In regards to staff, like the location, everyone is calm and relaxed, but not overly eager to help customers either. So, if you want the person serving your ice cream to flash a smile and say "my pleasure" at every opportunity, don't hold your breath. The location itself is very small too. So glad I found this place. I always look for different places to take my daughter as a reward. This was a treat for both of us. I've only seen a shop like this in South Beach. Great to have a place down the street. I got the Matcha Melody with Avacado and Strawberries with Mango drizzle and Mango and Blueberry toppings. Oh! AND whip cream! Fairly good product both boba and ice cream not worth the price. What turned me off about this place is the blatant lack of care for the ambience. You can tell that the owner pockets all the money and doesn't care enough to even have a POS system and they hand write orders on sticky notes. The chairs are rusty at the bottom, walls are dirty. The staff weren't the friendliest either - I imagine they don't get paid much seeing as you can tell they cut corners. If you go - take it to go. I hope the owner reads this and gives the shop a lil TLC and makes it a place where I can go and sit down to enjoy the product. read more

Good ice cream! They used to serve my favorite (green tea with avocado) but removed the avocado combination and replaced it with lychi.. a little bit of a disappointment. The amount of ice cream all depends on who's serving you. Sometimes you get the whole roll... other times they leave off the smaller amount of roll. Also.. make sure to speak clearly when ordering your toppings because some of the employees like to goof around and end up putting the wrong toppings. I'm sure they can be a better ice cream spot if they made a few improvements. read more

Just found this lil sweet spot today for my gf birthday. Very cool. I got the sweet cream with strawberry with mango, kiwi, and strawberry topping with whip cream. Excellent. Be warn that normally it only comes with only 2 topping. Anything extra might be adddition fees, but still worth it. My gf got the boba oolong tea. It was good and creative. We had cookie monster, but I was just expecting something different. The staff didnt explain anything and were unfriendly so we didn't know we could put toppings in, but it was tasty. There are only 4 flavors of ice cream to choose from, which is fine, but makes the ideas limited. The environment was cold- no one was too friendly, and the way it was set up was just factory style- not my favorite. We opted to eat outside because we were a little uncomfortable. The presentation was cool and you could watch as they made it, which was fun, but for $6 plus dollars a bowl it wasn't really worth it, when you can buy an entire gallon for $3 at Publix (minus the presentation, I get it). There was no explanation, just a business as usual almost as if we were doing them a favor. We shared a bowl and it was more than enough, but the ice cream rolls themselves were hard and both of our spoons broke. The presentation was unique, but not the flavor. I am interested in the tea, if I go back, I would probably veer on the side of that. I just don't see the allure behind it, it's a cool idea, but it tastes no better or worse than any other ice cream. I felt that the cookie monster was just chocolate ice cream and no cookie, at least I didn't taste anything resembling cookie, but maybe that's just me. Also, it was difficult to find in the shop for a new business they aren't calling much attention to themselves, but maybe there is a method behind that- I just market for a living, so I figured they'd do something cool to draw attention. It's cool that it's a local business and all, but I just can't get behind the idea of the cost with just ice cream dressed up differently than your typical ice cream shop.
