After he walked away, I checked the drawer myself and the shade was actually there. I also asked about my free birthday gift, and he told me it was only available during your birthday month. But when I got to the register, the cashier immediately told me I still had my free birthday gift available. The misinformation and rude attitude really took away from what should've been a fun Mother's Day shopping trip. Thankfully the cashier was much more helpful and kind.

Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time.
