If you buy it through the shop, it never expires. The day of my message, I came down with terrible food poisoning and had to cancel last minute. The owner was very understanding and offered to refund me completely. She sent my refund check all the way to Washington were I live and it came in a timely manner. I can't wait to return to CA so I can finally experience all they have to offer. With great customer service, I can only imagine how amazing their other services will be.

I'm thirty with children of my own. After her extremely rude customer service, I told her that she can send the money back to my Grandmother,(which she said she would do!). After being treated so rudely there was no way I'd be able to relax while she did a massage. I will find someone else in the area with better customer service.
