Even at midday Tuesday, the lot was filled with folks selecting from the annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants from the numerous greenhouses on the campus. There is a limited parking lot that is located by the front greenhouse which also serves as the checkout center. A driveway on the north of the building is the one to pull into and allows you to head along the rest of the buildings where you can park by pulling into the angle parking or using the larger lot near the rear. (Note that there is a small drive between two buildings that allows you to turn to the south drive to exit.) There are flatbed wagons that you can use to load your plant selections on while you browse through the sheds. If you are getting more than one of an item, you can make use of the plastic shipping trays to load your choices so that they are less likely to fall off your cart. Generally speaking, you will find veggies to the north of the first shed, perennials in the next few, and annuals towards the rear. The plants we have purchased over the years have looked very healthy and well cared for. The staff is generally helpful in finding a specific type of plant, but even they can be stumped sometimes and may need to ask one of their coworkers. Still, they have good teamwork and are willing to help you find what you want. All in all, a nice selection of plants. Not the cheapest around, but they seem to be in better condition than what I've found at the big box stores. They also seem to have a better selection too! Review #2543

Last year 2024 in October I purchased several plants and shrubbery that did not survive the winter. Most nurseries, including Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards offer at least a one year warranty on the plants and shrubbery that they sell. This morning I called and spoke with Nick who was less than friendly, subpar less than subpar customer service. He was condescending, rude and arrogant to say the least. I've advised my landscaper of the situation and will never use this company for any future plants and shrubbery. I asked specifically for someone in management to contact me about this issue and no one ever did. Do not use this company if you want a company that will honor their product and has integrity.

I called this business recently because they were recommended to me as a nursery that had practically anything and everything I might be looking for. I was looking for a particular tree, and was very hopeful and excited that they could possibly help me, because no other plant nursery in the Indy / metro area seemed to have the tree. Unfortunately, when I called, I quickly found out they are wholesale only. They only deal with businesses and not the general public (retail). Big Bummer. I suppose the person who told me about them didn't know about that critical piece of info. The woman who answered the phone said that businesses can apply online to get a free account with them. I can only assume that depending on what type of business is applying for an account, her explanation of the application process, appeared somewhat extensive/scrutinizing, persnickety, and arduous. As she explained: 'it might take a few days to confirm/verify references for the account to be cleared and approved.' Regardless,..... My search and quest continues,....
