As soon as I arrived, I was told I should just wait around instead of my wife picking me up because "it wouldn't take long." That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

So I picked this place. I told the guy I wanted my SUV's interior and exterior cleaned. He started throwing prices out of the blue, my car is actually pretty clean for the most part. No mud or stains. Also, no kids except for my nephew which has only been in my car once and spilled his milk on the back door. My car was mainly dusty and dirty from the Maryland road trip I took in it. As soon as I opened the door and he saw my 2 Chihuahuas he then said it would be an extra $25 for dog hair. I pointed out that my dogs don't live in my car and they have their own car seat. I don't have that much dog hair and the mats are plastic and were mainly dirty with dust, dirt, and random crumbs. My seats are leather and were still clean. My dashboard and doors were a bit dusty, also the door where my nephew had spilled milk was easy to remove with just a wet towel. I asked if they would use wax shampoo or some type of shine for the exterior. The guy said it would be an extra $30. The total I was looking at was $95! They have a sign outside with prices and I told him I wanted the lower prices on their sign and he said they don't go by those prices because it confuses people, um what? Im already confused, I guess they were right about that lol. I ended up telling them to just give me the price on their sign because I was not going to pay almost $100 for vacuum, wiping down my dashboard and washing the exterior. He gave me a final price of $55 so I agreed. Overall they did a great job and my car was nice and clean. I tipped the guy $15. However, when I got home I saw that the back door still had the milk stain and it was not even touched. They focused on the dashboard and two front doors and didn't even look at the back doors. I was a bit upset since I did point it out and have paid less and received better service elsewhere. It was an easy removal with a napkin and water, so no biggie. But I do give them 4 starts, had they cleaned the back doors like I asked and also keep to their prices on their menu then they would of earner the 5th start from me.

It damaged my car all along the side all the way to the drunk and cracked my wind shield. The supposably manager their his name is Eric Soriano told me that my car would get fixed not to worry. He took down my info and told me to get estimate on damages and bring it to him. That his boss was out of town in his country and would be back the following week. I got the estimate and took it to him and then he changed his mind and said the estimate was too much and that his boss wasn't going to pay. He wanted me to go to get my windshield replaced at this once place where they put old ass windshields. My car is not old, I have a 2015 Toyota Camry. Plus he said they would fix it. Till this day no response from them or his boss. I have read a review someone put and said the owner is a Dutch bag!!! I will be taking other measures to get my money and get my car fixed.
