is cookie obsessed and wants to go to Crumble twice a week. I absolutely love cookies but am not a fan of the too sweet, heavy versions they make. We stumbled upon this shop while were heading to the tea place next door, who happened to be closed during their supposed operating hours. My daughter was disappointed to not have a tea party and when we walked by the staff was so friendly and waved us on in. Since there was no tea party to be had we indulged in cookies and ice cream. We really enjoyed the chocolate chip.
