The owner came out late on a Saturday when the AC in a house I just bought wasn't getting the job…read moredone. He discovered the unit was over charged so he was able to drain a lot of coolant. He tried not to even charge me for the visit, but said the compressor was probably going to need replacement soon. He ordered the part and brought it out to install... then he told me it seemed to be working just fine and he would return the part! No charge again... but I insisted on giving a tip.
