Let me start with I have NEVER had construction/renovation before, so my issues may not be issues at all. Facts: .Construction started sometime in April?? .It is now almost October. Renovation is ongoing. .Timeline given 6wks .Asked but was not given a new timeline .Cost: 88.5k w/o appliances. Everything else included .Some add-ons are 12k..... .there should be some subtractions due to a mishap with one of the contractors. .at present, I have been asked to buy the faucets, lighting, "Delta kit," and ceiling fans. Hopefully, this is coming out of the 100K provided. --My friend who flips houses and referred this company stated, "should have completed this project months ago. " .Because of frustration, I asked my male friend to talk to George so that this project would move along. .No, increase in movement. As a single woman with no insight into this process...I became a pest. The Contractor ignored my text..... I am a disabled veteran with PTSD. My anxiety is through the roof. This whole process and request for more and more money have me spinning out of control with signs/symptoms of PTSD. THE CONTRACTOR IS AWARE OF THE DIAGNOSIS and has insight into how it manifests. I was impressed with his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to replace the deck instead of repairing it. When his team came our to do the work, they were polite, respectful and worked well as a team, completing the work in two days and doing a great job of cleaning up after the work was finished. I was also impressed that they used a technique that hid all screws which improved the look of the deck and make it easier to maintain in the future. It is my pleasure to recommend them. If we filed a restraining order, please send us the paper work we served you with...oh, you can't, because it didn't happen. We never touched the tile, which is the basis for this review, before you stopped responding to me. I actually did send all evidence to Yelp Guarantee and they agreed to send back $2500 based on our evidence. Once that occurred, we got another company to demo the shower and the 24 X 48 tiles literally fell off the walls. I see that you changed the name and filed for a business license on 12/31/2024 (after you were last on our property mid-December). Congratulations. Remember in the state of GA, when you don't do the work yourself (since your knees are bad, remember?), you need a contractor's license for jobs over $2500.
