Wow, what a fun place to spend some time! An hour was enough time to tire my whole family out, so I recommend not paying for more. The features include trampolines, a laser gun arena, a virtual sports area, massage chairs, a dodgeball pit, and an obstacle course. The laser tag game was, while confusing and not a game for people with light sensitivity or epilepsy to be participating in, was a very fun aspect of the experience. I do wish that some of the laser guns could be operated with one hand, as one member of my family is disabled. The laser guns can only be shot with two hands on the gun, and that was a challenge for my family member. My family enjoyed the trampolines too, as did everyone around me of all ages, even as kids streaked around us. The obstacle course brought fun to older and younger kids. Features were designed for different age groups, such as rock climbing for older kids and basic obstacles for younger ones. The dodgeball pit was chaotic and I was surprised that no one got hurt. Kids were throwing balls very hard at each other, while being on a trampoline. Someone is going to lose their balance and be stepped on by another kid. The only real drawback to the experience was the employees. Many were teenagers, and had a very bored and uninformative attitude. If these employees could help little kids on the structures more, then the parents could be more helpful in explaining how to use various features in the ropes course and trampolines, many adults could be less stressed and enjoy the time that their kids are occupied. The eye rolls and obvious frustration and boredom of the employees puts a definite damper on the mood of the place. Also, if it's a weekend, a lot of people will probably be hosting birthday parties here, so be prepared for crowds. Nevertheless, I hope to come back. read more

My little family and I recently went to this park. We were a little hesitant at first because we had just finished eating. It would have been a five star review but the staff at tge counter really dragged on the process to get in. Since it was our first time we weren't aware of all the rules and waiver info so it took a while. Once we got in the kids really enjoyed themselves jumping around. We come here about once a month to let loose and I never leave with any energy because the fun we have is exhausting! My son is 1 and a half and he loves to run all over this cool trampoline park. I like the smaller kids friendly area where the little ones can let loose without worrying about being trampled on. I always see people having a blast here and that's never a bad sign. I may be older but I can still jump on a trampoline with the best of them! It's about $12 fore adults and kids under 2 jump free. It's closer in proximity to me than Gravity Park is and while I like it there, it's too big for me to manage with an almost 2 year old. Overall, this place is a much more healthy place to take your kiddos to burn off some energy than the McDonalds play place. You can sit and read or watch them bounce around, or join them if you can. Keep in mind that if you want to watch, you have to sign a waiver for yourself even though you're not jumping. I thought it was a little pricey, paying $20 per kid for two hours of jumping chaos. Kids like it. They have fun. It smells like sweat and their check in system is super slow. Only one working computer to do permission slips sometimes means long waits just to get started and they tend to have trouble keeping record of previously entered permission slips. Very pleased with our experience with my sons birthday party here. It was very convenient to plan with the option to make the reservation online. The coordinator was very courteous and helpful when he called to confirm/answer any of my questions. Prior to booking, we were concerned about it being too crowded and the supervision on the trampolines, but were impressed when we went to check it out (during a busier time) that there were not that many jumpers and there were plenty of staff monitoring the kids - so that helped us make the decision to go with them. They recommended booking the party for an earlier time if we were looking for it to be less crowded. We did it at 11 on a Sunday and it was perfect!! It felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves and by the time the kids were done jumping, they were ready for lunch. The party manager did everything for us, so we were really able to enjoy the party. The pizza came from pizza 9 and it was really good. Brought the kiddos out to play here today. Overall, this place is really cool but a bit pricey ($12 a head). There are tons of small and inclined trampolines. They also have a dodge ball room and multiple foam pits. The only reason for the four stars out of five is due to the fact that parents let their kids run rampant. Several times my younger daughter was almost ran into by unsupervised kids jumping in a frenzy from trampoline to trampoline regardless if there was someone on it or not. I guess they could fix this by having more staff to enforce the rules there because parenting in this city does not seem to be improving anytime soon. After coming here for years, my son hurt his foot very badly. No one came to help so after 10 minutes of him crying I asked an attendant for ice. He said they were busy so it would be a while. I asked to see manager, and he said no manager on duty. Then another employee asked if I would like for him to call the paramedics just to get checked, and I said not if I would be financially responsible, that I would rather take him to hospital. The employee said they would take care of it, and he called the ambulance. He told the paramedics they would pay but then this crazy manager showed up and said I had to pay and had my son sobbing in tears. Legally she has no grounds, but to make it worse she was rude and unprofessional. We will never return. Gravity Park is WAY better anyways! read more

This was my second visit to Cool Springz. Very fun for kids and teens. My favorite part was the foam pit. There were a couple of things I did not like. First there were too many people jumping at once. I was bumping into other people the whole time. I think they need to have a limit on how many can jump at once. I suggest you don't go on a weekend. Best of all, there's a"kids court" for little dudes, which is nice so they don't get trampled by older kids. This place is great fun! I love the different areas and that they have a place for little ones, plus the dodge ball area is separate so my older boy can leave if it gets too much. We have gone for birthdays and always have a blast! I like that they let you keep your socks on, too, as barefeet kind of gross me out. Took my 4 year old on a date this afternoon to XHT and I had more fun than I ever thought I would. It's located in a business warehouse district off Commanche and I-25. When you walk in, you have to use one of two computers to "sign" a waiver. Apparently the whole business is paperless because I asked for a brochure and they pointed me to the website instead. Although I had a Groupon coupon, fyi adults are $12/hr and kids under 46" are $8 hour which I felt is super expensive but now I know it's WELL worth it! They only allow you to go in at the top of the hour and then at half the hour, it makes it easy to remember and they let you know anyway. You get a wrist band that they put on each of you. My kid was able to have fun everywhere but was doing flips into the kid's designated area foam pit. I couldn't jump the whole hour like he could; I gave up at about 40 minutes. What a FUN workout!!! I had my daughters birthday party here, she turned seven. Yes it has an odd smell but you get used to that and in reality kids don't care about the smell they are just hyped about the trampolines and foam pits. This place has less restrictions than gravity park and the staff is very friendly. Our host on the day of the party was very helpful and he didn't seem bothered when he seen we had more people show up than expected. I will be going back here because it's only $12 a head and the kids crash afterwards! They love it and I love to jump so it's a win win! Go check them out, they are open pretty late! We visited this trampoline park this morning. It was AWESOME! They offer lockers for free for your belongings so they aren't sitting out in open cubbies. The whole park was super clean and had no funky smells. It was well lit, well maintained and HUGE. The owner verified that they sanitize the gym EVERY night. I recently started attending the fitness classes at Xtreme! Let me say ""WOW! WHAT A WORK OUT!" The first day I only made it 30 minutes in (I haven't worked out in over a year, sad to say). It was so much fun! Doesn't feel like a work out! Second day I was super sore but pushed myself hard to make it the whole hour! We did jumping jacks, pushups, suicide laps, squats...you name it we did it! It si a total body workout..."swimming" accross the foam pits was a challenge...got stuck a few times...but laughed the whole time :) I will definately be back! I can't wait...so I guess you can say I'm hooked on Xtreme's trampoline fitness class! The instructor was super motivational...had lots of fun exercises and made me forget I was working out. The other participants were all having a blast, I made some friends and we all pushed and cheered eachother on. I loved it!!! I definately recommend it to anyone who is looking to get fit and have fun doing it! read more
