I paid him the vast majority and he said he would return to finish the last few panes. - We had back and forth rescheduling the second appointment. He said he would not charge us for the last minor payment because it took a while to and the film was delayed. He still charged us $50 when he arrived. (He also wanted Zelle despite me giving him a check I just wrote.) - I showed him a picture of streaking (on a high window) a few days after he finished the job. He said that was normal. I showed it to him when he returned the second time and he said that it was left by the squeegee. The streaking is still very visible on a daily basis and he did not correct it. - I asked him for a quote to clean our exterior windows, and clean up the streaking left on the interior windows, but he never gave us that quote after asking for it twice. - After asking for it 2-3 times, he also never provided an invoice by email so that we could have our 10 year manufacturer warranty.

Our original service was in late January of 2023 and I have tried scheduling a repair since Feb 2. Every time I was told they would come "tomorrow" or "next week" and no one would ever show up. I understand sometimes installations don't go well and mistakes can happen, but we've tried repeatedly to get them to come and make it right and it doesn't seem that they plan on ever actually fixing the windows. I do not recommend for commercial or residential properties.
